A man riding a motorcycle through the streets of the capital. He is Gilbran. He seemed to be in a hurry towards a place.

About thirty minutes drive he arrived in front of the Kupang City Police Station, in a hurry he entered the building. He stopped to look at his phone before continuing.

"I think it's a room" Gilbran said and went straight into the room.

"Good morning" she said. But in the room no one responded to Gilbran's greeting.

The police in the room were busy with their business, some were calling, chatting, taking care of files and some were angry.

"You've come, come with me" Apparently it didn't last long because Gibran was approached by Rizal.

"Good sir!"

Rizal takes Gilbran into a room. The room was like a meeting room and there were three others in the room.

"Good morning everyone" said Rizal.

"For sir"

Rizal smiled, "you know why I called you. But let me be firm again. Serana, Hans, Sam sir you will be assigned to the investigation of the murder and displacement of bodies at the University of Nusa Cendana" Rizal said to the three people.

"Good sir" said the three of them at the same time.

"And also I will put another person into our team" Rizal glanced at Gilbran.

"Is Dad crazy, he's not even a cop" Hans said.

"Gilbran was an important witness in this case and had met with the perpetrator. He will be very helpful in the investigation" Rizal said.

"Alright sir" said Hans somewhat forced.

"Serena and Mr. Sam, start the Investigator at the Faculty of Law" said Rizal. "Then Hans. Go to the Forensics section to see the evidence check. Gilbran and I are going to Cyber for CCTV"

The team disbanded and began to conduct their own investigations.

A short-haired woman was busy staring at the computer screen in front of her. Not once did his eyes blink.

Ria was quite surprised by the footage that suddenly died. "Is the file broken?!" Ria tried to play back the CCTV footage and she realized something.

CCTV footage at 18:30-19:00 does not exist. The recording seems cut.

"His recordings cut?" Ria seemed to think "yes the tape was cut off. Did the perpetrator hack the CCTV?"

From the second recording also found the same problem, where CCTV footage did not record activity on November 12 at 18:30-19:00.

"Aah no, this is not cut but the CCTV was deliberately turned off by the perpetrator" said Ria.

"But how did he turn off all the CCTV at the same time and hour. Is it more than one or is it?" Again Ria wondered.

Ria continued to think and she seemed to find the answer "not the CCTV was turned off but the electricity was turned off by the perpetrator so that the CCTV died at the same time"

"People turned off the electricity directly from the electrical substation. It can answer the truncation of CCTV footage at 18:30 to 19:00"

"The culprit is quite smart" said Ria annoyed.

In that period of time it was enough for the perpetrator to kill and even take the victim away from campus.

It was a hot Wednesday afternoon after coordinating with the Faculty of Law. Now room 2A Faculty of Law has been used as an interrogation room.

"Everyone gives information that tends to be the same, so it is very impossible if this is done by the enemy or the closest person to the victim" said Serena.

"Well, did the killer really know Gilda, or did the killer kill the guild without knowing who the guild was?" mr. Sam wondered.

Serena laughed, "do you mean he's a psychopath?"

Serena shook her head "this is a very safe city, there can't be such a madman wandering around here"

"A safe city? I'd agree with your statement if you said it fifteen or twenty years ago" said Mr. Sam sarcastically.

"Alright senior" Serena smiled.
