Before leaving for the cafe, Yumna and Keano first met Anjani. They arrived at the hospital.

While in the hallway, Yumna meets Mario who is carrying a plastic bag.

Mario smiled warmly at Yumna and Keano, when they had entered the nursery of Anjani. Mario only realized that Yumna and Yusra had similarities, only Yusra was like Laura while Yumna was like him.

Mario continues his steps into Yusra's room, as he opens the door. Yusra is cool with her phone.

"Honey, breakfast first," pinta Mario.

Mario is just a whimper, will be stubborn Yusra. Mario stared fixedly at Yusra's face and remembered the face he had met in the hallway.

"Like." Mario muttered, heard by Yusra.

"Who is similar, pih ?" ask Yusra.

"No, let's eat fast." Mario pushes the dining table on Yusra. "Therefore, you take medicine." Furthermore, Mario prepared the drugs to be drunk by Yusra.

While in the care room of Anjani's mistress, Yumna just finished feeding Anjani's mistress.

"When do you come home, mah ?" ask Yumna.

"Doctor said, maybe later in the afternoon" Laura replied.

"Oma is, at best." Yumna. "You know, I'm the same Keano went to the cafe. Mah, oma," said Yumna, then kissed the back of Laura's hand and Anjani's mistress was followed by Keano.

Keano and Yumna walk out of Anjani's mistress's treatment room. "Keano, you'll go to the toilet first." Yumna said, answered by a nod by Keano.

Yumna hastily stepped onto the toilet, as she made an accidental turn she beat Mario. The one just from the hospital canteen that passed through the toilet.

"Good God, forgive me sir."

"It's okay" said Mario. Mario stared at Yumna's face.

"you were in Anjani's room, Laura's mother, right?" ask Mario.

Yumna nodded, without making a sound.

"You look a lot like my daughter."

"Daughter do you have children?"

"He's the same age as you, you're almost similar. But the hairstyle is different" explained Mario.

Before Yumna answered, her phone suddenly rang. And raised the call from Keano.

After receiving the call, Yumna said goodbye to Mario before he entered the toilet first.

Mario stares intensely at Yumna's back, convinced Yusra and the girl are the same.

"Later on I'll find out who the girl is and what her relationship with lady Anjani and Laura is."

Mario then walks into Yusra's nursery, during which Yusra is cared for by Mario who accompanies Yusra, sometimes alternating with Mala the maid who babysits Yusra until now Yusra is an adult. While Dania he did not care at all about Yusra, before Mario married Laura Dania promised to accept her son with Laura. But now somehow Dania hates Yusra and always treats Yusra badly.
