The New Chapter Part 5

Arriving at a restaurant Mike and Nindy get out of the car and enter the restaurant.

Nindy with her forced steps followed where the man was walking.

Until they reached the table located near the window.

"Sit down, and order the food you want" Mike said as he sat on his butt in the chair.

Nindy was unmoved, she was still standing there. His body seemed to be holding something back, and Mike realized it.

"What is this about you?!" Ask Mike.

"I want to go to the toilet first, please hold my phone" Nindy then ran to the toilet after putting her phone on the table.

Mike was just indifferent to the behavior of Nindy, he took a menu book that was available on the table.

After that, he ordered a heavy meal and drinks.

The waiter records what Mike says then passes from there.

While waiting for his order to come Mike just kept silent while staring out the window.

Suddenly Nindy's phone vibrated indicating an incoming call.

Mike's hand reflexively picks up the phone, a name on it making Mike sure that the person calling Nindy is his fiancee.

Kendrick ❤

The name made Mike curious as to what kind of man would want to propose a fierce woman like Nindy.

Just now he wanted to pick up the phone a hand quickly pulled the phone he was holding.

"Don't be too presumptuous Mike, I'm just asking you to keep my phone" Nindy said firmly.

The woman then sat face to face with Mike, there was a look of pleasure emanating from Nindy's face.

No wait long Nindy immediately picked up the phone from the idol of the heart.

Nindy: Hello Ken.

Nindy: Already, I will send the money to your account.

Kendrick: .......

Nindy: Yes together.

Kendrick: .......

Nindy: Yea.

Instantly Nindy's expression turned sad.

He thought Kendrick would ask him, but the man only asked Nindy for the money.

Meanwhile, Mike who heard Nindy talk felt something strange about their conversation.

The shadow of Nindy talking about money makes Mike assume that Nindy gave some money to his fiancee. The sad face that Nindy was emitting also made the man feel that something was amiss.

After calling Nindy then ordered the delayed food earlier.

They had a quiet lunch, but Mike kept staring at Nindy's face, trying to figure out what really happened to the woman in front of him.

Nindy who felt Mike looking at her constantly felt wronged, Nindy also ventured to look at the opposite sex.

"Why do you keep staring at me?!" Nindy asked as she narrowed her eyes.

"Don't be too confident, I see you because you're so overwhelmed at meals" Mike replied, saying, because he didn't want Nindy to see him lying Mike took the tissue there and wiped Nindy's mouth, made the woman shocked to death.

"Less it! Give me that tissue" Nindy grabbed it and wiped her own mouth.

Unwilling to make this girl even more angry Mike chose to shut up and continue eating lunch.

After eating they immediately went from the restaurant without any chatter like people in general.

In the car was so quiet and silent, they dissolved in each other's minds until Mike's car arrived at Albert's company.
