Visit to Ambar's House

“Have long waited for her?” ask Abi.

Ambar shook his head without answering.

“Yuk up, where are we going?”

“He wants to go home,” said Ambar.

In just a matter of seconds Ambar suddenly was in the rear boncer Abi without him noticing. Abi felt strange and confused because he did not see Ambat walking towards him at all.

“Ya already direction the road yes Ambar because I do not know the road here,” said Abi.

“Alright,” say Soft Ambar.

Abi pulled the accelerator pedal, slowly rounding Ambar's right hand at Abi's waist. It makes Abi a little groggy.

“Your father is at home?” ask Abi.

“No.”

“Mother?”

“Ga there is also.”

“Lah keep you at home the same who aja?” ask Abi.

“Mothers but they're not home.”

“Then I go to your house and go to who?”0

“Typically men like if at home there is no one,” the answer makes Abi laugh amusedly.

“You're. Not all like that, where is your house going? There are turns in front left and right.”

“Kiri,” said Ambar shortly there is another turn.

“Kiri again,” he said without Abi asking.

“Away from your home Ambar,” said Abi.

“Gak also. tuh my house the most end,” he said.

Ambat pointed to a simple house roofed with clay tiles, the lights were not too bright. Abi saw earlier also not too much that they passed, the bike they rode turned into a fairly wide yard.

 Abi turned off his motorbike engine, he went down to stand beside Abi, Abi looked at amber which tonight was much more beautiful and graceful by wearing a red suit and long skirt, her long hair made her look perfect.

“Come in,” he said walking towards the terrace of the house.

Abi followed in his footsteps as he opened the door and suddenly pulled his arm, Ambat looked at Abi.

“Sit here at home is no one,” said Abi.

Abi sat on a long chair made of rattan on the porch of the house, Ambar looked at Abi and smiled.

“Why smile so?”

“then you are here for what?”

“Yes want to meet you and know your parents, even they do not exist, where are they?” ask Abi.

“To the sick brother's house.”

“Oh. what a pity,” said Abi.

The two of them were silent for a moment because this was their first meeting outside mes, so Abi was confused about what, Abi was looking at him when he suddenly looked at Abi's hand and smiled.

Abi smiled happily and let her and nodded back tightly at the soft fingers.

“ You know I'm very happy to be with you.”

“ I know, happy birthday to you,” he said and it really makes Abi surprised again.

“So you also know I have a birthday, tell me what you don't know about me? you know everything about me but I don't know anything about you,” said ABI looking back at him.

“Later you also know.”

“Well you're right, later if you're already my wife I'll know everything about you, Mommy would love to have a daughter-in-law like you,” said Abi and looked at him who had looked at Abi with eyes that had shed tears.

Abi was confused why Ambar always cried when he heard Abi say seriously to him, Abi wiped his tears that flowed on his cheeks.

“Sorry .. forgive me.”

That is all Abi can say because he no longer knows what to do and says whatever the atmosphere becomes silent, the silence grew even more as the sound of owls rang among the trees around the amber house, for some time they were silent.

Abi prophesied Ambar to dissolve in his daydream Abi clasped the soft fingers tightly.

“Because we are created only to benefit others, besides worshiping and obeying God, if our lives are not useful to others for what we live in vain, and until now I am still alive because God loves me so much, he said, and also the mother who loved me so much because of her prayers I was always healthy,” Abi said.

“Then you?” ask Abi.

“I want there for you.” 

The Ambar's words made Abi laugh happily to hear it.

“True, means you love me so much, I should be grateful for that.”
