That morning at about 07:00 Mayla found Jeon sitting by the pool alone, the girl stretched her body before deciding to step over to Jeon who was currently still staring blankly at the pond where there were small fish calmly swimming here and there.
The tiptoed Mayla stepped up with a sneak to make Jeon startled, and-
"Boo!!" mayla suddenly shouted as she stomped her feet.
It worked!
as Jeom was quite gasp and nearly plunged into the pool, the man clutching his chest trying to neutralize his rapidly beating heartbeat in shock, he clucked in annoyance as he moved his lips slightly
"Nonna has no job? to startle me like this?"
Mayla laughs loudly holding her own stomach, even though Jeon alone does not know which part looks funny. Seeing Jeon's expression make Mayla mollify her laughter, she rubbed a drop of water in the corner of her eye and sat herself down beside Jeon.
"Eat him do not daydream" he said accompanied by rarity
Jeon just silently did not respond at all, he just continued to look at the fish in front of him, if only the fish were a woman, she said, it was possible that they would faint from being continuously stared at by a man as handsome as Jeon.
Mayla turned her head and looked at the man "What's wrong?"
"Dad hates me" he replied without looking at me
That answer made Mayla wrinkle her forehead "Hate? I don't think it's possible, Dad was a loving figure in my eyes"
Jeon turned his head, Mayla gasped as she clearly discovered how the man was looking at her with the look of his wounded eyes.
"He doesn't admit me! He-" Jeon paused his sentence then took a breath of "He has thrown me away"
Mayla smiles thinly "No Jeon, father just-"
"No Nonna! Father is only a loving figure to you because you are his children, while I? I'm just trash to him" he said with a wry smile at the end of the sentence
Mayla looked at the poor man, she could feel how deep the wounds he had been keeping.
"So have you been honest with Dad?"
Jeon nodded "Yes, and he didn't want my presence"
The girl was eager to pull and hug Jeon into her arms in order to calm him down as much as possible, but that was impossible because they were inside the area of her husband's house, Mayla did not want anyone to see her closeness to Jeon, so all she could do was hold Jeon's hand hoping it would calm her down a little.
"Maybe Dad was just surprised, I'm sure he must love you too"
Jeon lowered his head, he did not expect much of his father, did not intend to ask for treasure, nor did he intend to take Dad's attention fully, he only hoped that at least his father would look at him like his own biological son.
Jeon didn't know what to do, his purpose for coming to this house was to play a silly charade in order to meet his father, but in fact his father never thought it existed.
Mayla continued to hold Jeon's hand until Jeon noticed a bruise peeking out from behind the long-sleeved T-shirt that Mayla was wearing.
Without asking again he then flicked the cloth on Mayla's arm, pulling it up until it was clearly plastered some parts on the surface of Mayla's blue arm skin.
The girl gasped to try to lower back the end of her shirt, but Jeon instead pulled her hand to pay closer attention, Mayla grimaced a little as Jeon pulled her arm a little stronger.
"What happened to you, Nonna?" jeon asked with a serious face, signifying his concern for the girl
Jeon smiled as if "I'm still under you but I'm not stupid Nonna, tell me honestly what happened to you? what because your husband played kas-"
Jeon stopped his sentence as he stared at the look in Mayla's eyes looking at him with a full-fledged look.
"What do you mean?" ask Mayla
The man swallowed his saliva violently, he was ashamed to tell the truth that last night he looked at Mayla's door and listened to her d*sahan d*sahan last night.
Mayla squinted her eyes at Jeon's expression as if she was being caught off guard "You peeking huh?"
"Ah no..I.. all night I just accidentally passed in front of your room and heard the sound of d*yahanmu mixed with moans, that's all really, I didn't peek though actually wanted"
Mayla's face flushed red at the last sentence Jeon said.
"Yeahh! you bad boy!" Mayla hits Jeon's back on the head.
"Aws..Nonna"
Jeon rubbed his head from Mayla's punch while slightly pushing his lips.
"You're talking to an adult, watch your words" Mayla said
"I was just worried about hearing your moans last night, I knew you were in pain so I sat in front of your bedroom door all night, waiting for you to finish doing that and wishing you a good night's sleep afterwards. I could've knocked down your door if I wanted to, but I didn't because I was afraid you hated me! Sorry if I was too curious about your personal affairs, I promise I won't do it again" he explained, bowing his head sadly, not knowing what made him say everything just like that.
Mayla fell silent and sighed softly "You don't have to worry about me, I'm fine" she said, smiling
To be honest there was a speck of happiness in his heart when Jeon worried about him, all this time he thought Jeon did not care about it other than when they did it. But now it appears that Jeon is really worried about him.
"Then what about the bruise?" ask Jeon
"Devan did play rough, but I can still deal with it"
Jeon took a slow breath and nodded, making sure Mayla really felt okay was more than enough for her. She doesn't have to worry anymore because Mayla might like her husband's game.
"Well Nonna, I want to go home" Jeon said
"Why? isn't Dad-"
Jeon shook his head making Mayla stop her sentence.
"No, you don't want me so why am I still here?" Jeon smiled in anguish
Mayla understands Jeon's feelings and how deep she feels, so she doesn't want to force it if it's her choice.
"Well, I'll take you home in the afternoon" Mayla clasped her face and whispered right in Jeon's ear "If you go home doesn't mean you stop serving me okay"
Jeon looked at Mayla, who was leaving her alone, and it made no sense to her why she still needed her services while she got them from her husband.
