Chapter 1

Luke Lawrance, a 17-year-old boy, has to work hard for his family. A year ago, his parents had an accident and died, leaving Luke and his siblings alone.

Luke, who is the firstborn, must inevitably live as a brother and guardian for his twin brothers who are still in elementary school.

Luke himself has been told by the father if his parents eloped because they were not blessed by the father's parents. While the mother herself is a poor woman from the slums who has no family or relatives.

That's why when Luke's parents died, none of the brothers helped him and his sister and there were only a few acquaintances of his parents who helped a little after the departure of both parents.

Luke who has resigned to the circumstances can only continue to try to stay steadfast while running a small department store left by his parents.

In a small house, with very simple circumstances, a young man who is none other than Luke Lawrance.

“ Ahhhh... already morning, when it feels like just sleeping.”.

Then Luke who woke up because of the sound of the morning alarm immediately woke his two younger siblings. His siblings slept in Luke's old room, while Luke now sleeps in his parents' room.

“ Chiko....Chika... let's wake up in the morning, time for school.”

“Ehh...” saw that Chiko's sister woke up first.

“Sana shower first, sister will prepare breakfast.” Luke rushes to the bathroom to wash his face and goes to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.

“Hem...cook what's good.” Luke who opened the refrigerator in the kitchen could only see the rest of the food waste. There's a piece of tempeh and tofu, then a bunch of chives that's almost dried.

While the rest is just plain water and some drugs syrup the sister that he deliberately stored in the refrigerator.

“Alright .. make fried rice only time yes.”

Then swiftly Luke took the last remaining foodstuff and intended to make fried rice.

While opening the magicom lid, Luke noticed there was still rice leftover overnight and it seemed that it was only enough for one or two people. Luke just smiled and immediately cooked breakfast.

“Oke is ready... Chiko, Chika breakfast is ready, here eat.”

Then the younger sister Chiko who had taken a bath first came and sat at the dinner table and was followed by the younger sister Chika.

“Kakak Chiko who opened the fridge saw that their milk was gone.

“ Yes already, now drink water only first, later in the afternoon you will buy milk and groceries in the market.” Luke convinced his sister.

“Hem..” Then Chiko could only cuddle up and walk to the dining table and eat their breakfast.

“Loh... Kok just two, brother already ate?.” Chiko's sister was surprised to see that there were only two plates on the dining table.

“Yes, already..sister just finished eating. Have spent fast.” Then Luke walked back to the room with a towel and finally took a shower.

Actually since last night Luke has not eaten and this morning was the same, but to save a little he was willing not to eat as long as his two little brothers did not lack one thing.

Luke finally finished his bath and got dressed.

“So far brother.”

Then Luke starts to take out his super bike which is none other than his father's motorcycle and he heats the bike first.

The rented house of Luke's own family is at the end of the housing complex and this is why the atmosphere there is a little quiet.

While heating his motorbike, Luke sees Chika's sister pale a little and finally realizes there is something strange with her youngest sister.

“Chika.... Why are you?... are you sick?..”

“Enggak” the younger sister Chika just shook her head while answering the older sister's question.

“Ohh, yes already.. alright let's go.”

Then Luke closed the door and placed the key under the flower pot. And the three brothers together ride a motorcycle to go to school.

Arriving at his sister's school, Luke immediately dropped off his two younger siblings who were still first class and drove them to the gate.

“ Drug kak.” Finally, Chiko's younger sister walked in with Chika who walked slowly into the school.

When he saw Chika's sister, Luke was very sad. Actually, Chika's sister has TB disease and said the doctor must immediately be treated properly so as not to get worse.

But whatever the power, Luke is just a second-year high school student and he doesn't have much money either. Even for a meal, Luke had to work very hard at his family's relics shop.

“Hem..” Luke can only get back on his bike and leave for school, leaving his two younger siblings at school.

Luke finally got to school. Luke's school is one of the best private schools in town. Luke himself did not expect to be able to go to school there. Because of Luke's intelligence, he got a scholarship and can attend SIS {Sanjaya International School} for free.

Luke arrives, puts his soup motorcycle in the student's parking lot and rushes to class.

In the classroom...

It seemed that many students had filled the classroom and were chatting with each other.

Luke who just arrived has been charged with the same PR thugs class.

But Luke never got dizzy and he also never wanted to start a commotion at school. Luke realizes he can attend school because of the scholarship from school and Luke's main goal is to be able to complete his education there by utilizing the scholarship he got.
