Feeling that his father had improved, Alan went out to get some fresh air. She feels uncomfortable when Carolin is nearby, which is why she prefers to leave even if she knows her father would misunderstand her. Alan walks very casually towards the loby and accidentally meets Nathan again. Nathan who was still in the elevator with a few bags of food in both hands just stared at Alan without a word. Likewise with Alan he was still standing in front of the elevator in silence.

Because there was no greeting from Alan, Nathan decided to get out of the elevator. As he walked past Alan, his phone rang and he put a bag of food out of his right hand. Nathan pulls out his cell phone from his pants pocket, after he finds out that Yoona called him and rushes to answer Yoona's phone.

"Hello Yoona what's wrong? I'll be there soon" Nathan replied as he walked off the elevator.

When Alan heard Nathan mention Yoona's name, he stopped his steps as he entered the elevator. Alan turned around and stopped Nathan.

"Wait..!!"

Nathan was shocked and immediately turned to face Alan in a position still answering a call from Yoona.

"Young master Alan did you call me??" nathan asked a little wonder.

"Your rock.!!" Reply Alan cuek while giving the plastic bag that Nathan had accidentally left. Alan doesn't care about his plastic bag, but he is very curious when Nathan suddenly mentions Yoona's name.

"Ohh I forgot about it, thank you young master Alan.!" Nathan replied with a friendly smile. But his interlocutor did not even express himself.

After receiving and thanking him, Nathan turned around and reconnected with Yoona. Alan was still standing staring at Nathan's back as he widened his ears to hear what they were talking about.

"Yona why are you crying??" ask Nathan.

Alan is shocked to hear Nathan ask why Yoona is crying. He immediately chased after Nathan and pulled his hand to ask directly what exactly happened.

"Hey what's going on??" nathan asked in surprise as Alan suddenly withdrew his hand.

"What happened to Yoona? Why is she crying??" alan asked with a serious face.

"Previously let go of my hand.!! And do you also know Yoona??" ask Nathan. They kept asking questions without anyone answering any of them.

"I ask and you don't ask back.!!" Assertively Alan while throwing Nathan's hand.

Nathan immediately changed his expression to be serious, he then tidied up his sleeves that were tangled because it was grabbed by Alan.

"Hiks.. Nathan, are you still listening to me, hiks"

Yoona's voice from behind the phone sounded very pitiful with sobs hunting down. Alan and Nathan were focused on the phone that was in Nathan's grasp.

"Yoona I'm sorry I'll be there soon, you stop crying.!!" Nathan said and immediately turned off his phone. In a hurry Nathan walked straight to the Operation Room, while Alan followed behind.

Nathan is conscious and uncomfortable as Alan continues to follow him, but due to worrying about Yoona he doesn't care if Alan keeps following him. When she reached the operating room, Yoona was sitting in the corridor chair, sobbing in tears as she buried her face in her mother's arms. Nathan and Alan look very worried and immediately approached Yoona who was crying.

"Yoona what's going on??" alan and Nathan asked in unison while crouching in front of Yoona.

Yoona raised her head, she was surprised when she saw Alan crouching in front of her. Yoona rubbed her eyes because her vision was not clearly covered by her tears.

"Alan??" lirih Yoona doesn't believe that she really has Alan.

"Yoona why?? What's going on??" alan asked while standing up and sat down next to Yoona and immediately hugged her.

Yoona immediately shed another cry in Alan's arms. He continued to sob until his chest felt tight. Alan immediately stroked Yoona's hair trying to calm Yoona's feelings.

Nathan is only stunned when he sees Yoona suddenly returning a hug from Alan. She doesn't know that Alan knows Yoona. Nathan can only resist jealousy when the woman he loves is in the arms of another man. If Yoona is not sad, Nathan may act to separate them, but he is more worried and put aside his jealousy.

"Auntie what exactly happened??" nathan asked Bu Hana who was still sobbing.

"Operation, hiiks hyks" replied Bu Hana could not continue his words.

"What's really going on??" alan asked slightly affirming his question and immediately got a sharp look from Nathan.

"This guy can't ask me a little more gently" Nathan thought unhappily.

"Hiks, mom..!! I wake up Mom don't make Yoona worry.!!" isak Yoona while shaking her mother's body.

"Yoona your mother just fainted let the doctor check on her first" Nathan told Yoona to calm down a bit.

"Yoona did you forget, I told you that I lost a sister whom I loved so much.!!" Reply Alan while gently stroking the tip of Yona's head.

Yoona instantly fell silent and only sobs could be heard from her mouth. Alan immediately hugged Yoona back because he felt very worried about Yoona's current state. She understood Yoona's current feelings a lot because she had also experienced how painful it was to lose a much loved one.

Nathan looks at Alan and Yoona with deep jealousy, as again Alan gives a warm hug to Yoona and gives no chance for her to give a hug.

"The patient's family died.!!" Call a Sister while approaching the three of them.

"I'm Sus," Yoona replied in a soft voice.

"Miss come with me to take care of the death certificate.!! If not immediately taken care of the dead patient can not immediately get out of the Hospital." Definitely a Sister.

With a still limp body Yoona forced herself to stand up, but Alan swiftly stopped Yoona and made her sit back in her seat.

"What's wrong??" ask Yoona wonder.

Alan does not answer Yoona's questions directly, he instead focuses on Sister who is still waiting for Yoona to take care of her certificate of death.

"What can be represented??" alan asked seriously.

"Are you his family?? If you're willing to take responsibility then please, please" explained the nurse. Alan without further ado immediately followed Sister to represent Yoona take care of the necessary letters.

"Is this the arrogant young Master Alan? Why would he bother taking care of it for Yoona. What exactly is the relationship between them??" nathan thought curious.
