After a few minutes of silence, Leta opened her mouth. "Ke, why should I, uncle? Isn't uncle Emily's daughter?" Leta's voice trembled slightly to find the uncle full of question marks.

"Because the owner of Kendrick's own company asked uncle to marry her to you, Leta." The uncle replied, sounding weak.

"But, uncle. I already have a lover, how could I marry someone else." Leta said he hoped his uncle would understand and cancel his intention.

"Leta, uncle, please be with you, son. This is the only way for uncle's company to return to its original state. Uncle beg Leta." Said the uncle begging his only nephew to grant his request.

"But, uncle...." Leta's speech was choked when Natalia started to make a firm and cold voice while looking at Leta cynically.

"There's no buts! You should marry the owner of Kendrick's company, understand."

Leta looked directly at her aunt, then she said. "Bi, I already have a lover, he'll be back in a moment. And I love her so much, bi." Leta sighed harshly, her eyes turning to Antonius.

"Uncle! Is there no other way than for me to marry the owner of that company?" Leta asked who got the headband from her uncle.

"Meta! We raised you and gave you a free place to live. It is time for you to repay the kindness of those of us who raised you to this day." Natalia exclaimed with an unchanging, cynical look.

Leta fell silent again, her heart a little pain when she heard the words uttered by her aunt. What Natalia said is true, but does she have to return the favor at the expense of her own feelings and also the feelings of her lover?

"You don't want you to have to marry her, Leta. There is no rejection." Natalia again said when she saw her husband's niece's composure, she did not understand why Leta refused to marry Ken? In fact, Ken is clearly the target man of every woman including his own daughter.

Natalia exclaims with high intonation.

Leta smiled again, he looked at the uncle who had been giving shelter also took care of him all this time.

"It's okay, uncle. Maybe this is the destiny I have to live. As long as uncle's company can return to its original state, I'm ready to help uncle, even though I have to sacrifice my own feelings." Leta sounded sad in the uncle's ear.

"Then, I go to the room first, uncle." Pamit Leta gets a nod of her head from her uncle.

Leta got up from her seat and took her legs up the stairs to her room.

"I'm sorry uncle, Leta. But, this is the only way for the uncle's company to return to its original state. I'm sorry to get you involved in uncle's affairs, Leta." Lirih pak Antonius while looking at his nephew with sadness.

Leta sat on the floor with her body leaning behind the door of her room. His tears began to fall soaking his beautiful face, the hope of living with his beloved heart, was now gone.

"Yes, God. Why did everything become like this? Why don't you let me be with the man I love? What's my fault, God?" Leta said so grudgingly.

Leta was sobbing more and more, her heart was really very sick, she had to accept the fate that separated her from her beloved.

"What should I say to Ray later? Will Ray accept if I marry another man? God, why does my love story have to be like this?" Leta again said softly, her tears fell more and more profusely soaked her beautiful face.

"Ray, I'm sorry. I was forced to do this, because of my debt to uncle. They've raised me, they've taken care of me from childhood, even though my aunt and Emily don't like my presence, but my uncle is so kind to me. I can't possibly let my uncle's company crumble because of my selfishness."

"Yes! It's time I returned my favor, isn't it? As long as uncle's company can return to its original state, I will accept this marriage." Leta said while wiping away her tears that kept falling soaked her beautiful face.

"But,, can I live with a man I don't love, and am I willing to sacrifice the feelings of the man I've always loved? Yes, God, it turns out my heart hurts like this. Is this the beginning of my suffering?" Leta said something sad again. His heart did hurt, however, this was the destiny he had to live with.
