Another New Idea

Today is Sunday, Rere is back to his daily routine without Jimmy since his two-week departure.

Rere resigned from his company. Rere did not focus any more on working after that day. He felt that all the good efforts he made even added to the sadness in his life.

Several times Jimmy sent a message to Rere, but he was no longer excited to respond.

The last message Jimmy gave him to keep up with him before he returned to Australia was not done.

Jimmy also said he would stay in Jakarta for four days. All the questions in Rere's mind he explained, he tried to return to neutralize his heart and feelings.

And that's because of the last conversation the two had when Jimmy got to Malaysia, Rere asked a few questions about what kind of cheating Jimmy had done with him.

Yes, everything that Rere thinks Jimmy is a person who is able to maintain their commitment to live together is broken by Jimmy's confession that says he was with other women while in East Java.

“Fuck!” Rere always cursed in his heart whenever he remembered that.

Rere concluded that Jimmy chose a flight from Solo and took a four-day stay in Jakarta before his arrival to Malaysia.

MUST be because of the other women too!

But after that confession, Rere began to get used to no longer giving the taste to anyone. Her hopes of having a child without a husband were put off.

After his separation it makes Rere realize, as strong as you hold if he does not want to stay then it will come off as well.

Rere tries to withdraw from his more intense communication with Jimmy, only replying to Jimmy's message in his spare time. Rere also did not want to start communication first.

What is this, actually? When Rere starts to pull away and distance his communications, Jimmy keeps calling him every day.

To shift his feelings, Rere begins to warm up his communication with George. Especially near the date where they will take a vacation together to Singapore.

Rere began packing some clothes and necessities to be brought to Singapore. Some casual clothes and also one evening dress that Rere wants to wear at dinner.

His phone suddenly rings, Rere stares at his phone screen and finds Jimmy making a video call to him. Rere refused to answer the call, he then put his phone back.

“Cih! Now you keep calling me.” Rere said annoyed.

“Yesterday you let me go.” Its effects.

At night, Rere sends a photo of his briefcase to George that he is ready to fulfill his holiday trip.

“Good!” George replied to Rere's message.

“I am Ready!” Rere.

One incoming message also from Jimmy, expressing his regret why Rere did not answer the call and did not send a message.

Rere simply replied that he was busy working, even though he had quit his job. Just waiting for his holiday to Singapore.

Rere took his night off, opened his social media account. Then he opened a message from someone he had never met.

Exchanging mobile numbers at that time, and switching to a short message on the media chat Rere. His name is Mark from France.

Mark works as a chef at a famous restaurant in Jakarta. Mark said he wanted to meet Rere in Yogyakarta, but he also gave a date for his arrival.

The new idea Rere came up with. The date Mark chose was four days before Rere's departure to Jakarta. “Wah, can get a free ticket to Jakarta nih.” Said Rere.

Mark also said that he would return to Jakarta in mid-August.
