Between ego and longing

That afternoon Aline had just returned from his office branch on the island, he was seen pensive from behind his wheel. Thinking of the words Sam and Sofia spoke this morning.

Both of his best friends told him about the true events at the Cafe at the time and they hoped that he would forgive Dannis and be able to take her back.

"I have forgiven you and even now I still love you very much Dannis, but if I have to take you back my heart is very heavy. I'm afraid that when we get married there will be another Cleo-Cleo that disturbs our relationship." muttered Aline as he continued to drive his vehicle.

Luckily today he wore sneakers, so when he loosened the bolts he just stepped on the key of the wheel with his shoes. After that he put up a jack and immediately replace the wheel with a new one.

While cleaning the equipment suddenly there was a car that stopped in front of his vehicle. Aline was surprised to see who had just gotten out of the car.

"Honey." cried Dannis, he walked over to Aline and hugged her tightly.

"I miss you so much" said Dannis who was still reluctant to take off her arms.

Aline was still feeling the same thump and warmth as the man hugged her, she said, if possible he wants to return his embrace to vent the longing he has been enduring but again his ego beats his heart.

He pushed firmly on the man and immediately moved away from him. "Dannis why are you here ?" aline asked without looking at it.

"Of course it's because I miss you, baby." said Dannis.

"We have nothing to do with Dannis, so stop calling me that. Now go, I don't want to see you !!" aline replied, remembering that Dannis hugged her ex-lover made her so upset. Even though he already knew that it was all Cleo.

"I'm sorry baby, everything you see is just a misunderstanding. I love you so much, tell me you love me too right ?" Dannis tries to convince Aline but suddenly someone is holding her shoulder from behind.

"I'm sorry if I interrupt, it seems Aline is not comfortable with your arrival. So please get out of here !!" speak the gods firmly.

"What is this guy that makes Aline always moody ?" The god wondered inwardly when he saw that man in front of him.

"Don't interfere, I'm having business with my lover ?" said Dannis challenged his hands already clenched ready to lift his fist. It seems that he does not care about the uniform worn by the man in front of him, because for Dannis now the most important girl.

"Go Dannis !!" Aline tried to break up the two men in front of her.

"Say baby, you love me too, don't you ?" asked Dannis again, he insisted he would not give up.

"I don't love you Dannis, I already love someone else so please get out of here !!" shout Aline.

"You must be lying ?" Dannis gasped when she heard the girl's words.

"I've loved someone else. I love God, he's the one I love." Aline stepped her foot towards the God and held his arm.

"You've been listening, so please don't make a fuss here otherwise I can take you to the office." The God snapper firmly.

"I know you still love me baby and your eyes can't lie to me, I'll make sure of that." Shouted Dannis then he got into his car and rushed out of the place.

"It's okay Cil, we're friends have to help each other" said Dewa.

"If it were true that you loved me, I would be very happy Cil but honey I'm not the one." Inner God in his heart, he tried to be heartened.

"Thank you Kung" Aline said with a smile.

"Is he that man Cil ?" ask God to make sure that the man that makes his best friend heartbroken.

"Hmm."

"Why do you lie to your own heart ?" asked God still did not understand the way his friend's mind was.

"Already Wa should not be discussed anymore is not important" said Aline diverted the conversation.

"Nuts."

"What the hell is Kung, I'm not talking about." Grunts Aline annoyed.

"Cil, loe's facewhy cemong all ?" ask the God chuckles.

"God, you never changed. Couldn't you just be a normal woman." The god was astonished by the woman in front of him who was always doing things beyond reason.

"Am I not normal ?" aline asked and pursed her lips.

"You are like having two genders know not." chirped the God who could not hold back his laughter.

"Basic lucknut's best friend." Aline immediately raised the god.

"God, it seems like this rank of mine is meaningless in your eyes." God grumbled as he continued to laugh.

After cleaning the equipment that Aline used to change the tires, they immediately left the place with their respective cars because the day was getting dark.

While Dannis is now in the hotel where she is staying, thinking about the words Aline who already loves others makes her frustrated.

If that man wasn't a God, maybe Dannis wouldn't be as frustrated now, because only that man had made her feel jealous. Given how intense they are at all times sending messages via email.

Next day

The hour hand showed ten o'clock in the morning, Aline just opened her eyes. Luckily this date was red so he didn't have to go to the office, because last night he really couldn't sleep well because he felt his inner upheaval.

After cleaning himself, he stepped onto the balcony of his room, so he heard laughter from the back garden. Out of curiosity, he immediately exited his room to look.
