The departure of Kenzi

Kenzi put the umpteenth time shirt in the suitcase. He then closed the suitcase tightly and placed it on the floor. He observed his room once more, today he was leaving. Leaving behind all the memories, leaving behind all the stories that have happened, and leaving all the memories of 'He'.

The sky did not look as bright as usual, as if to feel the darkness of a Kenzia's heart. A heavy breath came out from the girl's lips. Trying to strengthen his heart, Kenzi scooped up the suitcase he had brought downstairs.

Kenzi kept staring out the window during the trip. There was no conversation between them. All just silent to hold all the turmoil in each other's hearts.

Reyhan stared at the ring box in his grasp, He already looks charming with the suit he wears. The room was decorated very beautifully, the invited guests had also arrived. Reyhan did not enjoy the show at all.

An MC climbed onto the podium to deliver the opening.

"Good day ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of the Alexander Family and the Florenzo Family, I would like to thank you for attending the engagement of the Son and Daughter of Mr Raymond Alexander and Mr Daniel Florenzo"

"On this sunny day, let us all bear witness to Reyhan Saputra Alexander's engagement to Rosella Florenza" applause rumbled to end the MC's welcome.

Leon stood in the doorway with both hands held by two guards assigned to guard the building area. He stared intently at Reyhan who was also met by the young man's gaze.

"Sorry, Sell!!" said Reyhan while putting a ring box that still has a ring in it, he put the ring on the table and then ran to Leon.

"Sorry, Pah. Reyhan can't!!" reyhan said with his flat face. He continued his steps towards Leon.

"Please, my anterine" asked Reyhan with a hopeful look. Leon nodded in agreement. They quickly walked out of the building, ignoring the calls and shouts of the people there. Sella stared at Reyhan's departure with an indescribable look. He hates all this!!

"You take good care of yourself there" Allia said as she stroked Kenzi's head fondly.

"Yes, mom" said Kenzi, his face showing a warm smile to his entire family.

"It's nothing, call Daddy!!" william said while hugging his daughter tightly, Kenzi returned the hug with pleasure.

"Definitely Dad" Kenzi said in his arms. He let go of the hug and turned to look at his brother who was silent.

"Lo don't want to hug me, Bang?" god Kenzi while raising his eyebrows. Devano smiled slightly then approached and hugged Kenzi tightly.

"Dragon yourself, okay!!. During the semester break, I will go there" said Devano after their embrace was released. Kenzi nodded in understanding.

The audio center has announced information that the plane will take off in 1 hour and passengers are encouraged to immediately go to the boarding area. Kenzi looked at his family once more. He tried his hardest to keep the tears from dripping. Kenzi covered it with a sweet smile to deceive everyone.

"Ken, say yes!!" kenzi said in a low tone.

"Be careful dear" Allia said with a smile. Kenzi nodded in understanding. He dragged his suitcase to the flight with heavy steps.

"KEN!!!" the screams of someone successfully stopped Kenzi's steps that were already halfway through.

Kenzi was pecking on the spot without intending to turn his body. His heart is beating fast. He crushed the hoodie he was wearing strongly when he realized whose voice it was.

"Kenzi.." the voice drew closer and forced Kenzi to turn his back. Slowly, Kenzi twisted his body to stare at the person.

Reyhan stood in front of Kenzi with a faint look. The girl did not show any expression on her face.

Devano growled in annoyance. He approached Reyhan but was arrested by William. The father of two forbade Devano through the look in his eyes. Devano grunted in annoyance. He obeyed his father's orders to remain silent and not to disturb.

Reyhan and Kenzi looked at each other in silence. Nothing changed the position between them.

"Please, hug me baby" Reyhan asked with his shady eyes, but Kenzi did not budge. Reyhan approached and hugged the girl tightly. Kenzi didn't reply, and he didn't refuse either. He just kept quiet to let Reyhan act as he pleased.

"Sorry" Reyhan said in his arms. He took off the hug and gently clasped Kenzi's hand.

"Please, don't go" asked Reyhan who had no answer at all.

Kenzi stared fixedly at Reyhan. His gaze then turned on the ring that was coiled on the young man's ring finger. He put a faint smile on the corner of his lips.

"I want our relationship to end" said Kenzi in a flat tone but managed to make Reyhan stunned.

"But..-.

"Thank you for everything" Kenzi interrupted Reyhan's words as he took off the young man's hand. He took a deep breath to reduce the tightness he felt. Kenzi directed his gaze up so that his tears that had been pooled did not drip. He was tired of crying, and he did not want to be deceived by love.

"Goodbye" Kenzi hurried away leaving everything without allowing the young man to speak. He stepped out wide while wiping his tears that were carelessly dripping. He still heard Reyhan tang yelling his name. But he tried not to care about it. Everything is enough. Enough of all the feelings he had. It was time to leave, to leave everything.
