Floutessia is a special territory belonging to Charlize, which is actually in Clouteria, the land above the clouds. The kingdom of flower fairies, or Fleurezia is also in Clouteria. Later the Devil kingdom, or Devirtia, had territory on land or Landearth, and some also existed in Clouteria.
