A Match for Kanaya

The weekend did not feel over. Now people return to their activities in their own working hours.

"What's wrong with you? You look moody. Did something happen?" asked Abel curiously. He is a close friend of Kanaya's on campus.

"No. It's just that I'm so tired today. My work is not done yet" said Kanaya

"Do you want to buy me something to eat?"

"No need. I don't have an appetite"

"What the fuck? What the hell's going on? Why are they running outside?" Kanaya asked.

"Didn't you hear? Flower boy this campus is back" explained Abel

"He's a handsome guy at this college. A lot of girls like it. Besides being handsome, he was also nicknamed a genius man"

"He is Alex, our senior and also the grandson of the famous owner of the company in Nirwana today. The company is growing rapidly thanks to its capabilities. I would love to work in his company. He's a real genius. He really comes from a blue-blooded family"

"Famous company? What company is it?"

Alex and the others laughed.

"really? Aren't you the one who makes the most noise on campus?" reply Alex.

They laugh back.

"Welcome back, my friend!" greet Adam.

"So, how are you? You look skinny"

"Very bad"

"Why? Haven't you found your new game yet?"

"Eitherway. But I've returned"

"That's very nice. Have you eaten yet?"

"I'm not tasteful. Lots of girls out there."

"We'd better eat out"

"No. I want to find someone"

"Who?"

Alex smiled to himself, and left. He went to the language faculty and made students there so excited. Alex ignored their screams and continued to step into the room.

The girls kept screaming hysterically and followed Alex away. Go to the radio room of the language faculty. There he turned on the sound system and started to make a sound.

"Tests, tests!" alex's voice rang out in every corner of the room. "I'm looking for a girl named Kanaya who's majoring in languages. Come to the source of the voice now" he said out loud.

Everyone was astonished. Obviously the owners of Kanaya's name deal with them only one. They started whispering.

"What's? He called a girl named Kanaya?"

"Why did he call the girl?"

Abel who was in the room heard clearly and was surprised not to play. Kanaya was heading to the toilet. Abel immediately followed.

Outside, as Kanaya finished from the toilet, everyone noticed her with astonished faces. Luckily Abel came quickly.

"We'd better go to the radio room"

"For what? Any minute Tin's gonna be in, we're gonna be late"

"We have to find the answer in the radio room. Someone called you"

Kanaya was shocked, she could not stop thinking Alex said that in front of everyone there without hesitation. He was humiliating Kanaya. "What's? Who is bewitching your grandmother? I don't know your grandmother. How dare you accuse me" Kanaya replied, unable to escape her words.

"Are you trying to dodge and pretend you don't know?"

"Hey! This match is not my wish. I don't know you at all. You suddenly come and accuse me of a no-no. People will misunderstand me" finally Kanaya so open her voice.

"Are you crazy! If you don't want this match, tell my grandmother right now"

"Why don't you. I'm so busy"

"Just obey my words. Come and see my grandmother. Tell him you don't want this match."

Everyone who watched was shocked to hear it. They started whispering with envy. Kanaya found people watching her.

"alright. I don't want to marry someone like you anyway"

Alex got up from there holding back his anger. It was unexpected that the quarrel became horrendous news on campus. And the news was also spread to Bella who is a beautiful artist who is also devoted to this campus. She had just finished her ballet rehearsal and was shocked by Alex's news.

"Have you read it?" tanya Yuri approached Bella in the dressing room.

"How Alex was betrothed to a student named Kanaya. I heard he rejected Alex. What say?"
