I live in an asbestos roofed wooden house, which if during the day the atmosphere in the house will be very hot as in the open. The person inside will be flooded with sweat during the day.

Therefore, if I am at home, every day during the day I go to my sister's house and work in my mother's room with her AC.

When I concluded that I was exposed to Covid-19, I decided not to go to Sister's house. At night I had a weak condition that almost made me faint. Along with that, the condition weakens, the cough gets worse, and shortness of breath.

For five nights in a row I couldn't sleep. Physically very weak to the stage of waking up from sitting to stand alone, I gasped like a fish out of water. The shortness of breath gets longer, so my clean breathing space stays short.

I can not isoman, because the condition of the house is not possible. In such a sick condition, I am still at home with my in-laws, wife and infant son. However, for physical interaction I prevent first, except with the wife if asking for help various things.

If the condition is as severe as I am, I think, it might be risky if the isoman himself without anyone accompanying, because it is very risky if anything is done alone in very weak conditions and limited breathing.
