Author And The Baby

Author And The Baby
Fragile Back

"I ... I ...." The woman could no longer continue her words.

After a long wait, and no follow-up, the police stopped their meeting. "Sorry, Sir. You only have 20 minutes."

Seeing Kanaya still crying, Abigail could not bear to ask further and handed the rest to the police.

Abigail and Marina then returned home to the apartment. All the way to the apartment, Abigail didn't say much. It is like losing contact with the world. I don't know where to travel.

Marina tried to excuse her because several times the man had made a wrong turn and she tried to tell him patiently. Even while riding the elevator, the man forgot to press the floor number button. His consciousness seemed to disappear without pause when on the surface he looked fine.

Abigail also could not open the door of her apartment properly.

"Here, brother, I'll help you open the door."

"Thank you."

After the door was opened, the man went straight into the room.

Marina tries not to bother him and does everything herself. He took Farrell out of the baby carriage and put her in the crib.

The man did not come out for long, but another hour was lunch. Finally Marina decided to cook the black pepper beef that yesterday was her plan for dinner. Seeing the quiet Farrel playing alone, the woman immediately cooked.

He cooks rice and also some frozen food (finished food stored in the refrigerator). After it matures, he serves it on the dining table.

But then he hesitated whether he should knock on the door or wait for the man to come out of the room. At the same time, Farrell's baby was crying. Marina then made a bottle of milk and carried it. Baby Farrel sucked his milk until asleep.

After putting the baby in an outdoor crib, Marina took the time to pray Zuhur. After the prayer he came back out. The man was still in the room.

Marina then knocked on the door. "Sister, it's lunch time. Brother not eating?"

Silent. But then, "uh, just go in."

The woman opened the door. He saw Abigail lying on the bed covered. Eyes swollen as if crying.

"Sister sick?" Marina touched the man's forehead. His forehead is not warm.

The man tried to sit down. "I don't want anything. I just want to sleep. Roll on the bed."

"Sister, it will hurt if it is late to eat it," Marina persuaded. He thought the man must be thinking of his wife.

Abigail lowered. "Later, will ya?" He cleansed the rest of his tears.

"Yes already." Finally with a heavy heart, Marina came out.

The man lay back down. He remembered his wife and felt broken. Still remembered by him the words of his former secretary that Alena did not want him to get Farrel.

Why is Alena so happy? What harm? Isn't it when at home, he always tries to be next to her even though it is difficult? Are you happy now, Alena, after everyone accused me of being your killer? Are you happy?

Her tears fell back. The man pulled his blanket deep and he comfortably drowned in his thick blanket that was warm like a hug.

Back to the knock. The man immediately wiped away his tears. The door opened but closed soon. He caught a glimpse of a person crawling on the floor.

The man was surprised of course. Two hands rise to the edge of the bed with a head.

Marina smiled at him wearing an eared headgear that was a Farrel bedong blanket. "I'm a gray bunny named Nina. I just stole the yellow and red peppers that I chopped into pieces in the kitchen into small pieces. I also stole meat from the fridge. Both are cooked. Do you want to try it?" he said in the style of children and tilted his head.

"So, I did it." The woman moved her head making her head look cute with the ears of the beast. "You eat no, Om fox."

"Om fox? You call me, Om a fox?" The man smiled broadly. "Oh, yes. The fox wants to eat this one rabbit." He pinched the woman's cheek because he could not stand her funny face.

"Sir, pain!" Marina was a little screaming. He even patted the cheeky hand of the man who had been heartily pinched his cheek until it turned red.

Abigail chuckles. "Mistake it yourself why a rabbit whose cheeks are smeared competes with Farrel." Back the man chuckled.

"Come, eat brother. Uh!" rajuk Marina who was still sitting on the floor, grabbed the man's arm.

Abigail looked at Marina and returned to tease her. He pressed both Marina cheeks with one hand. "Oh, this bunny, it's funny. I want to bite his lips."

But at that moment both were surprised. Abigail panicked and immediately removed her hand from the woman's face, while Marina's cheeks flushed to hear the sentence with a puzzled face. Soon the woman turned her body in shame.

Abigail was also misbehaved. He immediately sat on the bed. "I-I will pray Zuhur first."

"I'd like to see Farrel, too. It looks like she's crying." The woman lied to get out of the man's room quickly.

As soon as Marina closed the door, Abigail could not help but smile. He did not expect Marina to comfort him in such a way.

------------+++----------

The atmosphere at the dining table felt stiff. Marina shyly saw Abigail while the man still looks wrong behavior due to slip of the tongue, talk carelessly. But the atmosphere that never melted make Abigail forced to clarify it. "Em, I was just talking so don't put it in your heart, okay?"

"Oh, yes. Of course." Well, Marina, why are you confused anyway? That man is very unlikely for you. That's very unlikely. Hah .. but he's already made a thump in the chest.

Abigail glanced at Marina. How good is it? She's really adorable. From grieving, with a single flick, he turned everything into joy. Absolutely amazing, he's a miracle. L like it. Really liked it. The more today I don't think I can hold my own anymore.

I wanted to hurry home just to talk to her, look at her face and see her babysitting Farrel. He loved Farrel as much as I started to love him but .. how to start because I've never done it to a woman. Abigail puckered her mouth.

Back when I was introduced to Alena, I could only chat and we had been betrothed so we just had to wait for marriage.

Now with Marina, where should I start? Really, I don't know where to start. Did I find out if she likes me too? Or make an approach? Ah, this is really harder than taking care of business, it seems! Abigail scratched her non-itchy head.

"Why, Brother?" Marina saw the man looking confused.

"Oh, it's okay."

"Come, eat again, brother." Marina thrusts her homemade black pepper cow.

"Oh, yes, this is delicious." Abigail scooped up to her plate, but after bribing, she glanced at the woman again. "Eh, how about we take a walk in the city park."

"Mmd? City park? The air's a little hot."

"But after one o'clock in the afternoon, definitely not too hot and also a lot of shady trees. I want to walk there as well as exercise. You don't want to be skinny?"

Marina smiled broadly.
