TPTG CHAPTER 70.

"How is Rai Kak?" asked Inda when she met her husband's baron. He held a container filled with ice cubes and a p3k box in each hand.

"Either, just waiting for the angel of death to pick him up." replied the original Baron, his eyes pointed at Avika who looked very agitated after seeing the state of Rai earlier. Somehow he felt he could not bear to see Rai in pain.

"Geez, what happened to that kid? Pity her," said Inda with teary eyes. His mind became erratic thinking about the man's state. After all he already considered Rai like his own son.

As Inda was about to step foot, the Baron prevented her. He did not want his wife to pay more attention to Rai even though the man they already considered like his own son.

"Aina, you're the only one treating her. I have business with Inda for a moment" said Baron, holding his wife's hand.

"Let me, Om." replied Avika quickly. He quickly stood up and took over the container and the p3k box from Inda's hand, then walked towards Rai's room.

Aina and Inda glanced at each other, both of them looking confused at Avika's overreaction. What's wrong with that girl?

"Leave it, Avika already considered Rai like her own brother!" baron said as he realized the change in the countenance of Inda and Aina.

Arriving at the door, Avika tried to adjust her breath and then pressed the knob and pushed it slowly. "Excuse me," Avika said in a trembling voice, then closed the door and stepped towards the bed.

Aware of Avika's presence, Rai deliberately pretended to sleep. Avika looked at him with pity.

Avika then put her luggage on the nightstand and sat on the side of the bed.

"Rai.." call Avika.

Rai did not say, he better pretend to die like the Baron said. Why live if he can't have Avika, the girl he loves so much.

"Rai, I'm here with good intentions. I just want to help treat your wounds. Instead of thanking me, you kicked me out. Conscious Rai, this is my home. I have every right to do whatever I want." - furious Avika with flaming red eyes.

Rai flinched in shock, he instantly fell silent after hearing Avika's words. Finally the sentence came out also from the mouth of the girl he loved, it had clearly proved that he was no one in the house.

Rai screamed in pain as Avika pressed the ice cubes on Rai's injured area violently.

"Not really, but it could be worse than that." snapped Avika gave a smile.

"Don't smile in front of me!" firmly Rai.

"Since when have there been such regulations?" Avika knitted her eyebrows while wiping Rai's wounds with alcohol, then dripped the red medicine and covered them with plaster.

"There is, anyway" said Rai.

"Hehehe... You freak, don't like making you up!" Avika shuffled while cleaning the nightstand. Just as he was about to stand up, Rai swiftly grabbed his wrist.

"Don't go!" lirih Rai with a clear face.

Avika knitted her eyebrows. "I'm done treating you, what else am I here for?"

"My stomach is also sick, someone hit him until I vomited blood" said Rai.

"But it seems like Rai's deep wound, I can't treat it. I call Om Baron first let him take you to the hospital." Avika was about to stand up but Rai again prevented it.

Rai then pulled Avika's hand and placed it on top of her chest. "If the wound is here you can treat it right? This is very painful, Avika. I feel like dying instead of holding this feeling" Rai said with an unusual look.

Instantly Avika fluttered with perfectly rounded eyes. His heart was racing feeling Rai's extremely fast heartbeat.

"Vi..." Rai got up from his bed without releasing Avika's hand from his chest. He sat opposite the girl in a fairly close distance.

"Vi... You can feel it, right?" muttered Rai with a sad look.

"Ro-Ray..." Avika stammered, she didn't know what to say.

"Vi... Please feel!" lirih Rai's.

"I-I don't know Rai, I'm leaving first." Avika pulled her hand quickly and ran away from the room. What a strange and dangerous situation for him. He was really nervous and didn't know what to say.

He doesn't even know how he feels about Rai. Is Rai just a big brother or even more than that? What Avika knows is that Rai is her best friend Aksa, that means Rai is her brother too.
