Ayrisa And Her Story

Ayrisa And Her Story
Ayrisa¹⁴ - Star Class

The rainy season has arrived. Inviting the cold makes people more interested in spending their day in a comfortable bed. It may also be accompanied by food or warm drinks that can make everything feel perfect. However, the fact that they have a job overcomes that temptation. Since morning the city has been busy again with its activities even though the rain downed the earth.

Ayrisa leaves for school escorted by Antra. Before leaving Dara reminded to wear a jacket. That's why his body now wears a large black jacket that he borrowed from Nefra.

After the car stopped in front of the gate, Ayrisa put on a jacket hat and then crucified her father's hand. Once out he accelerated his pace so that it would not take too long under the sky which was where the clouds were spilling their contents. However, due to the puddles, Ayrisa had to reduce her speed so as not to misstep and cause the water to splash.

Once in the lobby, Ayrisa sighed softly then took off the jacket hat that covered her head. Then, just about to continue his steps, the new Mia came calling while crashing through the rain.

"Ang, Ay!"

"By the morning, Mia!" Ayrisa replied while continuing her steps followed by Mia.

Because of the cold temperatures in this rainy season, students prefer to be in the classroom. Most went to sleep while waiting for the bell to ring.

"Well, have you finished the masterpiece that summarized chapter two?" mia asked in silence that enveloped the atmosphere between the two of them.

"Udah, you alone?"

"It's less than a little more. Last night I was tired of writing," said Mia with a little exaggeration.

"Want me to write the rest?" tawar Ayrisa's.

"Aren't you tired? I am tired of gini. If it's even more tired."

"No papa, will I help you."

"Well, Ay, you're the best!" Mia exclaimed cheerfully as she hugged Ayrisa with anxiety.

They finally arrived at the class. The situation is still quiet, or maybe some others are playing to the next class to be with their friends.

Ayrisa finished Mia's summary following hers. It is like that, I love writing. His friends used to ask him why, he would only answer casually if he was too bored. It is not a lie or a fabricated reason. Ayris is easily bored by something. He is the type of person who can't stick to activities or anything that can't boost his adrenaline.

For Ayrisa, writing, reading and watching action movies are her favorites. Although honestly Ayrisa had never seen a fight scene directly—or rather she avoided it because. It sounds a little strange, but it's true.

Unichowo.

Ayrisa preferred that word to suit her, because she was a little different.

The bell finally rings at the same time as Ayrisa returns Mia's book. Then followed by the anthropology teacher who entered the class.

All the books and writing equipment needed are already stored on the table. Ayrisa immediately opened the package book on the page that Bu Yulia had told her about.

After discussing and explaining the materials for today, Ms. Yulia gave a simple task for her students to do. Classes are quiet, as usual during anthropology lessons. Students in Ayrisa class are like having an instinct to not wake up a sleeping wild animal.

The task-doing session was deliberately made to last a long time to buy time until the change of subject bell rang.

...··...

Rain seems to have been very longing on the earth so that all day shows no signs of stopping or subsiding. The cold temperature that dominates the atmosphere makes all students lose their spirit and prefer to sleep in class during rest time with a body wrapped in a jacket.

"Mia, will you be picked up or use an online taxi again?" Ayrisa asked, just for pleasantries, as well as improving her interaction ability.

"Taxi cake again like, why?"

"Oh, it's not just me."

Mia nodded in silence. It actually felt a little awkward when spending time with Ayrisa, just that she did not have any language at the moment.

"Eh, yes. Ay, what's it like to be a class champion?" ask Mia suddenly.

Ayris was silent for a moment to think about the answer. "Weight. A little stifling."

Mia never expected such an answer to be given by Ayrisa. Actually he also twice ranked first while still in elementary school, and it feels proud. He received a lot of praise from his former classmates. Her mother also gave her the things she wanted.

"The expectations of many people depend on you, then when the results are not as expected ...." Ayrisa said with a smile, but did not finish her sentence.

Now that Mia understood, Ayrisa was also an imperfect human being, just like her. Being a class champion subscription also has its own burden, not only about getting compliments or prizes as appreciation. Especially now that they are at the SMA level, everything must feel heavier.

"When do you want to not walk with me? After moving here I have never been together with temen," said Mia with the enthusiasm hidden behind her casual tone. He tried to remove the awkward atmosphere that suddenly enveloped them.

"So, I guess I haven't been together for a long time either."

The bell finally rang, making the students re-enforce their backs—for those who spend time resting with sleep. Not long after, Bu Rina—guru Bahasa Indonesia— entered class XI Bahasa A. The lesson started after Ms. Rina finished passing the students in class. Today they are entering into a new material, namely explanatory text.

As usual, Ms. Rina will give the task of summarizing the material first. That was why the students started to gather and form small groups to take notes together. Ayrisa only watched them for a while before starting to focus on her notebook. It was common for no one to want to make a group with him, even just to take notes like this. Unless there is a group assignment prescribed by the teacher.

At the rest of the lesson hours after all the students finished their summaries, Bu Rina discussed the materials today. Everyone listened in silence while waiting for the bell to ring again as a sign of the end of school time.

Then, when the bell finally rang, they were made more happy because they were not given the task. Today they are free from duty, so when they arrive at home they can relax without the need to worry about anything else.

"Okay, our learning for today is over. Don't forget to always learn." Ms. Rina gave a short speech before leaving the class.

Since today was her picket schedule, Ayrisa kept her books and writing utensils into the bag casually.

In the rainy season like this, the class is not too dirty because the students who prefer to spend time off in class. So, Ayrisa finished her picket task quickly. He immediately approached Mia who was waiting for him outside the classroom.

Upon arriving at the lobby, Ayrisa gets a message from her father telling her that he is waiting at the gate.

"Mia, I go first, yes" Ayrisa said before crashing in the rain.

She loves to feel the sensation when the rain falls on her skin. It would be like to linger in the shade of the sky that is spilling its cargo, but it could be that he will get a long lecture and end this and that ban. So, he prefers to step quickly to get to the car.

After he entered, the father immediately drove the car away from school. Silence enveloped the atmosphere in the car during the trip.

Once the car finally parked in the yard of the house, Ayrisa went out first and entered the house. He called for his return before running up the stairs to the room. The father who just entered immediately reminded him to reduce his speed.

Arrive in the room. It turned out that her older sister, Nura, had already comfortably laid her body on the bed. Ayrisa kept her bag in her study desk chair then sat on her bed while playing the cell phone for a while. After that he will refresh his body with warm water because of the cold temperatures in this rainy season.
