Zahra looked at Rio who woke her up, she looked at Rio's sweet smile. Whether it was his feelings or something, he felt that soon he would lose that smile.
Rio flicked his hand in front of the face of a girl who was looking at him. The man patted his sister's cheek slowly, but the girl's expression was exaggerated. He gasped and his face looked at Rio annoyed.
Rio looked back at his sister then raised an eyebrow. "Why? Concerned about that guenya so much."
"Ga papa," replied Zahra quietly. Zahra eroded the distance between them, then pressed her lips against Rio's cheek.
"Gue take a shower, huh?"
Rio shuffled Zahra's hair, he landed a kiss of his happy morning on the girl's forehead. "Building him should not be long, which is under the air," Rio's message.
Zahra nodded then walked into her bathroom, while Rio moved to tidy up his sister's mattress. She really likes cleanliness and neatness, so rarely did auntie enter her room because it was clean and neat.
After preparing her toiletries, Zahra immediately stripped her clothes and plunged herself into the bathtub. Ah, the fresh cold water in the morning, making his eyes that were still slightly closed became wide,— felt the sensation of cold water trying to break his bones. Coupled with the smell of roses that make him excited to do the activity.
Zahra rubbed her body, only realizing one thing from yesterday. He looked down, looking at his chest, there was only one pendulum with a fire symbol. Where is the pendulum with the form of love?
Zahra immediately ended her shower session and prepared. The girl grabbed her hair, her mind fucked.
"Where can it be lost?"
In an instant the once neat room had turned into a broken ship. Zahra was agitated, she could not find the necklace anywhere. Everything in Zahra's room had fallen apart, they were in a place they shouldn't be. But, the girl with wet hair had not found the necklace belonging to her late mother.
Though, it was the last thing as a clue to find his mother's family.
Is this how it feels to lose?
Fidgety! The panic! Feeling guilty.
The knocking of the door sounded. "R. Comeondown!" it doesn't sound like a call, but rather a command. Zahra knows, it's Rizki's voice.
The girl immediately tidied up her clothes— opened the door a little then closed it quickly, before Rizki knew the mess she was doing.
Rizki looked at the strange Zahra, then aimed at the shoulder, choosing to let. Zahra often does this. "Let's get off!"
Zahra neutralized her face, she smiled sweetly so that Rizki would not smell the lie. The girl must be able to control herself because Rizki is dangerous. It's important for all the secrets!
Zahra held Rizki's hand, then put her head on her brother's arm to make herself better.
After the meal was over, Zahra immediately returned to the room.
"That thing isn't in this room."
Zahra was confused as to where to look, missing when 'even she did not know. Finally he called his men to look for it in places he had visited in recent days.
In order not to provoke suspicion, Zahra still went to college as usual. In addition, he also looked for the necklace on campus.
Zahra got home lethargic, she threw her drawstring bag into the mattress. The room was neat again, it must have been aunt who tidied it up. He was sitting limp on the floor, leaning against the edge of the bed.
"Huft ... How is this? Xavier and the others haven't told me anything." Zahra massaged her temples dizzy. "The necklace is very important for me, it's just a direct memory that is left with my mother. I think I really feel." Again he sighed. "Sir Rio will be very angry if he knows this."
Zahra curled up, slumped her face between her legs and cried in silence. The girl wet her lips, then sighed tiredly. There's no point in it being like this.
Zahra took a deep breath, closed her eyes and calmed herself down. The girl stood up and wiped her tears. He changed clothes in casual clothes, then started looking for his necklace that had fallen off.
Not finding anything upstairs, even in her brother's room, she went downstairs. Trying to navigate downstairs.
He began to search from a place he often visited in this house. The kitchen, the family room, the place of worship, the garage, after from those places he got nothing, then flowed into the other room. No objects were detected, but he was already using a tracking device.
Zahra went back to the living room, she dismantled the sofa, perhaps her necklace tucked between the piles of sofas.
"What diary?" The heavy sound of someone made Zahra surprised, he turned his body to face the origin of the sound. Zahra found Rio standing not far from her, still with a suit attached. That guy must have just arrived. Zahra looked at Rio, who was looking at her with raised eyebrows—waiting for an answer.
Rio approached the silent Zahra, then gently hit her arm. Zahra gasped and grimaced. "What diary?" reiterate Rio with the same question.
Zahra gasped for a while. "Eh, i–itu .. find earphones, yes—earphone." Zahra displayed her stupid face, but it made Rio believe. The man looked at Zahra with a smile.
"Just use mine," Rio bargained.
Zahra. "It's more comfortable with my earphones, it's so common in the ears."
Rio chuckled at the reason Zahra was from, the man gently flicked his sister's forehead. "It feels the same way." Rio looked back at the green sweater girl, "go up first, I'll help you find," he continued.
Zahra scratched her non-itchy head, then proceeded to look for her necklace. A few minutes later the girl felt someone pat her on the shoulder.
"It's so busy, nyari what, anyway?"
Zahra rolled her eyeballs. "Flateng ngagetin. Very habit," he said while looking at Rizki from top to bottom.
"Neari, paan? Your face from earlier I see you look panicked."
"Look for earphones."
"Don't lie, you're weird from the morning!"
Free to lie to Rizki, the man had first caught Zahra's lie. The girl sighed, then threw herself onto the sofa, the same thing was done by Rizki. Finally Zahra chose to tell Rizki the problem, the man finally helped Zahra find her lost necklace.
They rummaged through the living room for a long time, but found nothing.
"We're looking somewhere else, we'll meet!" rizki said, Zahra only hopes Rizki's speech is true.
Zahra nodded weakly and followed Rizki. Just like before, they found nothing. Their whole house was there, and they found nothing.
Zahra looked at the glass in front of her, eager to break the glass. Where else should he look for his mama's necklace?
"What if the necklace doesn't meet? Brother Rio can be angry with me," said softly. Zahra turned her gaze to Rizki, looking at her brother was desperate.
Rizki stared back at her sister, then slipped Zahra's hair dangling freely. "Lo don't be pessimistic, we can definitely find the necklace ...."
Zahra scooped up the roughness of her face. "Gue don't know when the necklace is gone, I just realized this morning. If I had known that the necklace did not exist, it would have been easier to find it because the disappearance is still new" said Zahra.
"Whose necklace is missing?"
Zahra widened her eyes when she heard the voice, it was Rio. Zahra and Rizki looked back. There was Rio in his casual clothes, staring at Zahra— with both hands across his chest. Slowly Rio approached the two, he stood in front of them.
"Mami's necklace, isn't it, the one that's missing?"
Booms!
How did Rio know? A few moments quiet. Zahra smiled and approached Rio, the girl shook her head while smiling sweetly. "My phone is missing, he usually I make that necklace."
Rio looked at his sister, his hand raised to rub Zahra's cheek. The girl was relieved, it turned out that Rio believed her. But it only lasted a moment, Rio slapped Zahra's smooth cheek instantly. Zahra was surprised, the girl was holding her heated cheeks. Only this time did Rio slap her back after such a long time.
"Bang ...." Rizki was surprised to see Rio could do such a thing to Zahra, who she had seen all this time Rio who had always received all kinds of magical Zahra behavior. But it doesn't seem like it this time. Rizki lost her voice for a moment, she was still trying to understand what Rio was doing.
"Why, Brother?"
"Why? Do you think I don't know? I'm disappointed in you, Ra. Disappointed! I think aunt nitipin's wrong necklace is the same lo, lo it's useless!"
"Nr ...." Zahra held onto Rio's shoulder but the man immediately brushed it off. In fact, Rio pushed Zahra up to sit on the floor.
Rizki was shocked by what Rio did. Why did Rio become rude?
Rizki who was intending to help Zahra stand up, was instead kicked by Rio. The man squatted down in front of Zahra, then gripped his sister's chin and forced his eyes on her.
"Lo don't know if mami cries every day while curling the necklace. She hopes someday she can find her family make the necklace. But what's your reply, you're missing it. Lo missingin mami's necklace. You're a useless son of Zahra, a bitch!" Rio slapped Zahra many times, even the man grabbed Zahra origin hair.
Rizki tries to keep Rio away from Zahra, but the man instead gets a raw bogem reward from his brother. Rio looked at the beaver Rizki. "Don't interfere in my business, you're nobody here!" Rio grabbed Zahra's hair until the girl stood up.
"Lep–lep–pasin kak ... my head hurts ...," Zahra whimpered, her head is now really dizzy. Rio grabbed her hair a few times and banged his head on the wall. Zahra's head seemed to want to break, Rio was really tormenting her.
"Lo is selfish, Ra. Selfish! You just think of yourself, without thinking about the feeling of nyokap. Though he has sacrificed for you, make your life from the person who wants to kill you. But what's your reply?" Rio pulled his hair back. "Nyokap has not been there because of who, because of you. Because she was in Bandung, she was killed by her husband's sister. Keep reply lo kayak gini, lo—"
"Darel, enough!" Aunty stood at the end of the room, with Tria holding her tightly. The girl was frightened to see the other side of Rio.
While Zahra started to shed her tears, so all this time Rio harbored a speck of hatred on her. Who caused my mother to die?
"Aa–ku? Ja–so mami died because of me? My mother killed my own mother!" Zahra punched the wall softly beside him. Why was he unconscious all this time, if he had been the murderer of his own mother?
Aunty walked up to Zahra, but stopped instantly as soon as she heard Rio's voice. "Don't come any closer, if you don't want it to get worse!"
Aunt closed her eyes, Rio who is like this is dangerous. The woman already knew the other side of Rio and it seemed like this time the man was in a great rage and was venting out a little of the emotions he was holding back.
Rio gripped Zahra back. "Yes .. you're a murderer!" Rio threw Zahra's tiny body onto the floor. The man approached Zahra's ear. "Never go back to this mansion, if you don't bring back that necklace!" Rio put up his grin, after which grabbing it rough. "Remember! Never come back or know the consequences!" Rio ignored everyone who was there, he walked casually up the stairs. Ignoring the aunt who shouted his name.
"Fucking rio!" as Rizki said, after that moved closer to Zahra who sat on the floor while crying.
"Darling ...." Aunt rubbed Rio's former beard. "It hurts, huh?"
Zahra nodded.
"Is your mother's necklace really missing?"
Zahra hugged aunt. "Sorry Zahra, because you can't keep trust to keep your necklace. I-I'm murdering mommy, Bi."
Bi Heni rubbed Zahra's shoulder slowly.
"Dear, you're not a killer. Rio is too much." Bibi hints at Rizki to catch up with Rio upstairs. The woman was astonished by Rio's attitude which she thought was excessive, like it wasn't Rio.
"But Brother Rio said I'm a killer" said Zahra lirih.
Aunt kissed the top of her head, rubbed her shoulders softly, trying to calm down, "No, honey. You're not a murderer!" press it on Zahra.
"Sister Zahra want me to get some water?"
Zahra shook her head slowly, after which released her embrace. "I'm sorry, can I stay alone?"
"You're not gonna be weird, are you?" Not bad to think, but aunt already memorized out of her head how Zahra was. Back when Zahra was like this, she used to hurt herself with a folding knife she carried everywhere. You remember, don't you?
Zahra shook her head, then lowered her head. "I need to be alone."
Aunty brought her face closer to Zahra, then the lips stuck to the top of the girl's head with the disheveled hair."Don't be weird, aunty doesn't like it."
Bibi took Tria away, precisely to Rio's room. However, the dimpled girl refused, she was still shocked by what she had just witnessed. What was in Rio's brain, so dare to do so to his sister?
...***...
Because Rio locked his room, Rizki was forced to break down the door. After the fifth blow, the door opened. He was sure that the hinges and key holes would definitely be problematic after this. Rizki was surprised to see Rio's room which was like a broken ship, on the wall to the left there was a cracked glass that contained blood flow.
Rizki who had been ignited by emotions was immediately worried when she found Rio was not in the room. But wait, there was the sound of water gurgling from the bathroom. Is Rio in it?
Rizki kicked the door until one of her hinges broke. The man entered and was surprised to see Rio's state.
Rio sat down, bowed on the bathroom floor with a shower. The water temperature control arrow shows blue, which means that the flowing air shower is cold water. Rio punished himself.
Rizki immediately turned off the shower, otherwise Rio could catch a cold.
"Don't be killed, you idiot!" rio's jolt was loud, the v-neck green-clothed man grabbed his wet hair.
Rizki stared fiercely at her brother. "Lo's crazy! What exactly is it, Si? I don't know the Rio I know."
Rio rubbed the water that was on his face, re-directed the hand on his hair, shuffling it irritatedly. "Gue release, Riz. Release!"
"You mean?"
"Darel!" Aunty entered with a cold face, the woman was furious at Rio. What is it with Rio? Even auntie didn't care if Rio was cold, then catch a cold at this time.
Rio who saw auntie instantly kneeled in front of the woman. "Sorry bi, Rio's release. Rio can't come back when Zahra says she's saying mami's necklace."
Aunty did not even want to be touched by Rio, the woman stared blankly at the wall that was in front of her. "You promised you'd never believe again, Yo!"
"Sorry, Bi .... " Aunty moved her legs, moving backwards as Rio again grabbed her legs.
"You have not hurt him physically, but you have opened old wounds that he himself does not want to remember. Your sister just recovered, you remember what happened to her? You lose your ego! With you saying she's your mother's killer, it could make Zahra's condition worse. His mental health is disturbed. You don't make it stress, dong!" Aunt raised her tone in the last sentence.
Rio lowered his head not daring to speak. If only he could hold it, this would not have happened. Rio did not not not love Zahra, but he was just disappointed and the sense of it darkened him even more.
When Zahra and her mother left, she was devastated. He becomes lonely, because Deron used to ignore him often. But, after three months, Deron finally came to his attention. From then on his frustration with his sister was slowly forgotten. Zahra took her mother away.
Rio had tried to eliminate the seeds of hatred even though a grain of corn, but in fact until now the taste was never lost. Rio was already trying to stem, but the man was sure that if one day the disappointment, resentment, hatred, that was on him would explode. He's quite aware of that.
The affection for Zahra is great, but when the taste is provoked from its central point immediately. It felt like all that affection was gone for a while.
"Sorry, Bi. I lose control, it is very difficult for me to control the body if my heart wants to. Please, forgive me."
"Meet Zahra, apologize to her!"
Rio looked up, staring at aunt from below, finally a speck of light appeared.
"The person who has opened the wound, then the person is responsible for closing the wound again!"
Rio's promise back then, he deeply remembered the vow he had said himself from the heart. Rio immediately stood up and kissed the back of aunt's hand.
"Thank you for believing in Rio, thanks for playing Rio."
Aunty rubbed Rio's head, the woman gave a small smile as she looked at the water running down Rio cheeks. "These tears as proof of your sincerity. If Zahra hasn't forgiven you yet, then she's giving you time for introspection."
Rio nodded and kissed aunt's hand once again. After that, Rio ran out.
Rizki was only a loyal audience. Aunt smiled as she looked at Rizki. "That's the other side of Rio, just like you, hate his sister even a little. But the effects of the wounds are enormous. I hope it's the last."
Rizki returned an aunt's smile. "That's a lesson to me. People who look very loving does not mean they do not hate. He can be scary if darkness takes hold of him. After I saw it firsthand, I believed that it was Rio, because I had experienced it."
They were both silent, hoping that Zahra would forgive Rio and forget everything that had been thrown from behind those lips. But, it was certainly not as easy as they expected. I don't know. Rio was also very outrageous according to them, hopefully Zahra will return quickly. Although it wasn't easy, the girl with the wave hair was definitely going to make up with Rio soon.
Their daydreams caved in as Rio shouted in panic. They instantly caught up with Rio and saw what was really happening.
