Three months passed.
Auri no longer lives in Mia's house. He rented a small apartment for himself. The rent per year is not too expensive. The rest of the tube is enough for the cost of his life in the next few months.
Auri is now officially divorced from Kelvin. Last month she received a divorce certificate sent by a religious court for her. All divorce proceedings are taken care of by the trustee Kelvin paid. However, Kelvin asks the lawyer to pretend to be Auri's lawyer. Every word that was spoken was completely unknown to Auri, all arranged by Kelvin. Auri did not mind that, she only hoped that she would soon be separated from the man who had already severely injured her.
"Yet you are married." He said while staring at the screen hp showing news of Kelvin's wedding.
Auri took a long breath. Undeniably, his heart felt a very painful feeling that made his chest feel tight. He needs a lot of air to be a little relieved.
Drriitts…
Hp vibrating. There's a message from Mia.
*Auri, I'm going to wonderland with Gio.
You wanna come along?
If so, we'll pick it up now.
*Mia is not. I'm alone now.
*ok. Uh but, you're good, aren't you?
*yeah dong. What's wrong, Mi?
*No. I was worried.
*Enjoy your date hehee.
After replying to Mia, Auri exits her apartment. He stepped towards the roof. His feet stepped one step at a time with confidence. He continued to climb, until he arrived at the roof of his apartment building which consisted of seven floors.
"Masyaa Allah. How cold it is here. Lots of fresh air. I can see the stars and the moon. Tonight turned out to be so bright, are you guys happy too?" He said to the people of the sky.
"Ok is okay. You guys seem to be really supportive of the couple's marriage." His grunt continued to step while staring at the sky.
"I'm jealous of you guys. You never even showed up. But this time you're glittering, as if celebrating their happy day. I'm the one who's hurt, I'm jealous." He shouted as he continued to step, until he forgot that his steps were almost towards the end of the roof floor. Even in a few more steps, Auri will step above the awang awang, because there is no more footing.
"Stop, watch out.." Shouted someone far away in the darkness of the night.
Hearing that shout Auri turned to the source of the voice and immediately stopped her steps. His eyes now caught a tall man, with a hoody covering his face. The man was standing on the roof floor. Standing on the side as if to commit suicide.
"Hey, what are you doing." Soon Auri ran after the man. She tried to grab the back of the man's hoody and pulled him away from falling.
But unfortunately, the man seemed to be trying to hide his face. So that when he saw Auri running towards him he turned his body and finally he slipped and fell.
"Tidaaakkk.." Shouted Auri who actually managed to grab the man's arm. Auri's hand didn't touch the man's arm skin, just clasped tightly onto the man's hoody-clad arm.
"Hold on, don't move. I'll try to pull you." Auri felt her hand would be dislodged as it held the weight of the man's body.
"Take off my arm. Let me fall. Your hand must have hurt from holding me." His shouting.
"No, I'm not gonna take it off. I'll pull you." Auri glanced around her. He saw a piece of wood not far from his feet. He thought the wood with his feet until his hands could reach the wood.
The castle wrapped the wood on the remains of the ruins of the roof wall fence. Then ask the man to grab the wood with his other hand.
"Tight grip. I'll find a rope. Hang in."
The man clung tightly to the wood which was not so strong as to hold his weight. He started to break out in cold sweat, plus the blowing wind made him cold.
"He's going to help me, or has he left me hanging here?" He muttered continuously trying to raise his body to rise.
But alas, the more he tried to lift his body, the more fragile the wooden handle. The wood was even cracked, the wood fiber was really visible will soon be released and broken.
