That woman is Lucy. Lucy Heartfilia's..

He and the women around the Mage, are currently fascinated.It turns out this Mage uses Intermediate level enchanting magic, which can lure the women who see him become fascinated.

Suddenly appeared a thin muscular young man of average height with somewhat brown skin color, black eyes, pink pointed hair. He wore a dragon scales scarf and he carried a backpack with a blanket rolled up behind him. That young man was Natsu Dragneel

Natsu's arrival to the place shocked the Mage so that the influence of enchantment magic on Lucy was lost, until he realized.

He is seen to have red eyes and also has tattoos on visible parts of his body. He was seen sitting relaxed as he floated down with his hands propping up his chin. It was none other than Zed.

"Haihhhhhhhh.. Is the Fairy tail witch now so reckless and likes to destroy everything..? " Say Zed
