Chapter 13

Month after month passed and the results of the graduation exam were plastered in plain sight. All I thought about was one. Hopefully I graduate with the best or bad grades, at least I have tried to learn at this moment. My dream of getting away from this school is getting stronger. I let some other students who were huddled together jostle to be able to see the results of their test scores whose papers were stamped on the notice board next to the office of the teacher room. I sat in the distance watching the disciples alternately not stopping.

"Have you seen the results?"

I turned to the right with a slight jerk and I found Firsa smiling sweetly at me. And remember again, she will go to a special school for princesses and will live there dormitory. Maybe we'll find it hard to meet again.

"Emm have you seen?"

"Not yet, I'm lazy to swarm"

I smiled, nodded slowly, turned my head in the other direction, this time I looked at a flower pot in front of me and did not realize I was daydreaming for a while. Firsa's clap returned to wake me up to the real world and I exhaled heavily when I felt that things had become a dead end.

"What problem are you having? Oiyah you can tell me the same story"

I thought, Firsa doesn't need to know. I tried to convince her that I was okay now.

"No problem, everything's fine. Then I'll go for a minute"

I could feel the aura of Firsa as soon as I left her staring at my back with a confused and questionable look, somehow I became mysterious and did not want to tell her anything, I know now Firsa seems curious about my behavior.

"Mom, I-I"

"Let's help mom quickly, today someone ordered a lot of cakes for the inauguration"

Waah, mom seems very happy to look at her, even I so did not have the heart to say tired and want to rest, he said, I took off the bag and rushed to help mom wrap all the cake and put it in the box.

"How's the test result? If you don't graduate, I'll send you back to elementary school!"

I smiled almost a little laugh, mom said that seriously and it seemed like my life would be spent in elementary school again for 6 years.

"Ah no-no, I passed kok ma'am"

"Yeah, my son finally graduated from junior high school"

Mom smiled, then randomized my hair which was already messy because of the wind on the way home when I was pedaling the bike earlier.

"Don't worry, I'll miss you hahaha"

Firsa, who always doesn't stop teasing me. It's in the middle of the crowd, and he says it out loud enough. I reached out to scramble the glittering mane that I liked so much. I smiled gently, and hinted Firsa to leave immediately, as there was already a departure call for her destination.

"Don't forget to let me know when you're in high school"

I nodded to make sure, Firsa seemed to smile sadly, but she tried to pull it all away. He chose the right decision to study in accordance with the passions he had. I thank you, because Firsa has been a good friend during our schooling in Junior High School.

"See you next summer vacation"

I softly waved at Firsa, followed by a wave of her hands that seemed to be getting further away and drowning in the crowd.

"Yoko, don't daydream while walking. You'll be thrown into the gutter"

While carrying an empty bread basket, my brother held my arm in an expression that allowed me to guess what the contents of his head were.

"He's gone"

"Stupid, you're so rude!"

What's my fault? It would be true that Firsa had already gone to her advanced school, what did she mean was to leave? Jesus brother!

"You fool, how do you digest my words"

My brother only sighed softly and regularly, he smiled gently. Brother looks like mother, he has everything mother has. He is such a friendly and wise man. Unlike the mother who is a little difficult to control her emotions. And I'm grateful to have a sister like my brother now.

"You too, must strive to achieve dreams. Like Firsa who is willing to leave you for education and his ideals"

I smiled, I thought the same thing. But sometimes Firsa likes to say that she never wants to leave just because of me.

"But I think Firsa seems to like you Yoko"

I looked quickly at my sister who was also looking at me. His face was serious, now he was not joking. But I never thought I'd get that far.

"There is no corroborating fact, I think Firsa did it out of sympathy and just wanted to be friends"

"Right, after all, you're too early to feel the vibe of love hahaha"

You know yourself.

'Welcome to Mentari High School'

Today was the day of the new disciple's welcome, and I was standing here in a uniform that was clearly different from the previous level. What he said people often say that, the High School period is an unforgettable time and will always be remembered until anytime.

"Yoko, take a picture. This is the first time you've ever worn a high school uniform!"

Ah, that voice again. What my sister-in-law was thinking, from earlier she always told me to take a picture of me in a high school uniform.

"I told you, I don't want to"

I walked away from them to the west of the school, walking down the street alone. Shit, I'm on the wrong way. Rather than being exposed to obscure things on my first day of school, I would rather turn back to the hall again.

Until a silhouette from outside the fence passes in the middle of a leafy acacia tree. I saw that figure, until my eyes widened in shock and I think I almost jumped so unreliable.

'I found you at last'

Unconsciously I smiled.

I don't know why I'm smiling.
