Chapter 70 Season 2 Chap 3 Accidental Meeting

Day after day Ashley focused more on her current job. The cafe where he works looks very crowded.

"Ash, you take this food to table no 17! " said Riska.

"Yes Ma'am! " Ashley took over the tray that the boss was holding. The girl immediately delivered the customer's order.

"It's your food Sir." Ashley said.

"You?" Felix didn't think Ashley was working as a waiter. Ashley herself just kept quiet, choosing to duck and leave just like that. He has no intention of talking to his former boss.

Felix is back to focusing on his clients, that afternoon they had lunch together. Mr. Dante also noticed Felix who was a little dreamy.

"Mr Felix, did you know the girl earlier? " ask Mr. Dante politely.

"He's my former employee" Felix replied with a faint smile. And they went back to talking about business. When he finished he immediately called the waiter and paid for it. Both of them went straight out of the Cafe, Felix's departure was accidentally noticed by Ashley.

At lunchtime, Ashley asked for permission to go outside for a bit. The girl intended to buy some books and study equipment for her sister. When he finished, he went straight out of there.

"Ashley. "call someone. Ashley turned her head, Felix came up to her. The handsome man stared at the item that was under Ashley at this moment.

"Looks like I have nothing to do with you, sir! " sayley said with her flat face. The girl walked past him, immediately crossing the street. Felix followed him from behind in a car.

The girl put her stuff in her locker. Ashley immediately continued her work without thinking about lunch. Ezra came to bring him food.

Felix watched the interaction of the two in silence. Ashley sat down, the girl grabbed the food Ezra had brought her. Now Ezra's focus is on the man behind Ashley.

"No! " answered Ashley briefly. Felix clucked softly at the reply from Ashley just now. The man asks Ezra to leave and sits opposite Ashley.

Ashley was surprised by what Felix did. The girl chose silence and continued her meal.

Ezra came to Felix, politely asking the customer for food.

Felix felt relieved after getting an apology from his beloved mother. He remembered the lover, the man immediately told the mother.

Felix nodded in agreement, the man pulled out his phone then sent a message to the lover. The man immediately moved on from there, choosing to chat with Irene elsewhere.

His parents could only take a long breath. They always support the child's wishes without imposing their will. Mother and Daddy returned to chatting casually.

Ashley, on the other hand, was relieved after the departure of his former boss. He felt uncomfortable with the arrogant attitude Felix had. The girl thinks all men are the same, just selfish and likes to demean others.

"What a rich man would do if he had such devious thoughts as that man. Unable to appreciate the profession of others despite being far below him" murmured Ashley.

The girl again wiped the water-shed table. He no longer thought about Felix's hurtful words to him. Ashley is getting used to all the scorn she gets from others for her.
