After a long chat with her best friend, Viola rushed to get back to work. He put on a helmet and jacket, then climbed on his iron horse and drove down the highway.

Without Viola noticing, the phone that was nailed to his suit continued to shake. However, due to the noise from the vehicles that pass a lot, he did not hear or feel the vibration of his phone.

"Vio! where have you been?" shouted Buk Mina, owner of the food delivery place.

Viola who was still on the motorcycle jumped without taking off his helmet first, he was afraid that his boss would be angry.

"sorry Buk, I just met a friend for a moment," said Viola with intermittent breathing, his chest up and down because of the roar of breath that sounded chasing each other.

"not that problem! look at your phone now! I just got a call from the hospital,"

"what?" viola shouted when he heard the word hospital made Buk Mina furthest in shock, while Viola directly reached into his jacket pocket to pick up the flat object.

"Doctor Rangga?" Viola noticed that there were many missed calls from the Doctor who was treating the younger brother, he immediately pressed the green button to contact the Doctor.

"shit! Buk, borrow the phone for a second!" viola said while asking Buk Mina's phone to call Dr. Rangga, Buk Mina who was watching Viola directly in the fog to find her cellphone.

After dismantling the entire place, finally Buk Mina's phone was found. Viola rushed over to call Doctor Rangga with a feeling of uneasiness.

"my God, I hope everything's okay!" Viola was already feeling very anxious while waiting for Doctor Rangga to pick up his phone.

"Doctor, it's Viola. What happened Doc? everything all right?" Viola immediately flocked Dr. Rangga with various questions to make the Doctor silent across the phone.

"Doctor! you're already a can?" viola asked as he did not hear the man's answer.

"Viola, I miss you so much, too,"

"what?" viola shouted when he heard the reply from Doctor Rangga, he looked at the phone screen to make sure that the number he called was the Doctor's number.

"Viola, come to the hospital huh. I wait," said Dr. Rangga again made Viola directly stick the flat object to his ears.

"what's up Doc? my sister's doing all right?" viola asked, he felt that something had happened to Vedri.

"You said I missed! you're here now!" Tut, Dr. Rangga immediately turned off the phone call, making Viola sculpt in his place.

"Vio, is everything okay?" buk Mina asked while nudging Viola's arm made the woman realize from her daydream.

"Oh, I'm going to the hospital for a minute!" pamit Viola who immediately ran towards his motorbike, he immediately turned on the motorbike and passed from there without hearing a shout from Buk Mina.

"Vio, careful!" buk Mina shouted as she chased Viola to the side of the road.

Viola drove his bike forward and overtaken all the vehicles that passed in front of him, he kept pressing the horn of the bike for the others to get out of his way.

Not long ago, the Viola motorbike had entered the hospital parking lot. He immediately took off the helmet that had been wrapping his head and passed in to see the state of the younger brother.

Doctor Rangga who was waiting for the arrival of Viola stood near the emergency stairs, he deliberately waited for Viola at that place because indeed Viola often passed the emergency stairs.

"Doctor!" viola exclaimed with a breath of breath as a result of running from the parking lot, he sat his butt on the back to catch his breath that was almost exhausted.

"Drink first." Doctor Rangga handed a bottle of cold drink to Viola who was immediately accepted by the girl with great joy.

Viola drank the drink to the toilet, he then returned the empty bottle to Doctor Rangga making the young Doctor chuckle softly in his place.

"you must have been working, right?" guess Doctor Rangga, he's sitting next to Viola.

"but, why did the doctor ask me to go to the hospital?" viola asked back, his eyes busy watching the handsome Doctor's face that turned serious.

"Viola, I want to give you the results of Vedri's examination." Doctor Rangga handed over a piece of paper that he had been holding to Viola which was immediately accepted by the girl.

Viola noticed all the medical reports of her sister even though she didn't understand them at all. However, there are some aspects that are often explained by Doctor Rangga to make him understand a little.

"so, the cancer in Vedri's small brain has spread to the big brain?" shrewdly Viola, her eyes began to wet and drip the paper she was holding.

"Vio, we need to get Vedri to Singapore immediately. We'll take care of him there, and once the cancer stabilizes, we'll have surgery right away" said Dr. Rangga, looking at the paper shaking from the girl's hand tremors.

"but why Doc, why not just operate here?" viola asked, he raised his head to look at the man.

"we can't do it Vio, the cancer is so malignant. And if we do the surgery without the right nurse, it's the same as killing Vedri,"

Viola jumped in shock with bulging eyes upon hearing the Doctor's last words, his body increasingly trembling with cold sweat that spread across the surface of his skin.

"Please Doc, do your best for my sister. I beg you." Viola clasped Doctor Rangga's hand tightly, he even wanted to rest on the Doctor's foot so that he could cure Vedri.

"we have to take him immediately" said the doctor, he also clasped Viola's hand which felt very cold.

Then they both walked to Vedri's room, seen Vedri was asleep on the bed with various hoses that stuck in his body.

Viola held the glass wall as if holding the sister, she felt very sad and remembered her late mother who also had the same disease as her sister.

"Dec, you have to hold on. Brother please don't leave brother alone!" Viola had no one in the world except Vedri.

"sorry Mother Viola, the administration wants you to face them immediately" said a nurse who had just arrived at the site.

"why?" ask Dr. Rangga.

"sorry Doctor, I don't know" replied the nurse.

Then Viola went to the administration room with a shunt because he thought about the condition of his sister.

"what is Buk, why am I called?" asked Viola who had arrived in front of the cashier.

"sorry Mother Viola, the hospital has asked Mother to pay all the care costs of your sister," said the administration while showing the hospital bills that she must pay.

"i'll take it down" exclaimed Viola, he then took out the money Alea had given him.

"sorry Buk, the hospital can not tolerate you anymore" said the woman, the hospital can no longer remain silent.

"but Ma'am, I will definitely pay it all off if I've got the money" Viola exclaimed.

"sorry Buk, we can't help Mom. If you don't pay it off today, then we're forced to get your sister out of the hospital" she said, causing Viola's emotions to rise.

"Sir, I will definitely pay for it. But let my sister take care of Ma'am, don't you guys have any pity at all?"
