Chapter 13

There was a very noisy sound around me, I was forced to open my eyes slowly. I looked at Albert who was busy opening a crate containing his luggage.

"What are you doing, brother...?!" Reveal me while rubbing my eyes. He looked towards me.

"You distracted?" He ignored me and went back to smashing his luggage.

Early in the morning, it pissed me off. Obviously I'm very disturbed, you're very noisy Albert.

I ignored him and tried to go back to sleep...

Ahhh.

I opened both my eyelids and sat down, I flicked away the blanket I was using. I put my feet away in a fit of annoyance to leave her. I immediately took my towel and performed my bathing ritual.

"Bright..." My words were relieved as I closed my eyes enjoying the water splashing on my body.

I took a walk to enjoy the view of the dense forest on the edges of Professor Auter's house... Every now and then I read a book under a big tree while enjoying the wind that touches my skin.

The breezy sheets of wind made my hair block my eyes, making me a little sleepy. I fell asleep leaning under the tree listening to the chirping of birds singing in the forest.

I opened my eyes staring around the courtyard, looking like Ane was drying clothes in the back of the courtyard... He looked at me without smiling.

"Very scary..." Ungkapku while turning my eyes towards the knight who was busy doing his activities at the end of the courtyard.

We've been here for days, I haven't even seen Professor Auter except when we've been eating and it's very rare that he's come to eat with us.

What is really going on with this house? A house this big is only Ane's only servant... Does Professor Auter dislike the presence of many people? But why would he want to keep us here? Was it forced?

What the hell am I thinking?

I stood up and put my feet into the house, I put the book I was carrying on the living room table. I left her and took a walk inside the house.

"I've never been to the third floor, I'd rather be there...."

I quickly moved my foot to the third floor before Ane saw me.

"It turns out this place is like the second floor..."

"One more door..." I came to the door that was in the corner.

"Open..?!"

I slowly opened the door and it looked like an empty room without decorations like in our room. There is only one old bed and one large wardrobe.

Without me noticing, the sound of footsteps walked towards the room... I was shocked and tried to find a hiding place... I looked at the closet, and ran slowly towards it...

I went into a closet full of furry clothes. Looks like warm clothes. I tried to hold my breath when someone opened the door of this room.

I put my feet back into the back of the closet. I stumbled and fell, I felt me touch something.

"Daun... These dried leaves? In the closet..?! That's right..."

I looked back and saw a place like a forest filled with fir trees in front of me.

I patted my dirty hands from falling down and stood up.

"What is this place..!?"

I looked around, just a forest full of fir trees.

"It's weird...." I turned back into the closet. I got out of the closet and returned to my room in a bit of a hurry.

"I think I read too many fantasy novels..." I shook my head in disbelief as I quickly climbed down the stairs.
