Billy walked into Alea's treatment room, then approached towards Bunga who was currently sitting next to his daughter's gurney. "This is food for you, sorry that you dropped your food," Billy said, giving one plastic bag of food to Flowers.
Flowers raised their heads, then looked at Billy with a flat gaze. "Why? Just take!" Forced, the flower also received the food. He feels bad if he doesn't receive a gift from Billy.
"Thank you, Doctor," said Bunga. Billy nodded while commenting on his thin smile. "Eat!" billy commands it when he sees a Flower that can only stare at the food.
"Then, what about you, Doc?"
"I've eaten, you've eaten let me take care of your daughter" Billy added.
"Thank you very much, Doctor. You're so good to us." Billy just smiled wryly. The next second, Bunga seemed to eat the food given by Billy greedily. Billy occasionally glanced at the woman, a beautiful woman whose current state looked pitiful. In fact, his body was so thin. And, what makes Billy feel there is an attraction for him is when he sees the eyes of the Flower that looks so cute. Those eyes were no longer sparkling and excited, just like when they first met.
"Doctor, why don't you go home?Isn't it night?" bunga said after finishing his dinner. "Yes, I'll be home soon you're done eating, right?" The flowers also nodded. "Then, if you'll excuse me to go home and see you tomorrow, I'm sure your daughter will be cured soon."
"Yes, doctor, thank you very much." Billy then leaves the treatment room, leaving Bunga still staring at his disappearance until he is no longer visible behind the door. "Until tomorrow? Why does tomorrow feel so long? Though, he just left, but I want him back." A smile was engraved on those thin lips, a smile accompanied by a feeling of tightness in the chest.

Next Day...
Billy seemed to be walking so excitedly towards the laboratory room, when he was told that the test results from the food sample he brought had come out.
"How's the test?" billy asked one of the lab workers.
"This is the result, Doc. In these foods there are arsenic compounds that are very dangerous to consume."

"Arsenic in that food? So, what is the food intended for flowers? If so, then who did it?" billy muttered that he felt inexhaustible to think of a girl like Flowers who did not like her, because to Billy, the woman was just a poor girl who was weak.
"Then, what is the purpose of the person hurting the Flower? Is it okay for people who intentionally want to hurt the flower to have the wrong address?" Wrinkles were printed on Billy's forehead, accompanied by a bulge of smooth muscle at the temple. "What exactly happened? Hmm, to make sure of this, I better go to the CCTV room instead."
Billy then walks into the CCTV room to ascertain who the man who put the poisoned food in front of Alea's treatment room is.
"Can you show me the CCTV footage in front of edelweis room 5 at 09:30 p.m?" billy asked the CCTV. The officer nodded, then showed the CCTV video requested by Billy. "Who is that man? Why would he purposely put poisonous food in front of the Flower room? What good is he doing such a thing to a helpless girl like a flower?"
Billy rubbed his face violently, that very second, he had just realized one thing that had happened to Flower's past. "What does this incident have to do with the incident 2 years ago when flowers were abused? What if I should just ask this to Mauren? Hmmm, yes, maybe I should just ask this. Then, I go to his house right now."
Not long after Billy arrived at Sean and Mauren's house. While getting out of the car, Billy sees his brother Mauren watering a plant. Beside her, it appears that her son Zico is currently learning to walk with his baby sitter. A smile was on Billy's lips, inexplicably looking at Zico's face, it felt like his nephew was very similar to Alea, his patient and the daughter of Bunga.
Actually, the man wanted to get close to Zico. However, he abandoned his intentions because there was something important he wanted to tell Mauren. Seeing Billy's arrival, Mauren smiles in a knot, though her heart is filled with question marks as to why her younger sibling suddenly came to her house during work hours. Really, it was a very unusual thing to do by Billy.
"What's up, Billy?" mauren asked as Billy stood in front of her. "Can we talk to you for a second, brother?"
"Of course" Mauren replied, telling Billy to sit in a chair in his yard.
"Sir Mauren, may I ask you something?"
"What's that about?"
"About Flowers. Mauren remembers that girl, right? Flowers, the woman who suddenly disappeared just like that 2 years ago."
