46. Stalking Part 1.

Another twin, another Alexander, last night he interrogated Andre, his heart really felt squeezed firmly by the fact, how Stella lived her life after they separated.

From Andre's confession, Alex knows that the parent of Andre since childhood is Anna Nathaniel, who is assisted by a nanny, while Stella continues her education. 

Even Alex increasingly wanted to bury himself alive, when he found out that during his education, Stella almost always missed Andre's birthday, because he always spent his time in the hospital, Stella is celebrating Andre's birthday after living in Singapore 5 years ago.

Two years of living together through their short marriage, made Alex understand, that Stella is actually a gentle and motherly figure, but from the outside she is also not someone who is easily physically oppressed.

His daydreams ran out, while someone he was waiting for walked into the cafe in the front lobby of the hospital. 

That morning Stella wore a long black span skirt below the knee, with a bright brown knit shirt top that appeared to shape her body, in his hand he carried a large paper bag.

Stella smiled kindly as some of the hospital staff greeted her. 

Stella enters the cafe, orders a warm cappucino, and some croissants for her and kevin breakfast.

While waiting for her order to be ready, Stella sat in one of the chairs, she appeared to pull out her phone, because nothing was important, she put her phone back in the bag.

Alex bowed his face deep, while Stella seemed to circulate his gaze to the rest of the cafe, however he did not want to be caught, because the reconnaissance had just begun.

Alex raised his face again, wearing a black mask and sunglasses, until his face was barely visible, his cellphone and the one he used as camouflage was unable to distract him from his ex-wife.

Alex holds his chest throbbing pain while he can look back at Stella's face.

Stella looks more dazzling, Stella who has transformed into a mature woman, her face is beaming in series even though only decorated with makes up thin as it is, brownish black hair is left beautiful, beautiful, his head swayed a little to enjoy the music in the cafe.

"Doctor Risa .. please order you," 

Stella stood up to the origin of the vote, then handed over the proof of payment before she took her order.

Alex was speechless, 'why he was called doctor Risa', he thought.

Alex walked a safe distance, following Stella's steps, still thinking of the name of the doctor Risa who felt like she had heard and read, but somehow when and where, and still think about the name of the doctor Risa, Alex left the question mark hanging without an answer.

Stella kept walking until she stopped in a room. 

Alex walked closer to the room that Stella entered, at a glance he read the signboard listed there and then passed by.

Doctor Marisa Nathaniel

Pancreas hepatobiliary specialist.

Alex was standing in one corner of the hallway, but his gaze remained on the room that Stella entered.

The question mark on Alex's head is getting bigger, why is her name Marisa Nathaniel??, isn't that Anna's last name?, Alex asked in her heart.

Stella came back out of her room, this time wearing a doctor's suit and glasses, her hair that had been broken, now tied high, but still carrying a paperbag and breakfast that she ordered, he said, Alex asked, Why didn't he eat it? So who did he buy all that for?.

Stella walked back down the aisle of the hospital, she glanced at her watch, her practice schedule was still an hour away, "I can accompany Kevin breakfast." Said Stella cheerfully.

"Good morning doctor Risa, your son is waiting." Greet some VVIP room nurses.

"Thank you, Sister Angel." Reply Stella.

Of course Alex did not hear the greeting, because the distance is quite far, Alex again walked in Stella's footsteps.

Stella entered one of the rooms with a carefree face, long in the room, 'who she visited, so long'. Alex is upset.

30 Minutes later, Stella came out, she walked up to the nurse's desk, and a nurse and resident doctor followed her to another room in the VVIP room. 

The room guarded by several men dressed in all black at the door, Alex widened his net, he saw the eyes he sent for Abimana were also there, 'don't you?' .

Alex recalled a brief message sent by his eyes that Abimana still wanted to be in the hospital, because she was comfortable with the doctor who handled it this time.

Alex is again agitated because of his thoughts, does Abimana have feelings for his ex-wife? Or is it just respect for someone who saved his life?.

Ah I don't know, now Alex's head is getting filled with various questions, want it to feel immediately he catapulted, but restrained.

Again the name of the doctor Risa who filled his mind, the taste he had heard, but when? 

Alex remembered Dimas .. ah yeah it looks like Dimas knows something.

Ten minutes later Stella came out of Abimana's room, and immediately left the VVIP room, she gave a nod to some of the nurses she passed by.

This time the goal is his practice in the outpatient room, but before stella returned to his room, then came out again in a different shirt, although still wearing his doctor's suit, he said, this time he wore a doctor uniform at William Medical Center, green tosca, cotton clothes and pants that looked comfortable to wear by the doctors who worked there, he said, the heels that he was wearing, now have changed with rubber sandals.

Stella walked towards her practice room, some patients seemed radiant to see her arrival.

After Stella enters her practice room, Alex approaches the nurse's desk, and asks how long Stella's practice time is.

"About 3 to 4 hours, if there's no emergency surgery." Respond to the nurse politely.

After saying thank you Alex passed, he returned to the Twenty Five Hotel, changed into a disguise costume, not forgetting he called Andre asking about the state of his son who was in the room alone.

"Hey boy, you don't papa, it looks like papi's job is still a long time." Alex gives a job excuse to cover up his lies.

"No problem dad, just finish daddy's job, I'm exchanging messages with Kevin."

"Remember papi's message." 

"Daddy take it easy, I remember everything." Andre lied.

The same two people lying to each other was smiling knot after their call ended.

"Sorry dad .. This time I lied again but we want daddy and mommy to meet, we want a whole family."
