Some doctors rushed to Diego who was holding a beautiful girl who looked very pale because of running out of blood.
Alexa was taken to the operating room to remove the bullet lodged in her shoulder.
In front of the operating room looks like the whole family has come to know the state of Alexa.
It was seen the women crying in the arms of their respective partners, while Diandra was undergoing treatment due to the torture inflicted by Angelica against him in the company of Abhimanyu.

"San." Ayra said to the son, making Diego look at the mother.
"Alexa's mom." Diego shed his tears in front of his mommy
"Cry if it can make you more relieved" said Ayra while wiping tears on the cheek of the son.
Diego immediately slammed into the arms of the mommy.
"We must both pray for the safety of Alexa." whispered Ayra who was nod by the son.

Once the operating room was opened, Diego and the others immediately approached the doctor.
"How is my wife/grandson/daughter doctor ?" ask Diego, Aditya and Daniel at the same time
The doctor sighed slowly before telling the patient.
"The patient lost a lot of blood and was lucky to be brought here so that we doctors could save him, but." said the doctor hanging while staring one by one in front of him.
"But what is the doctor ?" ask Diego quickly
"But the patient was declared in a coma." replied the doctor made Delia immediately fell unconscious, lucky Aldi was close to him so that he could immediately capture the body of the sister-in-law, who was in the first place, so did Ayra who fell unconscious to hear the state of the son-in-law.
"How long will my grandson be in a doctor's coma ?" daniel asked, who was answered by the doctor.
"We the team of doctors can not predict when the patient will be aware of the coma, can be a matter of days, weeks, months and even years we never know" said the doctor explained
"May I see the state of my wife ?" diego asked, looking up at the doctor with tears streaming down his cheek.
"Please sir, but only for a moment" replied the doctor who was nod by Diego.
Diego got up and walked to the doctor's room.
Looks Alexa is lying weak with a variety of tools attached to her body.
Diego stood beside the gurney and stretched out his hand to caress the wife's cheek.
"Darling, open your eyes didn't you promise you'd be okay ? But why do you have to lie weak now like this hemm ? Why did you help me from Angelica, I should have been lying here but now look, I'm still fine while you're lying weak here, don't you miss me hemm ?" diego whispered with tears.
"Hurry and open your eyes, have you not promised to give me a little angel when all is done ? Wake up baby because everything is done, there will be no more that will disturb our family, wake up." continued Diego while holding the hand of the wife.
In his eyes the pale face of the wife who still closed her eyes.

Diego kissed his wife on the forehead before finally coming out of the care room.
"I'll be back, just open your eyes, baby" Diego said before stepping out of his care room.
"How is Al ?" diandra asked casually who was answered by Diego's headband to make Diandra immediately dumbfounded, lucky Abhimanyu immediately caught his body before falling to the floor.
"It's all my fault." lamented Diandra as she sobbed
Abhimanyu who saw the lover blame himself was not able to do anything but hold him tightly.
Delia approached and crouched down in front of Diandra.
"Don't blame yourself baby, believe Alexa we will definitely be back with us soon" said Delia while rubbing the head of Diandra.
Diandra looked up to look at Delia and immediately rushed into her arms.
"Cry that it can make you calmer baby, but after this no more tears of regret, we all have to pray for the best for Alexa." delia continued making Diandra nod and tighten her embrace.
Delia turned her head towards the side as soon as she felt a gentle swipe on her shoulder.
And saw the husband who immediately embraced the two.
"Alexa will definitely be back among us dear" Aditya told Delia and Diandra who was nodding her head in response by the two.
One week later there has been no change in the condition of Alexa makes the whole family heavy to return to Indonesia, they also discussed to find a middle ground.
"Let us the heads of the family return to Indonesia" Daniel broke up with the men.

"Dad not to worry, Adit will handle a job in Jakarta so that father can accompany mother and Delia here to look after Alexa." refuted Aditya while staring at the father-in-law
"Aldi agrees with Adit, better father Daniel and papa Banyu stay here to accompany the wives and daughters-in-law." said Aldiansayah who was influenced by Devano as the parents of Diego
"Devan agrees with Adit and Aldi's father, papa" Devano said.
And in the end, only Aditya, Aldiansyah and Devano returned to Jakarta.
Others stayed in London to accompany Alexa.
