Fandy parked his car assisted by a parking attendant on the edge of the old Kota highway, Jakarta. The bustling and bustling atmosphere of the street buskers greeted those who had just gotten out of the car.
Raline smiled when she saw some people who deliberately wore ghost costumes to attract the attention of the visitors to take pictures with them.
"You want a photo?"
Fandy asked Raline as she followed Raline's gaze toward the people in ghost costumes.
"Yuk photo yuk yuk..!"
Raline exclaimed as she pulled the man's arm to immediately follow her footsteps.
They took some photos with Raline's cell phone helped by a fellow youth wearing a costume. After being satisfied to take photos, then Fandy put two pieces of fifty thousand money into a can containing money deliberately placed costumed young man in front of him. So that anyone who takes photos with them will give them a sign of gratitude.
They went down street vendors just looking around. Fandy also occasionally invites Raline to take pictures together in the middle of the crowd.
To be honest, this was the first time Fandy had gone for a walk with a girl at the night market. Whereas the girls before him always asked himself for a way to luxurious places. But this time he really enjoyed the crowded atmosphere in the market that night. Because Raline was always smiling happily while at the market that night.
Raline stopped her footsteps in front of the meatball cart. Then ordered two bowls of meatballs for himself and Fandy. Then they sat down on the mat that had been provided by the merchant.
Fandy noticed the smile on Raline's face. I don't know why he's so addicted to that smile.
His heart started to beat fast, as his eyes met Raline's eyes. The girl smiled sweetly again.
"Thank you, I got here. I'm so happy"
Raline said, Fandy just nodded while returning the girl's smile.
"About Roy, he's your lover, isn't he?"
Asked Fandy, Raline immediately let out a long sigh. His face began to turn sad.
"Well, she's my boyfriend, it's just....."
Raline stopped her words.
"Well, if you don't want to divorce her"
Said Fandy while receiving two bowls of meatballs given by the meatball seller. Then he placed a bowl of meatballs in front of Raline.
"Actually, I procrastinated because I was waiting for her, I was too stupid to be too loyal to her"
Raline bowed sadly.
"I was waiting for him, but he apparently thought it was all over when he left Indonesia"
Raline continued again while stirring her meat sauce with the origin. Fandy was only able to look at the girl in front of him.
"But, whatever it is, I want to thank you. You've helped me save my pride in front of him. If only you hadn't come, I might have been insulted by it"
Raline looked at Fandy with a puddle of tears in her eye. Fandy only smiled faintly, then touched Raline's cheek gently.
"Now it is sad, the meat is eaten, it will be cold"
Said Fandy while scooping his meatballs for him to eat.
After finishing eating, Fandy also paid for two bowls of meatballs with the right money. Then he moved closer to Raline who was standing glued to see and enjoy the music of love that came out of the friction of the old violin played by the buskers who stood in front of the museum door.
"You wait here, I'm going to the toilet"
Fandy said, Raline just nodded her head to agree to wait for the man.
It did not feel ten minutes Raline waited, she tried to look back to find the figure of Fandy.
"Ah. Maybe the toilet is empty"
His inner.
After two songs played, the street busker is now singing beautiful girl songs belonging to old singer Jose Mari Chan with his old violin. Which makes the atmosphere of the night more beautiful.
Raline sang along following the melodious voice of the street vocalist. Suddenly a cute doll appeared right in front of Raline's face.
"Hi beautiful girl.. don't cry anymore yes. if you cry your face looks very ugly"
The doll was moved by someone's hand from behind her, as if she was talking to him. Raline looked behind her. He saw Fandy's face complete with his trademark smile.
Raline gave a smile and grabbed the doll from Fandy's hand.
"Thank you, you're the only one who understands me the most"
Raline said as she kissed Fandy's left cheek.
"Let's go home"
Take Raline and walk ahead of Fandy while fondling the doll that Fandy just bought for her.
Now Fandy was glued to the back of the girl who began to walk away towards the parking lot. He slowly touched his left cheek, still feeling warm Raline's lips that imprint on the surface of his skin. His heart was pounding irregularly, his snoring felt limp and his cheeks were flushed.
"Am I in love with Raline?"
Mumbled.
"Ayooo.. Why is it silent?"
Said Raline who was already standing a few meters away from Fandy, while calling the man with her hand gesture. Fandy just nodded and walked over to Raline, and the two of them rushed back to Raline's parents' residence.
Along the way Fandy just kept quiet without a word. Raline began sleeping in the passenger seat next to Fandy.
Every car had to stop driving at red lights, Fandy always looked at Raline.
"Yes.I think I'm in love with you.., but do you feel the same way Raline?"
Inwardly, the sound of a horn from the car behind him also made Fandy forced to take his eyes off Raline's face, then he returned to run his car.
...
At exactly twelve in the night, they arrived at Raline's parents' residence.
The atmosphere of the house already looks lonely, because everyone has fallen asleep soundly.
Fandy reached into the house keys he had brought when he left the house from his pants pocket. He rushed down from the car and opened the front door of the house with the key in his hand.
The door opened wide, then he returned to his car and carried Raline's body to the room and laid her on the bed.
Fandy closed the door to Raline's room and then went to the front door and closed the front door and locked it. Then he stepped into the kitchen and made a cup of coffee.
He sat in front of the television while sipping coffee he had just made.
That night his heart was worried thinking about his feelings for Raline.
He really did not expect, his feelings with Raline were right. He was in love, and did not want to lose the girl.
