Now that Kirana and Pak Saka were in the car, the man drove his car to Kirana's residence. Kirana had just activated her phone a few minutes ago and a barrage of missed phones and messages from Bryan filled her phone.
The man who had never cared for her suddenly asked her whereabouts, surely because the guards at her husband's residence reported that he had not returned home last night, Kirana was very lazy to go home when she found out that her husband had returned from work much earlier.
Mr. Saka continued to watch Kirana who had been staring out the window, several times the beautiful woman sighed heavily as if she was thinking about something that Mr. Saka did not know.
"Kirana," called Mr. Saka while looking at Kirana at a glance and the man refocused his gaze towards the streets.
Kirana turned her attention from the window of this car staring at Pak Saka. "What did you call me?" ask Kirana.
"Is the wound in your leg still painful? Should we go to the doctor to check on her again?" ask Mr. Saka with great attention. Mr. Saka turned his head back towards Kirana who was now shaking her head.
"There's no need to go to the doctor" replied Kirana. "But can you turn this car around and let me get to work" Kirana continued.
"You're sick, rest at home for a few days." Pak Saka's words were not like a plea but more like an indisputable command.
Kirana lowered her head. "Well, then" replied Kirana.
After taking some time traveling finally the car that is not Saka then arrived also in front of the residence Kirana stay. The towering fence immediately opened when the car stopped in front of the gate, her husband would have known if Kirana had stayed at Pak Saka's house last night.
Kirana turned towards Pak Saka by forcing a smile on her lips, "Thank you that you have delivered me and forgive me if you can trouble me," Kirana said. "What's wrong with me, why I don't want to get out of this car I don't even want to part from it," Kirana's mind was confused by how she felt right now.
"Kiran, can I call you that?" asked Mr. Saka to ask permission to the owner of the name. Kirana replied with a nod of her head. "You don't need to thank me because I'm happy to help you, from now on don't ever hesitate if you need my help" said Mr. Saka by commenting on his thin smile.
Kirana's heart beat faster when she found out that if Mr. Saka smiled at her, the look of the man's eyes looked so shady that Kirana felt like she was being protected by him. Kirana did not know whether it was possible that Mr. Saka felt the same way or just the opposite, could it be that the man just felt sorry for her? For what Kirana thought all that because she already has a husband even though this marriage only exists on paper, but still Brian is her husband they are legally married in the eyes of law and also religion.
"Father carefully went to work I will go down now and again thank you," Kirana said.
"It seems you've been brave to me," Brian said after the man stood before Kirana.
"What do you mean Brian?" ask Kirana. Kirana could not reverse her steps anymore because now Bryan was holding her hand - the man was not holding his hand but was clutching both hands so firmly that Kirana was grimacing in pain.
"You don't pretend you don't know! You cheap woman. Last night you didn't come home and you even came home in the morning with a man," Brian said.
It seemed that the man did not look at himself every night he always changed women and brought her into the house but, not once did Kirana open her voice. When Kirana did not come home last night and she was delivered by a man her husband immediately cursed her blindly like an uneducated man.
"I've never taken care of your life so long you want to bring 10 women into this house every night I never cared, either," said Kirana who had begun to run out of patience to face her husband's behavior. "Never equate me with you or those street women! Did you know last night I didn't come home because ...." Kirana's words were cut off by Brian just like that.
"So now you want to return my treatment? From the very beginning I knew that if you married me just because I knew I had so many possessions, you were like the women I brought into this house every night! I don't even have to touch you at all because I already know that you're not holy." Without any mercy Brian said bad things to his wife, again it did not even matter if now the person in the car was looking in their direction.
Kirana felt her two beads begin to heat up a few seconds later, tears began to fall on both cheeks. Kirana may be poor but she has self-esteem, Kirana's hand is lifted into the air and slaps Brian's cheek to make the man's face turn with force.
"Don't ever equate me with them Brian! Ever since I married you a dime I've never asked for your money, even if I had enough of my own life from my money at work," kirana said in a voice that sounded raucous as her tongue trembled as she spoke withstanding the intense pain in her heart.
Brian looked towards Kirana. Both his eyes were rounded with one hand holding his cheek, his white cheeks revealing the slap of the wife. Bryan could not allow himself to be trampled by the poor woman who was before him right now.
"You have to accept the consequences." Brian Spray.
Brian immediately added Kirana's hair and then dragged the woman away from the gate of the house, Kirana revolted with her legs limping because it was still painful, Kirana could not remove Brian's hand from his hair until he fell, in order to still not let go of Kirana's hair that was still clasped roughly in her hands the man dragged Kirana towards the yard until the voice of a man began to stop Brian's steps.
"Stop!"
