It's time for his gangsters to do business properly. Although he knew that the Gangster Members were people who did business in the underground world, he was not familiar with the ones whose names were right and wrong. But he was determined at least the gangster he led had to do little to no harm to others. And at least not to act arbitrarily.

“I want to know about those badges, how are the levels you know?” Gusmon asked about something interesting in his opinion.

“In the Black Eagle Gangster organization, each type of badge has their own level, for new members then given a wooden badge, each type of badge has its own level, for a long time then given a plastic badge can also be called a level one member. “Remember my message earlier!” after saying that, Gusmon then moved from the parking lot, to the ER where the injured man was dropped off to be treated.

In the hospital ER room, it turns out there are only a few people who are awake. And apparently no one was treated other than the biker man who had the accident. But it seems that the man was not treated at all, instead left lying on the bed without any action from nurses or other medics.

“What's up, why doesn't anyone take care of you” Tanya Gusmon to the man

“I don't know sir, from earlier I was left like this without action” said the man with a face of pain, it looks like a sprained leg made him unable to bear.

Gusmon looked around. There were indeed some people in nurse or doctor clothes but they looked indifferent. And even a man in a white dress was engrossed in teasing a nurse who was indeed a pretty face.

“Hey is there no doctor in this ER?, my friend accident please give him medical care” said Gusmon. His voice was quite audible to all the people in that place. The people dressed in white looked at him for a moment, then again engrossed in his activity, which was chatting. And the man in White clothes actually increasingly aggressively teased the beautiful nurse even occasionally laughed out loud while the nurse giggled shyly.  

“Hey, is this your attitude as a doctor at this hospital?” Gusmon deliberately specialized with that phrase. He knew the man who was flirting with the nurse was a doctor.

The doctor stopped the nurse's seductive activities, he looked at Gusmon from the top down. Then he grinned unhappily.

“The man did not suffer any severe injuries, just let him sleep there for a little one hour. After that please go home but do not forget to pay” said the Doctor with annoyance. Gusmon gasped to listen to the words of the doctor who impressed him.

“What are you doctors guarding here” asked Gusmon flat

“it's okay, it's just like you don't seem to deserve to be a doctor” Gusmon said, obviously he was angry with such an irresponsible doctor. it was clear that this patient had blisters all over his body, and his right leg was bruised and sprained. Not even treated at all. Totally surprising.

“You know that this is ER” Ask the doctor

“Yes I know this is ER, Emergency Unit” Gusmon said

“UGD is only for people who are in emergency condition, your friend is in no emergency condition at all. Why don't you take it to the general practitioner.”. The doctor spoke cynically, apparently offended by Gusmon's words. 

“Didn't this hospital function to serve the sick, then is this person not sick?. If indeed the condition is not an emergency you should do the procedure that should bring him to the room that handles injuries or what's it” Gusmon understand what the function of the hospital, because he is actually a smart person, because he is actually a smart person, in addition to his hobby of watching, he is also a hobby of reading so that his knowledge is quite extensive.

The guard doctor only stared intently at Gusmon for a moment as he seemed at a loss for words. The doctor was young, in fact he had just graduated and because of the relationship of his parents he could be placed in this hospital.

He knew the consequences of offending this young doctor.The nurse wanted to treat the injuries of the man who had the accident, but the young doctor forbade him and even continued to tease him. Gusmon was obviously surprised by the amount of money that the doctor asked for. Though he did absolutely nothing to this patient.does he think that Gusmon is a fool. 

While the beautiful Nurse was still looking at Gusmon with pity, from where this person would get that much money, while judging from his clothes alone he was clearly just a poor person.
