Sebas here is not the butler of Nazarick but a butler of the Dragonoid Race, in his head filled with information that he must serve Ferdi as a man who will become his master.

His attitude and nature did not change just some information that was changed to make Sebas 100% loyal to Ferdi, if the memory is still intact, Sebas may not want to obey Ferdi because there is still Ainz in his heart.
