Kania looked at the wedding ring on her finger. Not long after, the door to Elvan's nursery opened and Alexa came out. The two women looked at each other for a moment, but then Alexa walked haughtily past Kania.
The two men waiting in front of Elvan's room suspect that Alexa is the doctor in charge of monitoring Elvan's condition.
“Mbak wait inside only,” pinta Abil. “I have been asked to accompany Mbak Kania, so I will wait here,” Abil said again.
Kania went in, and sat down on the chair next to Elvan's bed. Just sit and say nothing.

After hearing the flush closet, Kania opened the toilet door and helped Elvan back into bed and brought the emergency button closer to be easily reached by Elvan. Making sure Elvan was asleep, Kania was lying in a special bed waiting for the patient.

Kania awakens to hear the conversation, although she has not opened her eyes she realizes that it is a woman's voice.
“This is your favorite porridge, we often enjoy this you still remember ‘kan?”
“Alexa, don't do this. There Kania ..”
“Then why?” ask Alexa to cut Elvan's words. “I was loved by you first and your marriage is only for family image.”
Kania did not open her eyes, pretending that she was still asleep.
