Baby, Please Love Me

Baby, Please Love Me
Thesis Trial.

The most anticipated day finally came. Unexpectedly after doing various processes that can be said to be quite difficult, Ann can get paid that is worth her hard work.

Right now, in the campus cafeteria, Ann who was already wearing a black white uniform, was so neat, was sitting in a nervous state. Not because of falling in love, but clearly Ann's heartbeat was pounding twice as fast as usual.

While continuing to hold the thesis in hand so tightly, Ann who was now being filled with worry began to think of many things. Will the thesis trial run smoothly? Are the judges who are mostly great lecturers able to agree on the material that will be delivered? Is this enough to get Ann to graduation? Ann was really scared and worried that things were not going as expected.

Even though before being in this canteen, Ann had time to meet with Mr. Rega. Not to frighten about the scripture trial, but Mr. Rega intends to provide support to Ann so as not to be too afraid to face the thesis trial. Mr. Rega even asked Ann to believe in her own efforts. Wouldn't effort ever betray an outcome?

Despite her encouragement and support, Ann can still feel so nervous. Too much thinking and worrying is what makes Ann difficult to calm down.

At the time when Ann was trying to eliminate all her worries, unexpectedly, Lydia who had already finished attending her morning class, without hesitation began to approach the friend. Not intended to give any interference, the arrival of Lydia here because it has the same purpose as Mr. Rega. Of course, he intends to give encouragement to his best friend who will soon conduct a thesis hearing.

"That's a real shock, Ann?" Said Lydia who then took a seat right next to her best friend.

"Seriously, this is how it feels if you want to undergo a thesis trial?" Ann asked with a worried look.

"Don't know. I just haven't done it yet" Lydia replied sounding not wrong.

Ann who was instantly speechless after getting such an answer began rubbing both of her palms. Why are you so nervous? It was as if Ann was intending to enter the battlefield.

"Ann, I'm sure you can, '" said Lydia, trying to help calm the friend by holding the hand that was already so cold.

Not yet had time for Ann to respond to the words that had just come out of Lydia's mouth, another student who appeared to be wearing a uniform just as Ann had come over. Is it time for Ann to leave?

"Your turn, Ann. It's been waiting there" said the student and immediately made Ann rise from her seat.

Wanting to get things done soon, Ann who was still enveloped by nervous feelings began to sigh heavily, then slowly her steps began to move away from the campus cafeteria. Without any meaningful sayings to Lydia, Ann could easily leave her friend unfinished to provide support. Ann passed by and now she was on her way to the thesis courtroom.

Here Ann is hoping that the results will be in accordance with what has been desired. Can pass cumlaude and wear graduation clothes. Long enough Ann had always dreamed of these moments.

Not going in right away, after arriving right in front of the thesis courtroom, Ann first knocked on the door. When she got permission, Ann stepped foot into the courtroom.

Just entering and not starting, Ann's nervousness increased. Not without reason, it's just that Ann when she saw the four lecturers who are now in front of her, able to make Ann a little worried. Will he succeed in following this thesis well? Or will it ruin it? Ann seemed to be doubting her own abilities.

"How's Ann? Are you ready to graduate cumlaude?" Ask from one of the lecturers who is currently sitting at the jury table.

"I'm always ready, but still a little nervous" Ann replied honestly.

"Then you can calm yourself first. Don't be too hasty either, Ann," said another jury lecturer who kindly gave Ann a chance to calm herself down.

After doing so, Ann who was now a little calmer, though not yet fully, began to face back to the four lecturers. Without lingering any longer, Ann began to say her opening greetings before finally presenting all the material from her script report.

...****************...

Even though it wasn't Lydia who had a thesis trial, why? Surprisingly, Lydia was also worried and nervous. Reluctant to wait too far, Lydia, now in the nearest seat of the courtroom, sat in impatience, waiting for her best friend to come out and give her the good news.

After almost more than fifteen minutes of waiting, finally the girl who had been waiting for him came out as well. When looking from a distance, Lydia found that the look on her friend's face looked just bent and moody. Now that Lydia was beginning to wonder, did Ann fail in that trial?

With a hurried pace, Lydia began to come over to her best friend and did not want to use pleasantries, she quickly asked about the results. Ann can graduate, right?

"How's Ann? Did you graduate?" Tanya Lydia very much hoped that there would be good news.

Without any words, Ann hurried to give a hug to her friend. Why is it that now to a Lydia, her best friend is pretending?

"The result is.." accidentally told, Ann just wanted to give a surprise to her best friend.

"Hows it? You graduated, didn't you, Ann?" Tanya Lydia urged for an answer.

"I passed.." cried Ann so loudly in happiness that it could actually be felt for real.

Still hugging each other, Lydia who heard that also did not hesitate to join in shouting happily. Although it wasn't her who was about to be graduated, Lydia could already know about her happiness. Isn't there not a more beautiful moment than a graduation?

"And I said what. You're gonna make it, Ann. There is no point in feeling worried or nervous" said Lidia while releasing a hug that felt long enough to be made.

"Everyone can believe in your abilities, but why don't you want to believe in them? Doubt yourself and worry about the things that have already got a definite answer?" Imbuh Lydia while continuing to give a happy smile.

"I don't think I'm going to graduate, Li. Do you know that Mr Wira is one of the jury lecturers for this thesis trial?" Ann said something to worry about.

"Why really? You're afraid that just because attendance can make Mr Wira not want to approve you?" Guess which Lydia felt was right, because after that Ann immediately nodded her head.

"Isn't absenteeism also included in the graduation requirement?" Ann asks to make sure that her best friend knows and understands the graduation requirements.

"of course. But, Mr. Wira also will not be as crazy or stupid as that to not approve you just because of absence. Mr. Wira must also know that you were appointed directly by the dean to be able to attend an interview at HR Group," replied Lidia who managed to remind Ann about things that had been almost forgotten.

"Oh yes. I thought after graduation it would all be over, but it seems like I still have to put in some more effort," Ann said instantly turning a little moody.

"HR Group is a good company, Ann. I'm sure it will be a stepping stone for you to become a successful person" Lydia said, sounding so supportive of her best friend.

"Thank Lydia. I also want you to graduate from here quickly and we can get back together in the same workplace. I hope you can also take part in an interview at the HR Group company."
