Li Yongsheng could not calm down, not because he was afraid to account for his actions but he felt a sense of worry in his heart. The operation lasted quite a long time and made Li Yongsheng even more agitated.

Helena ran over to Shen Fengyin. Shen Fengyin's face looked so worried. He got a call from an employee who recognized Li Huan Rui. Shen Fengyin immediately canceled all agendas and immediately drove the car to the hospital.

“The operation was successful but your child is still in his critical period. We'll take him to the ICU” room

Shen Fengyin felt pain seeing her son lying helplessly. Shen Fengyin's hatred for Li Yongsheng became even greater. He regretted loving a man who had no heart like him. He will pay for all his son's suffering.

Li Yongfan was outside, he approached the silent Helena sadly.

They both sat facing.

“ What are you coming for? You want to make fun of me, don't you?”

“How is it possible like that. Whatever conflict between us, you are still my sister”

“You still consider me your sister even though I tried to eliminate your son”

“I know you definitely won't do it”

“How can you be so sure?”

Li Yongsheng smiled disdainfully.

“Because you're my sister. I know what you look like. I know even if you're cold and rude but you won't do anything dirty and also I'm sure you won't hurt that kid”

“ Li Yongfan, you don't know me. I can do anything. Why can't I obliterate that kid”

“If you really wanted to eliminate him from the beginning then why did you send Li Huan Rui to the hospital? Then why should you give her your blood to save her”

“That's because I didn't know he was the bastard son of your affair. If I knew that I wouldn't save him”

“A bastard? You said Li Huan Rui was an illegitimate child?”

Shen Fengyin clasped tightly onto Li Huan Rui's hand. He regretted that he had not picked up Li Huan Rui back then. You alone he neglects work and is more concerned about his son maybe it did not happen or he should not meet the man again.

It had been two days, but his son had not yet opened his eyes. It made Shen Fengyin feel even more sad. Li Yongfan went inside.

“Yinyin, let's eat. You've been two days not eating any”

“I'm not hungry”

Shen Fengyin had no appetite. He only stared at his son all day even the black girth of eyes was visible in his eyes.

“Yinyin, don't torture yourself. If you're sick, won't Rui be sad? At least you can eat a little”

Shen Fengyin finally obeyed Li Yongfan's wishes. He went out and sat down to eat the steamed buns Li Yongfan had given him.

The man does not deserve mercy.

“Li Yongsheng, do you know how much I hate you? I hate you so much”

Shen Fengyue initially felt happy when she found out that the boy had been hit by a car. He was happy that Li Yongsheng would not meet him but he did not expect when Assistant Zhou told him about Li Yongsheng's state that it was him who hit the child. Shen Fengyue was actually getting more and more pleased, though, didn't it mean that Li Yongsheng didn't know if it was his son and Shen Fengyin would definitely suffer more but she was surprised that her husband was now in prison and threatened with severe punishment. Shen FengYue had originally wanted to help him but he suddenly remembered the photo sent by someone he had asked to keep an eye on Li YongSheng.
