"Alfred.." call Dave to Alfred who's standing next to the bed.
"Yes, sir."
"Cancel all my schedules today."
"Only today, sir? Not tomorrow?" Ask Alfred.
Dave immediately turned to Alfred while giving Alfred a sharp look.
"Did you curse me to linger sick?" Ask Dave.
"Bu-not so sir. I mean, anyone knows Mr. Dave wants to take a complete break for a few days, so I can clear my schedule, uh. I mean your schedule, Mr." Answer Alfred stammering.
Dave sighed while shaking his head.
"no need. Cancel my schedule today. And tomorrow make my schedule until two in the afternoon because at three in the afternoon I have to go to the hospital to do a monthly health check." Answer Dave.
"Good sir." Answer Alfred.
"Why is it still there?" Dave asked because his assistant was still standing next to his bed.
"Sorry sir, I think I have to standby next to Mister." Answer Alfred.
"You're my assistant who helps me take care of the company. Not my waiter. If you're here on standby, who replaced me to take care of whose company? Back to the office!!" Reply Dave with a slightly raised tone.
"Good Sir. Then excuse me first." Pamit Alfred then walked out of Dave's room.
When Alfred came out, Uncle Felix went into the room.
"Did Alfred do it again, sir?" Ask Uncle Felix to Dave while walking up to Dave's bed with a tray containing breakfast for Dave.
"Aakkhs... Why did Uncle Harold send the child to replace him?! It just makes my head hurt!"
"You can protest Mr. Harold, sir and ask Mr. Harold to replace Alfred with a better one." Uncle Felix gave me a suggestion.
But Dave shook his head.
"No, I don't want to replace it. Although it always gives me a headache, but he's very deft, his work is neat, and he has fresh ideas. He's a genius, just a lack of practice in the field, two or three more months for sure he can adjust to my habits." Answer Dave.
Uncle Felix nodded his head in agreement with what Dave said.

At 15:00
"Good afternoon Mr. Dave." Greet Bryan when Dave and Alfred walk into Bryan's doctor's office.
"Doctor Bryan's afternoon." Reply Dave while landing his ass in the front seat of Bryan's doctor's desk.
"How are you doing? Is it better than yesterday?" Ask Bryan's doctor and be countered with a nod of the head by Dave.
"All right, let's just start our examination." Bryan's doctor begins a basic checkup on Dave.
"Do you have any complaints, sir?" Ask Bryan's doctor while checking Dave's blood pressure.
"Only my head hurts often." Answer Dave.
"Then we do an MRI to examine your head." Doctor Bryan said.
"Sus, prepare the MRI room." Dr. Bryan's orders to his assistant.
"Nice doc." Bryan's assistant doctor answered and walked out of Bryan's office.
After Bryan's doctor performed a basic examination and took a sample of Dave's blood and gave the blood sample to be examined in the laboratory, bryan's doctor asked Dave to go to the MRI room to examine Dave's internal organs, especially Dave's head, where Dave said he often complained of headaches.
After about half an hour in the MRI room, Dave was asked to wait for all the results of the examination in the nursery.
An hour later.
After an hour of waiting for the results of the examination to come out, finally the doctor Bryan went into the nursery Dave with the results of the medical examination Dave with a face that looks moody.
Seeing the face of Bryan's moody doctor, Dave believes that Bryan's doctor must have come with bad news about the results of his health examination.
"Mr Dave..." Dr. Bryan, he was a bit hesitant to tell Dave the results of the medical examination of his VVIP patient.
"Tell me, don't beat around the bush." Answer Dave. He was already impatient to know what was happening to his body.
"I'm sorry, sir, from the results of the examination with a heavy heart I say that Mr. Dave currently has stage three brain cancer.

Like being struck by lightning during the day, how shocked Dave was when he heard the diagnosis of Bryan's doctor.
