After the Doctor did the examination and Reval could still be saved which Doctor said if Reval had gone through his critical period really miracles that happened so that the Man he hated was really okay and it is fine even Reval has been moved to the treatment room because of the condition of Reval who is already good and even aware of himself.
Although Reval has been aware of himself does not mean Citra found Reval. Again Citra only saw Reval in the distance, looking from the door of the treatment room Reval looked at the man who had woken up and there was a nurse who seemed to still work there who did not know what the nurse was doing.
"I hate you so much. But seeing you awake why I feel relieved. You are a very relieved man," Inner Image who did not understand with what his true feelings were like.
