Chloe who could not stand the drowsiness that weighed down her eyelids finally fell asleep on the sofa in the room. Not long after that, the husband who had just escorted the other woman was heard opening the door of the room. His footsteps woke up his wife.

"You just drove Kiel?" Chloe was trying to wake her body from sleep.

"So Kiel was sick and I had to take him to the hospital, sorry" Kenan said, hugging his wife to calm down.

"It doesn't matter to my husband. It's just---"

"What is it?" Kenan looked curiously.

"It looks like Kiel is indeed trying to tease you and Auntie is involved in that." Chloe's eyes radiated a fear of loss.

"Honey, from the beginning I did not approve of Kiel joining the company. But, that's all I did because you asked for it." Kenan's hand was embracing Chloe's waist.

Chloe removed Kenan's hand from her hip and chose to sit on the edge of the bed, "Would Kiel continue to work with you, you would be tempted by her?"

"No!" kenan replied so sure.

"You sure? I can't give you any offspring while Kiel might give you that."

Kenan approaches his wife and holds Chloe's hand, "Chlo, I can't share this love with anyone. You don't remember our daughter? Although she wasn't born from your womb, she was our daughter."

"I'm sorry" said Chloe with sparkling eyes.

Kenan smiled faintly, "Why apologize?"

"I'm this weak."

"You're the strongest woman I have."

The two stared at each other in silence. Clearly they were thanking each other for the love that was in their souls.

Baby Rachel surprises Kenan and Chloe's daydreams, her cries seem to tell her that she is hungry and wants to be given milk.

Kenan and Chloe rushed to her daughter, "Let me carry her."

"alright sweetheart. I'll make him some milk first." Chloe hurried out of the room.

"It feels like this too has a child." muttered Kenan as he continued to calm his daughter who was endlessly crying.

A few minutes later Chloe came in with a bottle of milk in her hand. "Mommy's son don't cry anymore. Smart cup." Chloe gives the milk to Rachel who hugs Kenan.

"She's beautiful, just like you." Kenan praised his wife.

"Of course."

"Tomorrow I choose not to enter the office" said Kenan again.

"Why?"

"I want to spend time with my wife and daughter."

"There are still plenty of other times my husband."

"Yes, but tomorrow I don't want to go to the office." Kenan smiled faintly looking at Rachel.

"It's up to you then."

"He's sleeping again. You go take a shower and get some rest" Chloe said to her husband, who looked a little tired.

Kenan spontaneously hugged Chloe, "honey, do you want me to fire Kiel?"

"It doesn't need to be like that, Ken. We've agreed to take him back, if he's suddenly fired, then he'll probably hate you."

"It's good if he hates me, right?"

"But Kiel doesn't seem like a random person. If she can't do something to you, how?" chloe's voice sounded worried.

"He won't do anything to me. But, if he hurts you later then I won't hesitate to get rid of him" Kenan said with a sharp eyeball.

"Go take a shower." Chloe let go of her husband's embrace that had been held so tightly.

"Yes, yeah..." Kenan sounded annoyed as Chloe let go of her embrace.

Kenan immediately grabbed the towel and went inside the bathroom. While Chloe, she does her duty as a wife. That is, dress up for Kenan.

Drrt...

Kenan's phone rang and soon Chloe grabbed it and opened the message.

Kenan, thank you for tonight. I'm better now. It turns out you care about me so much and worry about me so much. Lucky I know a guy and have a boss like you.

Chloe's lips chipped in anger she replied to the message.

It's not a problem Kiel. My husband is indeed a good person, so he cannot bear to let others be weak. Let's just say, you are a company asset that is a little useful and must be maintained. Yes next time I suggest, you better get married because you look so weak. I'm afraid my husband will fire you.

With a snarl and a cynical smile on Chloe's face she pressed the sent button on the phone's screen.

While the look on Kiel's smiling face turned into wrath. He held his phone so tightly.

"Blogbom! Why did he even reply to my message, and what does it mean to reply like this!" not long after that Kiel threw his phone to the bed.

"Darling, what's wrong with you?" Kenan's voice surprised Chloe. Kenan has been watching Chloe ever since.

"Kiel sent a message, yes he seemed to be trying hard to tease you."

Kenan chuckled, "Then why are you smiling like that?"

"I replied to her message, and warned her" Chloe said.

Kenan laughs amusedly at the look on the face of his wife who is furious. He approached Chloe and pinched her cheek.

"You're so adorable."

"Aw! My husband don't pinch like that, it hurts." whining spoiled Chloe.

"Just be wild! my wife is like pouncing on something." led by Kenan.

"So I mean I'm creepy like a lion?" chloe protest.

"Lioness, HAHA..."

"It sucks!!!" Chloe pinched the growled stomach of Kenan who was still wearing a towel.
