"Who is Tam ?"

"Are they your brothers ?" asked Inara who looked curious.

Not without reason Inara asked that, because it was not the duty of a doctor, pushing a patient's wheelchair down the hospital corridors. Especially hospitals of this size, of course there will be special officers who will pick up patients.
