After yesterday got a fairly detailed direction from Thomas and a few hours ago he also followed a short briefing from Indra, Jayden and his colleagues immediately put themselves in their respective positions. Being on the right side of the stage, hundreds of photos instantly filled the camera's memory in his grasp as soon as the blessing of Vania and Albert took place.
Jayden smiled quite satisfied to see the results of his shots. Although photography is only a hobby, but make no mistake, Jayden never won the champion of one photography competition in DKI Jakarta province. So, when Thomas proposes to replace the man, Indra has no doubt about it at all. The bespectacled man even offered Jayden to join his photography vendor. However, as a person who is arguably quite perfectionist and organized, Jayden can not take decisions directly.
"Jay, eat first."
It sounded like Indra called out to him when the blessing procession was over. Jayden immediately turned off the camera and headed for the backstage. While eating the food provided, Indra again gave directions for the reception which will begin in twenty minutes.
If Jayden's blessing was at the front, later at the reception, Jayden was assigned to photograph the bride and groom as he entered the hotel ballroom.
As the time was getting squeezed, they hurriedly entered the reception venue. Jayden directs his camera as soon as the bride and groom start walking down the aisle, towards his throne. The man was not as hectic as earlier because his work was somewhat lighter.
Jayden has moved to the front of the stage and is ready to point the camera lens back. However, his breath was immediately stifled to hear the groom singing Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" to the bride. The same song he had sung to someone whose name was so easy on his heart.
"I didn't know you could sing. Often, dong, kayak gini. I like the horror."
It was Sunday night, Jayden who came to Zevanna's apartment and intended to take the girl out on a date was surprised to find the owner lying helplessly in the blanket.
"You sick?"
Zevanna nodded slowly, then opened her eyes slowly.
"Well eat?" jayden asked as he pressed his palm against Zevanna's forehead.
The girl shook her head. "Well," he said, sitting his body.
Jayden swiftly grabbed the bottle of mineral water that was always available on the nightstand, then gave it to Zevanna. "I'm masakin, yeah. What do you want to eat?"
"Pesen. There's nothing in the fridge."
A rough gust of breath sounded. Jayden wanted to lecture, but already knew where the edges were going. Zevanna always had a thousand reasons that somehow always made her unable to dwell. For example, for what the girl rented an apartment of this size with complete equipment, but to simply stock up on groceries in the refrigerator was lazy. Wouldn't it be more economical if Zevanna rented regular boarding?
Not wanting to be alone in the room, Zevanna eventually followed Jayden who was now sitting in the living room.
After almost half an hour of waiting, the ordered food finally arrived. Jayden deftly prepared everything, including drinking water and also a heat-lowering drug.
"Sorry, yes ..failed, deh, date," said Zevanna before spooning her first bribe.
"It's okay. Your health is more important than anything." Jayden stroked the top of Zevanna's head and smiled.
Warm, comfortable, and soothing. That's what Zevanna felt when she was with Jayden. The man completely completes all the flaws that are in him.
"That's a big piece ...." Zevanna returned after she finished eating.
"Wanna see a movie?"
Zevanna. "My head is a little dizzy."
Jayden turned the brain, thinking about what would be fun to do even in the house. Long enough until he finally remembered Thomas' guitar was left in his car. "Do you want me to sing while playing guitar?"
"Can you?"
Jayden did not answer. He got out of Zevanna's apartment and returned with a guitar. The next minute, guitar lines slowly began to sound.
Awe-inspiring gaze Zevanna. Her lips carved a smile at the sweet voice of the man she had only been dating for a month. Slowly his eyes dimmed due to the effect of the medicine he had just taken.
Jayden smiled remembering it and only fully realized from the daydream when a small child accidentally hit him. Without apologizing, the boy just left. Jayden took a breath. Relieved that the camera did not fall.
The mobile phone vibe in the pants pocket distracts Jayden. He shifted the green icon to see Thomas' name plastered on the screen after permission to one of his colleagues to pick up the phone outside. Not without Jayden's reason for abandoning his moment of responsibility, Thomas never called if it wasn't really important.
"Hello, Jay." The voice across there is already ahead.
Jayden did not hear clearly because the atmosphere in the ballroom was so noisy that he decided to go out. "Why, Thom?"
"Gue same accident Joanne."
"WHAT?!" The worried rapport was adorning the man's oriental face.
"Lo don't worry. I'm the same Joanne's okay just like we went down last night because it's still a shock too."
"Where is the hospital? I'll pick it up now."
"Tomorrow in the morning, Bro. You're still working, right? Relax, I'll take care of Joanne. Uda, yeah. Bye." Thomas disconnected because his head was a little dizzy.
A long breath sounded. There was only misfortune that happened to him. Either directly through him or his sister. "Strong, Jay, strong," Jayden's inner self-reinforced.
He who was about to return to the ballroom suddenly stopped his steps because he heard a woman's scream that immediately seized his attention.
"Evil you, Yan! Bastard!" melisa shouted with tears.
"Enough, Mel! You don't have to scream like that. Shamefully." Adrian begins to get angry with the attitude of his ex-wife.
"No! Let the whole world know you're a dick. And you!" Melisa pointed at the woman next to the man while looking at him in disdain. "Basic woman teaser. Cheap ones!" He took a few steps forward and pushed Lily on the shoulder.
"Saw!!!" Adrian raised a fierce gaze. "So your attitude! If anything happens to Lily and our baby I won't see you again. Remember that!"
"But, Yan! Why?" Melisa softens. He grabs Adrian's arm with tears growing faster, while Adrian who was already upset felt uncomfortable with the actions of Melisa.
"Deliver!" The man fluttered his arms so strongly that Melisa staggered back, then fell down.
"Om, don't be rude, dong, same girl!" Jayden's voice interrupts. The man in the white shirt immediately helped Melisa stand up as soon as she got to the place where the quarrel took place.
"Diem you! Don't interfere with the parents' business!"
"I didn't interfere. I just don't like men being rude to women."
"Whatever you say." Adrian tried not to care. His eyes fell on Lily. "Come, honey, we're leaving this place." Embrace the wife's shoulder, then he just left Jayden and Melisa.
As soon as Adrian and Lily disappeared from his sight, Jayden asked Melisa, "Tante, how is she?"
"Auntie is okay. Thanks, yeah."
Jayden nodded. He let Melisa go, but just a step the woman walked, her body back to the bottom either because of the effects of the fall or due to alcoholic drinks that he had drunk before. Since her divorce from Adrian, Melisa who had never touched such a drink before is now an addiction.
"Where's the aunt? Let me just anterin."
Melisa hissed feeling her head slightly turn. "Tante isn't coming home yet. Could you please take Aunt to one of the rooms at this hotel, right?"
"Can, Aunt."
"You're so nice. Thanks again, yes."
"Together, Tan." Jayden then helped Melisa to the hotel room in question by breaking it because after seeing more clearly Melisa's ankle slightly bruised due to the high heels worn by the woman.
