Chapters. 10. Heart, Please Be Strong!

"Mama!" Alea screamed when she heard what Mama said to Viola, while Viola felt unconcerned and continued to step foot into the room.

Viola who had wanted to leave the house undo the intention, he was no longer feeling to go anywhere at this time.

After Viola's departure, suddenly the room became quiet. Alea fell silent as she glanced sharply at the Mother who had spoken harshly to Viola, while the King felt indifferent and sat down beside her in-laws.

"you yelled at Mama, just because of that cheap lady?" mama said in disbelief, only this time Alea raised her voice like that.

Alea sighs resignedly, she approached the Mother and held her hand.

"Ma, I didn't mean to yell at Mama. But what Mama said was too much for Ma, Viola isn't that kind of woman,"

"just keep defending that woman, someday you'll be sorry!" exclaimed his mother, the woman then sat beside the husband with anger that was still at the top.

"right Sister, why did you even tell her to marry Brother's husband? is Brother not afraid, if one day he takes Kak Raja?" aldrick said as he glanced at Alea, while Alea herself clucked in annoyance at his family's words.

"i've told you how many times, Viola is a good woman. He's not what you guys imagined!"

"no good woman wants to be a second wife!" reply to her mother quickly.

"already, let's go home Pa!" invite the middle-aged obedient woman while pulling her husband's hand, as well as Aldrick who followed the steps of his parents.

"astaga," Alea said, she was sitting on the sofa limply looking at her mother's current anger.

"why does everyone think Viola is a bad woman? though they did not know how the girl lived," Alea muttered, she then moved from the sofa to her room.

The king who was still sitting on the sofa just glanced at Alea who had already climbed into the room, he smiled faintly as he recalled the curse Alea family had made for Viola.

"nice, this way he'll definitely get out of this house himself!" muttered the King, he then stepped his feet following the departure of the Wife.

Viola who was currently daydreaming on the bed was seen shedding tears, he then took a pillow and fell face down in the middle of the bed by submerging his head on the pillow.

Not long after, there was a sobbing sound from Viola who was lamenting his fate. She did not expect that being a second wife would be this painful, and was despised by others.

"i don't want to be a second wife either, but what do I have to do to cope with everything that's going on in my life?" Viola really felt very ill over the behavior of the people towards him.

"why did you give me this kind of trial? if only I could choose, then I would definitely choose to be a slave for the rest of my life, rather than being the second wife everyone always despised,"

Viola completely spilled out all the pain that had been lodged in him, for the first time Viola cried to this extent after his father's death.

Suddenly, Viola's phone rang making the girl raise her head and glance towards the flat object.

He then crawled on the bed to pick up the phone lying on the table, the name of Doctor Rangga who was calling him.

"hello, Doctor!" Viola answered the call from Doctor Rangga with misgivings, he always thought bad if he got a call from the young Doctor.

"how are you, Vi?" asked Dr. Rangga across the phone, he felt really missed by the girl.

"i'm good Doctor, what about Doctor and Vedri. Is it okay?" viola asked hesitantly, he was afraid that the Little Sister would come back critical.

"really? is the doctor not kidding?" viola asked, his hands trembling at the Doctor's words.

"i'm not kidding Vi, but what's with your voice? you crying?" doctor Rangga asked, he heard Viola's voice which was not as usual.

"whoever cries, I'm okay!" resisting Viola, he wiped away the traces of tears still on his face. But Doctor Rangga will not be able to see what he is doing.

"alright, just answer me!" reply Doctor Rangga again while chuckling softly at Viola's rebuttal.

Then they returned to chatting while discussing about the situation of Vedri, Doctor Rangga told many of his life challenges abroad even without being asked by Viola.

Alea who was intending to meet Viola was pecking at the doorway upon hearing the girl's chat with someone on the phone, she commented with a smile as she saw Viola laughing cheerfully.

"she was a truly wonderful woman, but my family had said rudely and hurt her, but she still laughed right now," Alea was really amazed by Viola's strong nature and did not cry easily.

Without him knowing, if in fact the girl had been crying a lot since living in the house and became her husband's second wife.

Viola who had finished calling turned around to put her phone on the table, she was shocked to see Alea was already standing on the doorstep and was watching her.

"do I bother you, Vi?" aela asked, she stepped out to enter the girl's room.

"No Al, here sit!" Viola patted the spot beside her for Alea to sit on that spot.

"i want to apologize for what my family did to you, Vi. They've been so outrageous, I really feel bad for you" Alea said, clasping Viola's hand looking at her.

"i'm fine Al, you don't need to apologize" Viola replied, she didn't want to make her best friend sad.

"but they've gone too far, Vi!"

"that's it, what they say is true. I'm just being a bitch who doesn't know myself!"

"no Vi, don't say that! You are our helper, if you give offspring to this family, surely they will keep their mouths shut!" exclaimed Alea excitedly, she was unaware that her words had managed to shake Viola's soul.

"hereditary? I can't imagine how that demon would react if I said about the descent to him, he wouldn't just lock me up in the bathroom but would lock me up in the afterlife!"

Viola's body shuddered in horror as he imagined what was going through his mind.
