After Hans left, Alvin was upset about kicking the waiting chair in front of him. At a time like this, no one can help him. Alvin who had been holding his phone had finally ventured to call Ziva. He did not have the courage to ask Arsha directly.
"Ziva's." ~Alvin.
"Alvin, tumben's my phone. What's up?"~Ziva.
"Va, Keyla she .. she wants to give birth."~Alvin.
"Oh yeah, I'm happy."~ Ziva's.
"Thank you Va but I called you for help."~ Alvin.
"What, say!"~Ziva.
"You come quickly and please take Arsha with you."~Alvin.
"What, don't tell Keyla the handyman. All right, I'll be there soon." ~ Ziva's.
Tut. Direct call was cut off Ziva.

An Hour Later.
After a long enough drama to make Alvin crumple body soul finally he was a little relieved but also felt strange. How not as a husband He did not even want Keyla and told her to get out of the delivery room. On the arrival of Arsha and Reza Rahadian he was no longer needed. Surprisingly again Keyla's birth canal was perfect after the two men she wanted were next to her.
"You okay? drink it." Ziva who had just returned from the outside thrust a coffee cup into the hands of Alvin who looked very anxious waiting for Keyla's delivery outside the delivery room.
"Sorry Va for bothering you, it should be me inside but ...." Alvin could not continue his words because he felt very unwell with his wife's silly wishes but he could do nothing but obey her.
"Here you go, I know Keyla very well so don't worry." Ziva smiled patting Alvin on the shoulder.
While in the delivery room Keyla was struggling to give birth to her baby twins accompanied by handsome men who were on the right and left sides.
"Aaaaaa," cried Keyla. Something broke through that defensive wall forcefully making the Doctor swerve. Not even doing the baby's instructions have come out by itself.

The first baby's cry broke.
After 5 minutes Keyla again felt his stomach heartburn.
"Aaaaa," cried Keyla. But in contrast to the waste earlier this time his hand squeezed the stomach of the two men beside him.
"Aaaaaa," cried Arsha and Reza together.

A second baby was also born.
After a while the doctor and the two men who accompanied Keyla came out.
"Congratulations, baby twins, champ" said the doctor shook Alvin's hand. Instantly, Alvin's smile immediately expands in contrast to the two men accompanying Alsa, both of whom seem lethargic.
"Mas Reza you okay? Hans you take care of Mas Reza!" Alvin stared at Reza at a glance and then moved to Hans because he could not wait to see both his hero and his beloved wife.
"You okay?" ask Ziva after the people left him and Arsha. She stroked the face of her husband.
"You see that person doesn't appreciate me at all any different from the artist Reza" Arsha lamented.
"Had he been impatient to see his son, we'd still be here anyway maybe he'd say." Ziva tried to encourage her husband because even though Alvin was the one who sacrificed his life to unite the two.
"We'll see in!" Ziva pulled her husband's hand to bring her in.
It looks like Alvin is holding one of his babies and is so happy.
"Ziva's." Keyla smiled happily when she saw her best friend. The two hugged each other to pour out the longing that they had missed for several months because of their respective activities.
