47. Stalking Part 2.
After finishing some work, and changing into a disguise costume, Alex returns to the hospital, hoping that Stella is done with her duties.
And sure enough, the patient in the waiting room is empty, from a safe distance Alex watches over Stella's practice room.
Thirty minutes later Stella walked out of her room, with a nurse and several resident doctors behind her.
The young doctors were heard flocking Stella with various questions, sometimes Stella who threw questions.
Stella will be making visits to some of her patients.
"Hasn't he not had lunch yet, why visit a patient instead? It's fitting that Stella's body looks unchanged long ago, is it because she often misses her meal?." Alex ingrained.
Alex again thumped when he looked at Stella who smiled kindly at every patient he went to, it was very noticeable that the patients liked him, it was natural, because Stella was always paying attention to anyone.
After finishing her visit, Stella returned to the VVIP room, she went to the nurse's desk, one of them handed her a package of food, then she brought the food she was going to eat for the afternoon.
Stella went back to the room she had been in this morning for breakfast, and now she had lunch back there, who was there?.

Moments later, a group of men dressed in black, came out of one of the VVIP rooms, well unmistakably they are Sergio Abimana and his men.
Right after they came out, Stella was coming out to the entourage of Abimana and his men.
"Doctor Risa thank you very much."
"Same as Mr. Sergio,"
They continued the conversation while walking towards the main lobby of the hospital, because Abimana was declared healthy and was allowed to leave the hospital.
"Doctor, please don't call me sir."
Stella smiled, "can't be master, because being formal is part of my job" Elak Stella.
"Alright, but please promise me, when we meet outside the hospital, you can simply call my name, no frills sir."
Stella just smiled.
Then one of Abimana's men handed him a white box.
Stella looked confused.

Stella who was still in confusion mode only smiled awkwardly.
Moments later, Sergio Abimana and his men left the hospital, leaving Stella still confused with the gift box in her hand.
His face was shocked when he opened the box, "a car key?" Stella smothered her own mouth.
With a shaking hand he pressed the remote, one of the cars rang, the car had occupied a parking lot dedicated to him, a new luxury car with an open roof.
Stella really did not understand what she had to do with the car.
Meanwhile, from afar Alex seemed to clench his hands holding tight due to jealousy.
Though Stella only receives attention from the patients she cares for, doing nothing, Alex does not know the story behind the gift.
Alex recalled his previous actions, it was fitting that Stella was so angry with him, remembering how br3n95ek and b4jin9annya he was.
It must have been painful. "Sorry" Alex said softly, as he looked at Stella's still-disgruntled face in front of his new car.
Stella, who was still dazed, stepped back, this time to her private room, 10 minutes in there, then came back out with a different shirt.
Stella returned to the VVIP room, after 20 minutes she was back out, but this time not alone, Alex smiled with relief when he saw with whom Stella came out of the room.
Hahaha how silly of you Alex, where maybe you're jealous of your own son. Alex laughed at himself.
What pain does kevin have, so he has to be treated? Alex was curious.
But all that he forgot because now he saw Kevin look radiant series hugging Stella's arm, facial expression that Alex had never seen before, Kevin must be very happy with Stella.
"Mom .. I want some meat soup,"
