ADVENTURE WITH THE SYSTEM
A QUIET NIGHT

"Sumon" Toto's right hand poked forward toward the snake's corpse. Suddenly the sound of bone rustling was heard by Toto's ears.

The corpse of the snake in front of him melted until it left only his skeleton. The fractured skull pierced through Toto's bullet had healed back with the power of black flames.

The giant python skeleton then rose up and looked at the human face before him. Like a chick meeting its mother she moves around Toto's body. Wiping his big head on both legs of Toto.

"Can you talk?" Toto looked at the creature closely. He did not mind that skeleton attitude that looked spoiled.

"Master, thank you for raising me. I am the snake king Garaga will serve the mighty master" the snake's skeleton bowed before Toto.

"Good, if you understand. Now I command you to find the game for me to eat. Be careful not to wear it for long" Toto warned.

"Understood" the snake's skeleton then moved towards the depths of the forest. Friction of the body with the ground and tree branches around it cause a noise.

The four elves Mar, Ga, Lu and Yu from earlier peeked at the incident Toto had experienced. They actually want to help when Toto will be eaten by a snake. But they did not have time to move because the snake had been crippled very quickly by a weapon that they thought was strange.

Every incident they saw next, made my hair all shudder. Only an evil sorcerer can raise a person from the dead.

Now their perception of Toto turned to fear.

"I know you guys peeked into everything that happened before. I warned you never to talk about it in the future. Or you will be my slaves like the serpent" Toto said flatly with emphasis.

"Bab..baik" they all answered stammeringly afraid of becoming the next skeleton.

"Don't be afraid of me, if you don't fuck around I won't bite" he said softly, but it sounded like thunder according to the four elves.

Not long after that the snake skeleton came again carrying a jungle chicken. Seeing that Toto smiled widely. "Good, come closer to papa" Toto picked up the chicken Garaga dropped in front of him.

Then Toto made a furnace and pot out of the ground. Then he absorbed the water from the surrounding plants and collected it on the pot he made.

He put a dead forest chicken into a pot and boiled it. After a while waiting for Toto felt his chicken was ripe. Then pluck out the fur.

"It's a pity that there is no salt and spices" Toto thought.

[Mister you can buy cooking spices at the system store table ]

"Perfect" Toto smiled in satisfaction. Toto bought salt and various condiments from the system store for 50 points only.

He stabbed a forest chicken with a tree branch that had been cleaned. Then he smeared it with salt and spices. Then he burned it with fire.

The fragrant aroma spread throughout the place. Toto has not eaten animal meat for a long time. Ever since he lived in the elven kingdom he had only eaten vegetables and fruits.

"His time of eating is good" Toto smiled happily from ear to ear. The elves who were curious about the fragrant smell sourced from near Toto could only pay attention to it. No one dared to come closer.

"Do you guys want to?'' even though Toto already knew their answer. Toto still offered it for pleasantries.

"We don't dare young master" they replied briefly. The elves were a race that did not like to hurt animals. Moreover, eating them was a taboo for them.

"Alright, itadakimasu" Toto shouted then he devoured the chicken in his grasp. While Garaga wrapped his skull body near Toto. She did not care about what Toto ate, as she did not need to eat and drink much less urinate.

Garaga is like a robot that doesn't need to be charged. He will die if his master dies.

Garaga raised her head slightly and said "understood master I will guard this place with my life".Toto then slept soundly not caring about the mosquitoes that plied her body, but she did, because he had already coated his entire body with earth armor. Only his nostrils, eyes and ears he left open.

Around 01.00 the five elves who had fallen asleep were awakened by the four elves who had been on guard.

"Hey.hey wake up all of you it's time for you to stand guard in our place" said Mar who has a tall slender stature.

As soon as the five sleeping elves woke up, they stretched their stiff muscles.

"Is it time?" said one of the newly awakened elves while rubbing both of his eyes.

"Yes quickly wake up we will sleep" said the four elves.

"Well'' said they stood up, "Where is Mr Toto?" asked the mohawk haired elf named Su staring at Mar, Ga, Lu and Yu alternately.

"Mr Toto was still outside he had slept from earlier guarded by a giant snake bone monster" replied Mar who had been lying on the floor covered in leaves.

"What?" they said simultaneously widening eyes of disbelief.

"If you don't believe just look near the carriage, the young master and his guard are there. No more noise we want to sleep" Yu added in a slightly irritated tone.

Then the five elves on guard immediately exited the tent. After they all saw Mr. Toto who was asleep with the giant snake skeleton monster beside him, they only believed in the words of his friend earlier.

"This how is it now?" said Sun glanced at In.

"How's what? of course we must be on guard immediately" replied In ketus.

"I mean the monster with Mr. Toto what should we do with him?" continued Sun.

"Just leave him alone, it looks like he's siding with us. I don't know where Mr. Toto got a monster guard that strong. I'm sure none of us will be able to defeat him" Ma said.

"Well let's split up" Dang said as he moved toward the eastern tree. And the others scattered to every corner of the camp.

The night passed with great calm and tranquility with Garaga in their campground, not a single beast dared to approach them.

In the morning toto was awakened by the sound of a system notification

[New mission accepted, save one female elf who fell from the sky ]

[The master will get 1000 system points if successfully carrying out the mission ]

Toto wondered why there were elves falling from the sky, were they unable to fly. Seeing his master suddenly stand up from his sleep Garaga went on standby.

"Sir is there any danger approaching ? let the servant handle it" Garaga offered.

"No need, you just wait here. And take care of both the carriage and my elf friends". Toto said as she narrowed her eyes looking up at the sky.
