Alika Love Unexpected
Chapter 3

After completing her work at the restaurant where she works, Alika now comes to the place that has been appointed by her boss.

The conglomerate's lavish party leaves Alika slightly captivated by the beauty of the place, but someone patting her on the shoulder a little harshly leaves Alika shocked and back in her world.

"You're Alika who was sent by Mr Edgar to be a free maid tonight?"

"What without pay?!" Pekik Alika who was surprised by the words of the young man before her.

"Just get to work, soon guests will come and the show will start." Said the young man not caring about Alika's current facial expression.

"I don't want to! it's just nice that he thinks I'm a lifeless robot that works without getting paid." Alika Protest.

"Let's come with me." The young man pulled Alika's hand, but Alika quickly thinned the man's hand.

"Don't hold-hold! and one more thing I don't want to work if I don't get a wage, I work to survive instead of working for social service to rich people like them." Said Alika who was now starting to move her legs leaving the man.

"Where are you going?!" Shouted the young man, but Alika ignored him and continued to step away from the party.

But quickly the young man told the guards to prevent him from leaving and took him by force.

"Take me off!" Shouted Alika who was trying to release the grip of the two sturdy men from her.

"What is this." The baritone voice made Alika glance straight at him.

"Here is he causing the problem." Mumbled Alika who immediately stepped on the feet of the two guards very loudly.

Arghh...

"Feel that! that's why don't fuck with me." Alika who approached Edgar.

"Don't I tell you not to make a fuss." Said Edgar with his flat face.

"I won't make a fuss if they don't bother me, and one I don't want to work for free here do you think anything in the world is free?" Without fear Alika expressed all the resentment that was in her heart at this moment.

Edgar smiled cynically. "So what do you want?" Ask Edgar briefly.

"I will work and get my rights but if you don't want to give them, I'm sorry I prefer to go home because I'm so tired today and I don't want to give my energy away for free." Tukas Alika with great courage.

"Well, I'm gonna keep paying you and get to work and don't embarrass me because you've made a fuss at this party." Edgar agrees to Alika's request and leaves immediately following his personal assistant.

"It was easy to bully him, I thought he was a cruel person but it turned out to be him." Alika smiled slanted and started to work as instructed by her big boss.

"Young master what are you planning to do, why did you bring her to this party?" Ask David who began to worry with the steps taken Edgar.

Because he David knew that the party would only be attended by men.

"You don't worry I'll do something just to make her a deterrent into a woman who likes to use men in the name of love." Edgar smiled meaningfully looking at Alika who had started to work at her command.

The night was getting late and the invited guests began to arrive to meet the party. Alika was still working to deliver food and drinks to the guests who came, but now she only realized that at the party there was no woman other than herself.

"Is this a special party for men? why aren't there any female guests here." Alika started to get a little scared and thought about leaving the place immediately, but someone called her and asked for the drink she was carrying.

At a place not far from Alika standing right now Edgar was talking to a well-built man with great seriousness.

"Are you sure Mr Edgar?"

"Why not, aren't you asking for this party a little differently?"

The sturdy man only nodded his head with a grinning smile. "But you know not a girl like that is not my type, do you want to insult me Mr. Edgar Anggasta?"

"Don't I tell Mr. Riu you can take him and make him your servant."

"Well, what if otherwise?"

"I'll marry her." Edgar said confidently because he was sure if he would win in the game he would play with his business rival.

"Deal." Edgar served lord Riu as a sign of approval to make Alika his bet.

"Deal."

"Young man are you sure you'll win? what if you lose, are you really going to marry your own sister's boyfriend?" David is not sure of his master's decision, because he knows how the attitude of Mr. Riu always hinders all means to defeat his enemies.

"Be quiet David, this is my fight and I'm sure I'll win this game and I'll be very satisfied to have taught a lesson to the woman who's taken advantage of my brother's love." Edgar said with conviction.

"But sir,"

"Go away I don't want to be disturbed right now." Edgar evicted his personal assistant and started to focus on the cards in his hand.

Mr. Riu raised next to his brows giving the code to someone standing not far away from him.

The card game continued and Edgar began to sweat because twice he had lost to his rival.

"Damn! why did this happen, did he cheat me." Edgar's inner monologue now he began to drink the water beside him.

Mr. Riu smilingly sneered at Edgar's face which began to turn red.

"Sir Edgar are you going to continue playing this game?"

"Yes of course." Answer's short.

But now Edgar felt the strangeness of himself even his eyes began to blur.

"Damn it turns out you really cheated me!" Said Edgar who was beginning to be unconscious.

"Follow him." Tell Mr. Riu to his people.

"Good sir."

Now the people of Mr. Riu also lifted Edgar's body and took him to the room they had prepared.

"Edgar Anggasta, you can't just fool me. Now enjoy your lovely evening with the waiter and I'll be waiting for your wedding invitation letter with him." Laughter Mr. Riu also held in the room, now he also glanced at David who was unconscious because of the actions of his men.
