Kania is waiting in front of the ER, Elvan is still in check. Elvan's parents are on their way. Not only was Elvan in the examination, Bimo and his partner were injured but Elvan's condition was more worrisome because of getting a gunshot wound.

The girl looked over and stood up. It turned out that her mother-in-law had arrived first.

“Sit, babe.” Nella invites Kania to sit down and calm the girl down. Though Nella is Elvan's mother, although she is connected but who looks worried even Kania.

Judah does not want to take any risks, he gives his consent to the necessary actions for Elvan's safety. The three people were now waiting in front of the operating room, of course being watched by their bodyguards.
“Kania, you better go home baby. Rest, at home. Mami see your condition is also not good,” said Nella.
Yuda directs one of his guards to drive Kania home.

Kania is getting ready to go to the hospital. Last night, Elvan's parents had said that Elvan's operation went well, just waiting for the man to wake up. Kania has said that this morning will come to the hospital, to take turns.

Kania sat on the chair beside the bed, waiting for Elvan to wake up. There was something he wanted to ask the man, of course, to wait for him to wake up. Almost half an hour passed, Elvan gave a sign he would be awake.
The man nodded slowly, then looked over.
“How do you feel? Do I need to call a doctor?” ask Kania.
“What I call a doctor only, you look in pain.”
“Of course it hurts, the effect of the drug is gone and my wound is quite painful,” said Elvan.
Kania did not want to risk her pressing the emergency button, not long after the doctor came with the nurse. Kania said Elvan's complaint, the doctor will give better pain medication.

Kania rejects Elvan's proposal.
“No, let me. What if someone deliberately swapped the medicine,” said Kania.
Elvan chuckled and then complained of pain, he was not able to move and talk much.

Kania has stepped up but stopped because of Elvan's call.

Kania ransomed the medicine in Abil's company. It was a bit long since there were some people queuing up while waiting for the medicine to be ready. After getting the medicine, Kania immediately handed over to the nurse who was specifically on duty for Elvan's nursery.
Seeing the door that was not tightly closed of course made Kania ask the two bodyguards who were on guard.

“There are doctors inside.”
Kania had already opened the door and stepped in, but hearing the talk of the doctor and Elvan had the girl fixated.

Inside, Elvan and Alexa continued their conversation.
“I can't promise anything. Now that Kania is my wife, I can't say I'll come back to you.”.
“Can't, I still love you and I know you love me too. Elvan promise me, you'll let go of the woman and come back to me,” pinta Alexa.
“Alexa, wedding is not a joke. Me and Kania are married both religiously and countryally so ..”
