ALBRA

ALBRA
3. Night Qyen and Alan

Inside a dark room, a small candle lights up to illuminate the activities of two humans who are having a simple dinner. They are Qyen and Alan, they can eat with pleasure and calm even in the middle of the electric atmosphere.

“Alan, I don't know if you're home, what you're eating. Maybe dinner like this is less for ...”

“Syut .. if you are eating, Papa says his mouth should not be noisy,” said Alan relaxed without looking at Qyen. Again and again, Alan always cut his talk. Qyen was now suspicious that Alan was the reincarnation of the previous king, as he still could not believe it coming out of the little boy's mouth.

“Ya ... You always win in any case,” said Qyen who has now given up on speaking to Alan.

They also eat quietly. The dinner menu this time is warm rice, fried eggs, and also fried dumplings, because there are only ingredients that are safe to eat by children. The rest of Qyen only had spicy food ready to eat, he was unlikely to give the food to Alan, or Alan would say later.

Qyen cleaned up their cutlery. In his heart he mumbled a little because he was still upset with the little boy named Alan.

“By the way, I don't know what your name is,” said Alan who is now on top of Qyen's bed.

“You don't need to know what my name is. Just call ‘kak’,” replied Qyen who did not want to lose to Alan.

“Still pompous little for mercy. He did not know that his father's mother was confused looking for him ..” said Qyen slowly while going to the kitchen.

When he arrived in the room and Qyen wanted to take the blanket in his closet, he heard Alan speak. “Hey, I don't know your name yet. My papa says, it is impolite to get acquainted but do not know the name,” said Alan.

Qyen, who was hooked by the boy, approached Alan and extended his hand. “My name is Qyen. Already been? You just need to call me Brother Qyen. Okay, Alan?” they shook hands and Alan nodded his head.

“Okey, Qyen,” Alan replied without any sense of sin.

This time Qyen's annoyance peaked, on top of his head Qyen could feel an enormous fire snatching. Even it coincided with the arrival of a flash of lightning that was quite bright and after that the sound of lightning was heard. To ease the frustration, he took a slow breath and took a slow breath. Looks like he has to be more patient with millennial children who talk like this Alan.

“Can I open your bag? To find information where your house is, so I can take you home tomorrow,” said Qyen. He thought, now it is better that he should find a way to restore this child to his habitat, meaning to his family. Qyen believes that the Alan family must be very worried because their smart son just disappeared.

“Sure, Qyen. Can I sleep first? Listening to the sound of rain like this my eyes began to sleepy,” he said who again spoke like an adult.

Qyen nodded, it seemed like letting Alan sleep would make himself a little calm today. “Ya, just sleep. Don't forget to read prayer.”

Alan nodded, Qyen could see if Alan had started looking for his most comfortable sleeping position on top of the only mattress that Qyen had. Tonight it looks like Qyen will have to sleep on the sofa with her thin blanket. No matter what, he had to remember that it was one of humanity to help people in disaster-prone weather like this.

After preparing the blanket, Qyen sat on the sofa which looked a little worn. He picked up Alan's blue bag, lit a candle so he could clearly see what was in Alan's bag.

After removing the objects in there, he saw there were 3 reading books, pencil boxes, drinking bottles, lunch boxes, and a name tag with a rope, also Qyen could see if all of those things were blue. There was no other object stored in Alan's bag that could provide information for Qyen.

“What kind of parent does not provide an umbrella in his child's bag?” muttered Qyen to break the silence.

The sound of rain is still very clear even now the wind is blowing very hard. Qyen's heart was worried that Alan would cry at night and asked him to find his parents. But apparently not, from here, Qyen could see that Alan was sleeping very peacefully.

“Alan ... Alan .. What dream I had yesterday could meet your rich smart son,” said Qyen again. Unconsciously his lips formed a smile, if he looked around he could admit Alan was very, very handsome and also funny. But back again by looking at reality, if the nature of Alan is not as funny as his face, because Alan is very annoying.

“Focus, Qyen .. You have to help Alan tomorrow ..” said Qyen who is now starting to open Alan's books.

“Max Alan ...” muttered Qyen saw a name printed clearly on Alan's cover book.

Now that Qyen switched to taking Alan's name tag, there was clearly a photo showing Alan with an adult male. “Looks ... This is his father deh,” said Qyen who doesn't really care who the man is.

“Children International School?” ask Qyen to himself.

He now looks for his cell phone to find out where the school is located, so that tomorrow he can take Alan to school. After finding his phone, Qyen only realized that there was a power outage tonight, and there was no internet connection available.

“I know the area around here, but I don't know where Alan's school is. It seems like tomorrow morning I have to quickly find information on the internet,” said Qyen.

The clock has shown that 22:00 is quite late. Qyen tidied up Alan's belongings, then he got ready for bed. Not forgetting he made sure if Alan was covered properly because the weather this time was very, very cold, he rubbed Alan's head gently while saying, “good night, Alan. Sleep well ...”

After that, he turned off the candle and fell asleep, so that tomorrow he could wake up early.

On the other hand, two adult men are in the car and back on the road to find where Alan is. There's Albra and Ian, now Albra's driving the car, and Ian's watching the streets.

“Gue sure Alan must be all right,” said Ian who still cheers him.

Seeing the impossible situation, now Albra's mind became chaotic. He was worried about his only child.

“Police are again looking towards the city, we should go to the road to Alan's school,” said Ian who saw maps on his advanced phone. Now their search is assisted by the police and some Frans bodyguards so that Alan is quickly found.

The clock has shown at 23:49 Albra almost gave up on finding Alan tonight because this is not possible.

“It looks like we haven't been able to find Alan tonight. The rain is getting heavier, the road conditions are unstable, and the accident rate is getting higher, and also,” said Albra who felt her inner bond was still strong intertwined well with her son.

Ian nodded. “Alan independent child, he must do everything possible to survive,” he added.

Now shrouded in silence, while passing through Alan's school, Albra decides to go to Alan's school and return to find as much information there. Although his mind believes that Alan will be fine, but his mind is still chaotic.

They were welcomed by the school guards and there were also some teachers who helped monitor Alan's search, as the school was the last point to record Alan's whereabouts.

“Goodnight Mr. Albra, we didn't know it would happen like this. Looks like we have to fix the security system at our school,” said one of the teachers who incidentally is Alan's homeroom teacher.

Albra nodded. “Not completely wrong school. I just want to make sure that this is the last location my son was seen,”, said Albra who now sees several CCTV monitors who were repeating the incident last afternoon.

“Bu, there are reports that two girls besides Alan were also only found at ten in an outdated store by the police. Both are in good shape and they are crying loudly,” said another teacher while reporting.

Hearing that, Albra's heart almost fell out. Instantly he panicked because only two girls were found, then ... Where did Alan go?

Now Albra really can not stand still, he has got a picture of the car that has brought Alan, he rushed away in a hurry even he left Ian alone in Alan's school. Now his mind was disorganized, the only thing on his mind right now was Alan.

Albra drove at above average speed, ignoring the rainstorm that rained down on her car. Even now the street vision is only 5 meters away, but Albra does not care about it.

“Alan ... Where are you, Nak ..” muttered Albra who could not say anything more.
