Xiao Yu and the Blademaster cleaned one side of the wall before turning to the other side of the wall (the gate split the wall in half). It didn't take long for them to finish off the other patrolmen. Xiao Yu went to open the wall while gesturing to the bachelors and snorted to immediately reach the gate.

Xiao Yu slowly lowered the bars and opened the thick gate.

"What's going on? Why are all torches gone?” The voice of a bandit interfered with the silent camp.

Tyrande was near the gate; he used an arrow to shoot through the bandit's throat.

Patrolmen on the other side of the bandit camp had heard the sound but were still unaware that the enemy had penetrated their camp. One of them came: "What happened?" However, he meets a cold Grom who quickly kills him.

The camp patrols came one by one but were all killed. The other patrols inside the camp realized something was wrong so they started ringing the warning bell.

Xiao Yu ordered his troops to take up positions when the battle was about to begin.

He placed elf archers and dwarf shooters on the wall. He divided the bachelors into groups of 25 and placed them where they could protect the stone steps leading to the top of the wall.

The elf hunters were ordered to infiltrate the camp and find a place to hide.

Xiao Yu knew that hunters were not good at close combat, so he ordered them to light fires in different parts of the camp to create chaos. They were fast and stealthy so it was the most appropriate role for them that he could make. Moreover, they were invisible in the shadows. In addition, he ordered the hunters not to engage in a direct fight against the bandits. If one of them is found then he wants the hunter to escape immediately.

The hunter had reached level 2 and Xiao Yu could not bear to see them die in this camp.

“Enemy attack! There is an enemy attacking! Get ready to fight!” The loud sounds of bandits as well as the sounds of bells and drums began to reverberate around the camp.

Xiao Yu stood on the wall with a smile on his face.

Xiao Yu was worried about the formation that the bandits might make. As a result, he himself occupied the best terrain in the camp for the upcoming battle. Right now, confusion was rampant in the minds of the bandits. Every group that advanced was mercilessly killed either by archers or grunts.

Xiao Yu did not dare to attack directly. Although his soldiers were strong, the number of troops he had was less in terms of quantity.

“The enemy has occupied the wall! They got archers!” The bandits behind shouted in shock.

It was too dark and the walls were not lit. As a result, they did not see any enemies on the walls. Elves were basically invisible because of their Shadow Escape. The dwarves were too short and were currently bowing. In short, there was an invisible enemy on the wall hunting down the bandits.

Bandits who were not killed by archers or survived by arrows were trampled by grunts, who slaughtered them with their axes.

Xiao Yu ordered the grunts to retreat and defend the gate. It's a Spartan Tactic once again, but this time it's not about not letting them in but not letting them out.

It was an overused tactic but it was still the most effective that Xiao Yu could pull off.

Most of the bandits were sleeping but woke up from the commotion. At the same time, flames raged in several parts of the camp, adding to the confusion. None of the bandits knew the exact number of attackers.

Some bandits rushed towards the gate with instincts as they could only see the Orcs. They wanted to set up a defensive formation before attacking but they did not know that Xiao Yu did not plan to attack. Tonight it's all about defense.

The more bandits rushed to the gate, the more experience points Xiao Yu, his heroes, and his soldiers obtained. Xiao Yu saw Grom reach level 9. It didn't take long for Tyrande to reach level 9 as well. Soon, even Archmage reached level 5. They each accumulated a lot of experience points in the final battle; the additional experience points tonight increased their levels.

Xiao Yu quickly added skill points to the Omnislash Grom and the skill reached level 4. He added skill points to the Soul Beast Tyrande, then had the Archmage study the Ice Barrier so that the Archmage had the skill to protect himself.

The golden light exploded as Xiao Yu discovered that he had also leveled up and reached level 6. He quickly distributed his attribute points, then decided on Ice Barrier as his next skill.

“I'm protected by the Ice Barrier! Who can be my opponent?” Xiao Yu proudly exclaimed.

The system allowed Xiao Yu to master the skills of various heroes simultaneously. As a result, he would eventually be stronger than any hero. He had already learned all of Grom's skills so he planned to learn the skills from different heroes.

Xiao Yu was still pondering as a voice pierced through the sky: "Who is so daring to attack my camp?"

Xiao Yu saw a man with endless anger displayed on his face and a body covered in soil shouting. Xiao Yu narrowed his eyes as he glanced at Fox: "Is this the leader?"

Fox nodded: “Ya, sir. I had never met him personally before, but according to the characteristics of his appearance, this person must have been the leader of this camp— Marcus!”

Xiao Yu nodded then ordered Fox to retreat and find a place to hide. He ordered grunts to collectively roar forward.

The hundreds of grunts led by Grom let out roars towards Marcus, who rushed to the front of the battlefield.

Argh~~~

A muffled sound resounded, causing a powerful air to blast through the sand on the ground. Sand and dirt flew and swept over Marcus.

Marcus came to the battlefield only to eat a mouthful of sand.

"Didn't he know that no one could compete with the Orcs in terms of the battle cry?" Xiao Yu said as he touched the tip of his nose.
