"Jay ... Jay ...." Hendri called his eldest son who slept on the sofa. "Jay ...." Again with a louder voice, and he succeeded.

Jayden squirming. His eyes opened one, staring at the father. "What's wrong?" his question is still half conscious.

"Help Papa to the bathroom."

There was a long breath of Jayden's mouth. For a moment the man closed his eyes before approaching his father. "His feet still hurt?" jayden asked while holding Hendri.

"Lumayan," replied Hendri with bated breath.

Jayden waited in front of the bathroom and opened the door in front of him as soon as his father said he was done. Then, in silence, he again helped the father back to lie on the bed.

"Are you angry with Papa?" hendri asked just as his son was about to turn towards the sofa.

With a flat, loyal look on his face, Jayden asked back, "Wasting time and energy is not it, Pa, if you want to be angry now?"

"Papa's sorry, Jay," said Hendri sincerely. His eyes implied such a deep feeling of guilt.

"Yes," said Jayden coldly. He said goodbye to breakfast before his father spoke more. Which makes him feel sorry.

Accompanied by a cup of black coffee, Jayden sat on one of the deserted hospital cafeteria benches. His face was sad after turning on the phone and there was no reply from Zevanna. Last night, after visiting the cafe, Jayden also tried to visit the girl's house. However, the security guard told him that Zevanna was not home. She said Melisa had just left.

Where are you going?

Retaining his phone, Jayden drank half his coffee before moving on. While walking down the corridor to his papa's ward, Jayden crosses paths with Astrid. They had a chance to meet before Astrid quickly disconnected him.

"Astrid, wait!" Jayden stops his ex-girlfriend's friend.

Astrid turned to look at Jayden with a cynical grin. "What?"

"Do you know where Zevanna is?"

"Well you ask Zevanna?" reply Astrid refused to tell. Indeed, his arrival here was to visit Zevanna after Melisa gave him a message if Zevanna was hit by a motorbike and so consciously kept crying. Melisa hopes Astrid's arrival makes her daughter feel better.

"Jawab. I need to be with him."

"Gue doesn't know!"

"Trid!"

Astrid was rotating her eyes lazy. Why did he have to meet Jayden? Make the mood drop. "Why don't you ask me the same? Lo's going to deket with Aunt Melisa," he said followed by a wry smile.

"Are you also one of the people who thinks that I have a special relationship with Aunt Melisa?" ceplos Jayden's. Astrid's resolute eyes were enough of an answer. The man who had not changed his shirt since last night smiled wryly. "Lo's wrong! Zevanna misunderstood that and now there's something else I have to deal with. So, do you know where Zevanna is?"

Seeing how much Jayden wished for her, Astrid felt like a bad person if she didn't tell him. However, on the other hand, he was thinking was it alright for him to bring along Jayden?

"This once in a while, I beg you," Jayden said with a heartbroken look.

"Gue .. I'm actually here to see Zevanna. Nyokapnya said, last night Zevanna hit by a motorcycle," said Astrid accompanied by prayer hopefully the decision is right.

"Ketrak motor?"

Astrid nodded. "His speech also said that after Zevanna came to her senses, she was a little cry. That's why Aunt Melisa sent me here hoping I could cheer up Zevanna. Lo ... do you want to come?"

Did Zevanna get hit by a motorcycle while going to the cafe? Or, did Zevanna get hit by a motorcycle after waiting too long? Jayden is getting less and less. "Where's the room?"

Walking side by side, the two headed for one of the VIP treatment rooms. Astrid glanced at Jayden before her hands stretched out to knock on the door. Enough, after that Melisa's face greeted him. The woman commented a smile, then a look of surprise could not be hidden seeing Jayden also standing in front of her.

"Jayden's? How come it's here?" ask Melisa.

"There's something I want to talk to Zevanna, Auntie."

Melisa rounded her lips with a small nod. He invited Jayden and Astrid in. Then, the curiosity that had just perched in his heart grew more and more into seeing his son's expression change by one hundred and eighty degrees. From the first sad, now Melisa can see the face of her daughter.

"Mama didn't make the wrong phone call, did she? Why did it come to two people?" sindir Zevanna's.

"Really, really. Don't you see that Astrid?" reply to the mother.

"I just accidentally met Astrid up front," Jayden said.

Zevanna kontan looked away. "Nobody says the same!"

Jayden lowered his head. Which made Astrid understand that her decision was wrong. There was probably something that had happened between Zevanna and Jayden that he did not know about, and he should not have been this rash.

"Sorry, Ze," said Astrid, feeling guilty.

There is no lawfulness. It became quiet for a while. Contrast with the contents of the head of each person in the all-white room.

As the only parent, Melisa ended up stopping the craving by saying, "Mama can wait outside if there's something you're talking about, Ze."

"G-gue too" Astrid said.

"No need!" Zevanna. "Even if anyone has to get out of here, it's him!" he added with squeaking eyes fixed on Jayden.

"I'm sorry, Zevanna. I can tell you why I couldn't come last night" Jayden said.

"Unfortunately, I don't want to be scared. I also don't care about everything related to you! I'm enough to be a bego person because it's played with people like you!" Zevanna's chest moved up and down after spilling what had stuck in her heart since last night. He felt like he was the dumbest person to have given Jayden a chance.

"Sorry ...."

Zevanna could see the man's fist trembling. However, Zevanna's heart was already too sore to be able to trust again. Jayden's cut was too deep, and that's enough.

"Yesterday my papa entered hospital—"

"Gue said, I don't want to be horrified! You know what, Jay?" zevanna shouted making her mother tiptoe. While Astrid closed her eyes and slowly stepped back.

"Quiet, Ze. We can talk well," said Melisa as she approached her son. He held onto Zevanna's shoulders and rubbed her there so her emotions wouldn't explode.

"Well, is she okay?" With a stern look and tears in his eyes, Zevanna looked at Jayden, then turned to her mother. "If you want to know, I'm the same Jayden was dating and he sent me away for no apparent reason. Now, he comes again and asks me to explain him. Butwhat? Jayden didn't come when Mama knew what we were yesterday. I waited until night until I finally got hit by a motorcycle and ended up injuring my leg."

And, Zevanna's explanation not only made Melisa startled, but also the three people standing outside the room.

"I realize I've done something wrong, but please just this once, Tan, please allow me to explain" Jayden said.

"Enough, Jay! Why did you go to my nyokap? Want to find sympathy? Yes, yes, you!" Zevanna chuckled mockingly, and that was enough to make Jayden even more guilty and inferior.

"Jay, it's not meant to drive away, but good that you're not here now. Later if things are better, you can talk again with Zevanna," advised Melisa. "Sorry, Jay."

"Auntie is not wrong. I should be the one apologizing. Sorry for hurting Auntie's son." Jayden made a wry smile. He realized that he had not only hurt Zevanna, but also the girl's parents. Then, Jayden's gaze turned toward Zevanna. "I'm sorry, Zevanna. Sorry to make you wretched," he said with a small nod. Jayden said goodbye to Astrid and Melisa with a pain that enveloped his heart. It hurt so much that he couldn't shed a tear. But, how, it all is wrong. Jayden would not have to accept.
