Now Saka is in the treatment room where doctor Seka sleeps with a slumber because of the effect of sleeping pills given by doctors.

"Then we go home first and tomorrow we come here again" said Daddy Aleandro.

"OKs. Hearts on the road." Said Daddy Sebastian.

"Thank you." Daddy Aleandro replied as he shook hands.

"Tomorrow me and Cassandra will come here." Mommy Cantika said while playing with Mommy Karen.

"OKs. We wait." Mommy Karen said with a smile as well as Mommy Cantika.

Cassandra and Saka just smiled staring at her two parents and occasionally Saka glanced at Cassandra.

'Cassandra just stared at her parents without looking at my twin sister. Is Cassandra not feeling?' Ask Saka in my heart.

Cassandra kisses the back of Mommy Karen and Daddy Sebastian's hand in turn and walks towards Saka.

"Go home first." Cassandra Pamit.

"Be careful on the road." Saka Say.

"Thank you." Answer Cassandra.

Daddy Aleandro, Mommy Cantika and Cassandra leave the treatment room.

"Saka." Call Daddy Sebastian.

"Yes Dad." Answer Saka.

"Tomorrow Daddy there's a meeting at the branch company, can you replace Daddy?" Ask Daddy Sebastian.

"Can Dad." Answer Saka.

"Mommy's so sleepy, Daddy and Saka are staying in the hospital right?" Ask Mommy Karen.

"Yes Mom." Answer them at the same time.

Mommy Karen smiled then walked towards the special bed to wait for the patient with Daddy Sebastian followed while Saka walked towards the sofa. It didn't take them long to sleep well.

Late in the morning, Mommy Karen opened her eyes and got out of bed and walked to the bed as Seka's doctor opened her eyes.

"Is anyone sick?" Mommy Karen asked while sitting on the bedside chair.

"No Mom." Answer the doctor Seka.

"Thank God." replied Mommy Karen as she rubbed her eldest son's hair.

"Mommy, Seka's not a kid anymore." Said doctor Seka with a tone of protest.

Mommy knows but for Mommy and Daddy that you and Saka are two very adorable babies." Mommy Karen replied with a smile.

Saka who was still sleeping heard Mommy Karen was chatting with her twin sister made Saka open her eyes and immediately sat on the long sofa by leaning her back on the sofa back. Until Saka heard Mommy Karen's words make Saka upset because it is still considered two babies who are very adorable.

"What Mommy says is true, for us you two are two very adorable babies and your faces are very similar to Daddy's." Said Daddy Sebastian.

When Mommy Karen got out of bed, Daddy Sebastian already knew and wanted to pounce on her but he remembered that they were in the treatment room first to his two adult twins.

Daddy Sebastian got out of bed and walked towards the bed where Mommy Karen and Saka were chatting.

"Daddy and Mommy, it's the baby." said doctors Seka and Saka along with a pouting face.

"Pffit.... Haha...." Laughter of Daddy Sebastian and Mommy Karen together.

Doctors Seka and Saka just stared back at his two best friends while his parents did not stop laughing.

From the bottom of the heart, doctors Seka and Saka are very happy to see the smile of happiness of his parents.

"So you're gonna shower first and then change Daddy's meeting." Said Saka while walking towards the bathroom.

"OK." Answer to three at the same time.

Fifteen minutes later Saka had finished bathing and was wearing work clothes that had been prepared by his men.

Saka dyed the backs of his hands at his two parents alternately then stared at his twin sister for a bit.

"Later in the afternoon I'll be here again Brother." Saka Say.

"Ok, be careful on the road." Said doctor Seka.

"Thank you." Answer Saka.

Doctor Seka just nodded her head then Saka walked away from the hospital heading to the branch company owned to her two parents.

In a different place where Cassandra was driving at a moderate speed up to fifteen minutes later Cassandra realized that a black car was following her car.

"Is it just my feeling that the car is following my car?" Cassandra asked as she stared at the black car

"Here you go, I'll speed up the car if I'm not late for the office." Said Cassandra while increasing the speed of her car.

The black car also adds speed to their cars through roads that are rarely traversed by vehicles.

Suddenly the black car preceded Cassandra's car and then immediately stopped her car by braking it. Cassandra who saw a black car ahead of her and stopped her car suddenly made Cassandra braked the car.

"Si*l, what does that guy want? Already know hurry." Cassandra said in an annoyed tone as she opened her car door.

The four men with sangar's face got out of the black car and walked towards Cassandra. Cassandra pressed the button on the clock just in case she couldn't handle them.
