Be The Best In Anime World
Ch - 12: Another Problem?

"You've done your job in the Principal's Office?"

"Yes. Why are you still out of class? Hours of study are still going on."

"I want to ditch."

Alya did not expect that the answer was more stupid than she thought. "Ask out? Using your Right as Vice Class Chair to truant. It is very much not commendable, as expected of a Slacker." He folded his hands together, looking at Shin with an angry expression.

'Did he forget that thing?' Shin thought, but he was relieved that Alya had forgotten about him. He himself felt that he was talking too much which is not-no. "I'm just using my advantage. There's no harm, right."

"Even you haven't one day become the Vice Class Chair."

"What's important is that I've done my job, right? After all, in class I only learned the lessons I already understood."

"It's so arrogant of you."

Shin's brows twitched. 'Don't you have a mirror at home, miss?' Her thought.

"In that case, I will also truant."

"Wait, what?!" It was a surprise for Shin who thought that Alya would stop him, but Alya ditched him instead. It's not that he hates this, it's just the surprise of this Ojou-sama.

"I've also learned about today's lesson. I've learned the language."

"It's about Japan. There's a lot you don't know about Japanese, Miss Alya."

"Even before attending school here, I've learned the quiet Japanese Kanji. Well, although it's a bit difficult because it's completely different from Russian, but it's honestly nothing."

'He flaunted.' Thought Shin, but rather than him constantly listening to Alya's arrogance constantly, it was better for him to let Alya come with him. "Then what do you want to do?" Ask Shin.

"I want to do the Task requested by the Headmaster. It's about the race. Do you want to get into the Sports Club?"

"No. And not interested."

"True slacker."

'I am a real man.'

"I'd like to go to the gym to check on our classmates who practice Basketball." Alya took out a small notebook and wrote using a blue pen, then put it back in.

"Then I'll come along. There's nothing I can do in this school. Oh, right, I want to go to the Canteen first to fill my belly. Just for a second, I'm."

"good. I'll wait there."

The cafeteria was quiet and only the voices of the cleaning chefs could be heard. Shin ordered a warm ramen and waited for a few minutes, but unexpectedly he would meet his friend.

"Shim!"

"Miyuki!"

The two looked at each other and continued with a question-and-answer session.

"Are you the Class Leader, Miyuki?"

"Well, and did you know that the Deputy is Shinomiya."

"Wow, that's good."

"Then, Shin, did you become the Vice-Chairman of the Class for being forced?"

"You know me very well."

"So …"

""Are you here because you want to eat?!""

The two of them shook hands for a while before embracing each other. ""We are friends!""

Shin arrived at the sports hall, he felt satisfied after eating in the cafeteria earlier while chatting with Shirogane. Although there was a Master who almost punished them, but fortunately they were able to escape.

Inside, he saw Alya who was watching Basketball Club Exercise. Alya's hand kept on taking notes in the booklet. Shin wondered what task Alya was doing to record all that, not just about the race, right?

"Yes."

"You're coming too." Alya stared cynically at Shin before turning her gaze away with an annoyed face.

"I'm a little late, yeah."

"Again ..?"

"O-Oh, looks like I'm too late."

"You're aware too. What are you doing in the cafeteria?"

"Eat and .. chat with my friend. But not only that, I was almost punished by Master."

"It's a shame you're not punished. If I were there, I'd catch you too."

"..." - ".Shin was speechless, thinking of one thing .. Does Alya have a grudge against him? Must be, or all this because of what he said? It seems so too.

His eyes were fixed on Kuroko, the smallest and shortest man. But what is special about Kuroko is her thin existence, making her easily forgotten or even invisible to people, except her.

Everyone watching would not really be able to see Kuroko. Kuroko's game lies in how cunning she plays the Tempo Game and plays her opponent's rhythm at will, meaning Kuroko can control the movements of everyone on the Field if everyone keeps ignoring her.

Shin was the one who trained Kuroko's abilities up to a high point. This ability is called a misdirection. He is not an attacking or defensive specialist, but is very good at picking up the ball, being agile, and doing strange passes that people find very difficult to do.

The less eye contact people made to him, the stronger his abilities and techniques worked. The only way to limit his movements was to limit the movements of his Team.

However, judging from Kuroko's current movement, it seems that Kuroko has no intention of playing seriously like her current Team friends. Kuroko knows that if he plays seriously, he can win all of this in an instant.

Shin smiled slightly. This is what he likes about Kuroko. Although Kuroko knew he could win, but without the help of his Team, all of his abilities would mean nothing to the opposing team.

"So how's the match?" Ask Shin.

"Great. They were strong, especially that red-haired man. He is tall and an As Player in his Team. But this isn't enough." Said Alya who had recorded everything she needed.

"What did you record earlier?"

"Something that matters."

"Don't tell me that you're being asked to record everything that's going on right now, rather analyze whether or not a Basketball Team's ability is appropriate for the Race."

"!!" Alya was startled and wondered how Shin could come to such a conclusion, moreover it was very precise.

"Let me guess. You're the one who volunteered for this, because it just so happened that the OSIS member who was supposed to be on duty today fell ill. That so?" Shin looked straight into Alya's eyes.

"A - What. How do you know?" Shin's guess was clear and correct, to the point of making Alya shocked once again.

"I thought so." Shin sighed for a moment.

"But it's none of your business, isn't it."

"Yes, yeah." In such a way, it can definitely increase the chances of getting the Position of Chairman of OSIS. Shin now they pity Shirogane, is there a chance for him to become the Chairman of OSIS? There are. Shirogane is her friend, however, and she must help him.

"Then how do you improve their abilities? I'm sure you're very inexperienced at this."

"I just need to learn about Basketball, then train them in my own way."

"You're not the teacher here. And, I'm just asking how you train, doesn't mean you actually train them."

"Hmmphn! I believe in my own abilities."

"Too confident is not good."

"Bodo's time."

"You are this .."

Practice completed, won by first-class Team. Those who win are proud of being able to win against second-class children, unfortunately, second-graders only give up because all they want is to test the performance of first-class children only.

Alya walked over to the Basketball Club who were conversing with their Supervisory Master. Shin walked after Alya right behind him.

"Excuse me."

"Ah, what's wrong, Miss?"

Everyone's attention became fixed on Alya. While Alya did not expect that the height of the Basketball Club Members could make him intimidated, even though Shin also had the same height as them.

"I was assigned by the Headmaster to see what your abilities are, whether it is appropriate or not to participate in the upcoming Race."

"""Woah!""" Everyone became excited when they heard Alya's words. Then they took a notebook from Alya that contained Alya's analysis of them during the Exercise. But ... they felt a bit strange and thought that something was wrong with Alya's analysis.

"The notebooks won't be useful. It's just his personal opinion about useless complaints." Said the newly arrived Shin.

"What do you mean?! It's all for the Basketball Club to get into the race."

"You're pushing yourself too hard, Alya-san. Let the experienced take care of this. Even if you're good at academics and non-academics, experience is important to this."

"That means you underestimated me?"

"Yes." Yeah."

Shin's answer was so honest that it made Alya a little hurt. Alya lowered her head while clenching her hands, but Shin had no interest in apologizing to her, after all what was wrong was Alya himself.

'True men must stand up for the right and must not side with the wrong.'

"For Basketball Club business, let OSIS members take care of it tomorrow. Forgive us." Shin bent his body and went with Alya out.

Alya felt annoyed and continued to babble, but every chat was reciprocated by Shin. His every word, reciprocated with Shin's truly unquenchable words, left him speechless along the way.

Afterwards, Shin and Alya exited the Sports Building, heading to the Headmaster's Office to apologize as well. Alya too forced himself, even though he could not but he wanted to do it, it was clear that the task he was doing was also not a trivial matter.

'But I don't know why I can understand it. Yes, I can understand it, because .. I used to be the same. Huft ... today is too much trouble just because of one beautiful girl.'

Shin sighed helplessly while massaging his temple.
